Nice room. However room service neglected to refresh the coffee service. Also we really looked forward to a swim after an afternoon baseball game and went to swim but were told we could not because a private party was planned for that space. We feel a major amenity was denied us and that is very disappointing.

A few concerns, come to mind. Upon arriving, my wife felt that the sheets on our bed had not been changed based on her observation so we have them replaced. It was perhaps 8 PM when we pulled down the bed and we waited at least 45 minutes for housekeeping to arrive. The water flow at the lav is terrible. I suspect it’s because a lot of low flow aerator was installed, but it was beyond that. I suspect the strainer was partially plugged. This is something that the staff should recognize when preparing a room. It’s a relatively newer facility. We found that there was not Apple storage for Clothing. The room also does not have a rack to open your luggage on. I find it hard. That is toilet does not have a separate door from the rest of the bath room. This is not an inexpensive hotel, but to charge an additional $20 plus valet fees plus tipping plus a processing fee for a cost that’s closer to $40 per day to keep your rental vehicle on site is is just unacceptable. We’ve been to other Marriott Bove facilities where we find the staff more genuinely friendly and professional overall.

Communication with management was lacking. Front desk personnel were amazing. Even trying to work with loud bar in lobby. Noise level in room 801 and any room that side of building until 2am was deafening. Other guests (we had 17 rooms) did not have an issue. Room was nice, beds very comfortable.
