an incredibly crafted resort impeccably maintained with a glorious nod to its historic roots and very cool ultra modern surprising use of technology - for example the air conditioner will not turn on of the windows are open. The grounds are gorgeous, everything was perfect. Except- why was there no one on staff to bring our luggage to the room? No elevator- no problem but at the price we pay here somebody should take care of this. They do understand service- never had my room cleaned while we were at breakfast before- big points for that- so why the blind spot for the luggage? Not a big deal, just a little odd.

We loved our stay! It was peaceful and very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and well kept, The staff were very kind and helpful and the most enjoyable part was the host at breakfast!! I highly recommend having a car as it is about 10 min from monopoli. it was nice to be close and enjoy the town and then to go back to quite in the evening! Would stay here again!!

Wonderful stay in room 14 with a large first floor terrace and private hot tub. Perfect location to explore the region by car. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, Paul in particular gave us several restaurant recommendations which were all amazing. 10 out of 10.
