Veldig flott hotell, tar ca 5 min til nærmeste 7/11 og 10 min til stranda. Førsteinntrykket av hotellet er veldig fint og bra, spesielt i fellesområdene. Bassengområdene er veldig fine. Vi testet kun ut maten fra bassengbaren, den var grei. Fikk mye mat i porsjonene der. Selve rommet var det litt dårlig renhold på, og du merket at bygget var gammelt. På natten når det var vind ute bråkte vinduene veldig mye, så det var litt vanskelig å sovne av og til. Betjeningen var veldig hyggelig, og de ulike bassengbarene var også veldig fine med behagelig atmosfære. Treningssenteret var overraskende bra, det eneste minuset der var at møllene var noe gamle og det føltes litt vinglete å løpe fort på dem. Ellers veldig god plass og mye forskjellige vekter og apparater.

Die Zimmer sind schmutzig (Schimmel, Staubmotten, schmutzige Möbel etc.). Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel ist sehr schwer, da sich die Mitarbeiter nicht gerade kooperativ zeigen. Von den drei Sky Bars hat nur eine geöffnet. Die Pools auf den Dachterrassen kann man nicht nutzen.

No internet for entire stay. The entrance was lovely. but from there the whole hotel and amenities were extremely lacking. The buffet breakfast was fine, but choice limited if staying more than a few days. Pool so unhygienic it was disgraceful and missing large amounts of tiles, scum build up of many months along the water line. What looked like rust along the floor lighting in the pool. The rooftop pool was also full of scum and limescale built up on the water line, only 5 sun beds in that area. Also one of the pool lights was lying on the pool floor with the electric cable attached. Rusty screw holes visible. When pointed out to member of the staff, he said ‘ it’s no problem. It’s ok”. Mentioned to reception staff of poor quality/wifi, “so sorry”was the reply. Would definitely not recommend and would warn parents not to let children in the pool due to very poor hygiene. Very dated decor, in need of a total repaint and also forgot to mention building work on both sides of the hotel. One site only just started. Good location for walking to the beach.

Nice condo hotel with a 5min walking distance to the town. The hotel is big with all required services (gym, massage, restaurants etc.) which was good for the rainy days.

Other near by towns seemed to have more to offer, rather small quiet area, which if this is what you are after then perfect. The hotel was great, as were the staff. However, the gym facilities were not as expected - looked okay but a lot of the kit was damaged/old/not working properly

The 3 Pools are amazing. The rooms were ordinary, however the view over the lights from the Phuket FantaSea and Carnival Magic shows were great at night

The room has basic necessities - towels, dressing gowns, slippers, toiletries etc. Bottled water is provided every day. Kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, plates etc but you need to buy your own ingredients. The room has a TV but no streaming platforms so best to bring a HDMI cable. Daily housekeeping is good. Could be more thorough with thrirt Hotel has a self service laundromat on the ground floor. Ample free parking with easy access to elevators to get to your room.

This hotel was quite big including apartments for longer stays and hotel rooms.The atmosphere was strange, not welcoming. Quite distant.Thewhole block was very outdated.Pool area very unclean. blockk

Det var et veldig fint hotell med hjelpsomt personale. Noe som var litt plagsomt var at det var litt maur inne på rommet, og det andre paret vi reiste med måtte bytte rom på grunn av maur. Restauranten oppe på New York bygget som det heter hadde litt lite utvalg mener vi. Ellers likte vi det, mange basseng å velge mellom, mange solstoler så det slipper å være en kamp.

Poolen er ret beskidt. Værelset er nogenlunde. Kedelig morgenmads buffet. Har rejst til thailand hvert år de sidste 16 år og dette hotel er en af de ringeste jeg har besøgt. Det skal os lige siges at jeg altid foretrækker ret lækre hoteller. Dette er første gang i Kamala.

The room is showing signs of wear. The breakfast was always cold. Terrible coffee in the room. Pool was rusty. Bartenders make up drink prices as they go. I would not be booking again.

Après une première nuit horrible avec le bruit d'entrée de garage et une plaque au sol qui retentissait à chaque passage de véhicule nous avons demandé de changé de chambre ce qui a été très difficile mais on y est parvenu. La deuxième chambre n'avait plus de télé dans la chambre et un moteur de climatisateur qui faisait en bruit incroyable. Mais à part ça la chambre est grande et fonctionnelle.

I loved having an apartment that was so modern and filled with all the amenities needed. Was nice having a couple pools aswell. Was not a far walk from the beach and had a small food market just a 2 min walk away

The resort has a lot of facilities and is very affordable. I would however not return only due to the fact that the resort was mainly occupied by what one could only assume were digital nomads. Selfies, laptops, drones and staging exercises galore. It reminded me of work....The pools are great but even though most close at 6pm, visitors (with small children) were running around, playing games and drinking/smoking till 10pm/11pm at night. I could not reach reception as no resort book was in the room to alert them of the pool noise so did it via Facebook messenger. This was 5 days ao..still no reply. None of the pools were Adult only so if you wanted a quite float about in one of the pools, you'll likely be disappointed. Water pressure was a big issue and we only had 1 hot shower during our 5 night stay. Some decor are also in the wrong buildings. The Bangkok building has Brooklyn (New York) artwork on the ground floor. The New York building has an Eifel tower on the desk on the ground floor. Resort is 2min walk to the local market and roughly 10min to the beach, so well located. On this point, it is on a main rd though so expect some road noise. Staff were friendly but could have been more proactive. I find it unacceptable that no guest book was in each room to indicate emergency numbers..this is a standard in all resorts and with so many young families, a Dr's number will help in any emergency..but perhaps it is only condo's being managed by an outside party vs. a resort

The hotel feels neglected, receptionist are not welcoming and also do not respond to message or emails when asking questions days or weeks before your stay.

Loved the location, pool and room. The staff were friendly. We found the room very clean. Food was also great. We had the 2 bedroom which was just awesome. We would stay there again for sure.

Habitación bien, estado de las zonas comunes y piscina mal, cables de focos de luz de la piscina , desconchados, suelo de la piscina con manchas y sin borada. Personal de recepción bordes.

Helt greit hotell ca 10 min fra Kamala stranden. Veldig hyggelig betjening, gode senger. Fine rom, føles litt som et byhotell, med høye bygninger. Perfekt for unge som vil trene på ferie og ikke bryr seg om at det er en anleggsplass rett over veien for hotellet. De startet ikke før 10.

Kjempe fint hotell med både muligheter til massasje og drinker i bassenget. God mat i restauranten med hyggelig betjening. Kamala var dog en litt kjedelig plass nu utfor sesong, men ta en tuktuk til Patong så finner du galskap nok.

Nice place for families, although I was not traveling with a family. Facilities were nice, staff was great and the nightlife was just a 10 minute easy walk away. Downside is it’s a bit loud. Can hear every slamming door outside the hallway from inside the room.

Property is a condo rental with lobby counter 1.5 kms from Kamal Beach. Not many restaurants option in nearby . On the property grounds is a nice bakery with coffee shop plus lunch/dinner menu.

Limpia, restaurante rico y lindo

This is not a hotel, it’s condos . There is nothing in the area , no bars , restaurants. Beach is at least 25 min walk, the condo shuttle only small goes beach every two hours . Breakfast is cold . No hotel service , only reception, and they are rude and unhelpful. People in pool at 2am, screaming shouting . This place is for people who don’t want to leave the property , but would be very poor for a 24 hour stay put zone . It’s not worth half what it costs . The condos are nice , but no cleaning unless requested , they are privately owned . Just remember as not a hotel, no hotel service at all . Just a check in desk . We left after two nights , would have cost £25 round trip to Patong area .
