The pictures online are extremely deceitful. The noise was unbearable, house, keepers, maintenance, men, and construction going on by 7:30 AM. Bathroom extremely small and wash area as well, Took several times to flush the toilet, so we skirt go down whether it be urine or not. Number one reason I booked here was for the hot tub/Jacuzzi, which was not working and under maintenance until further notice, which potentially could take months.

En general para dormir está bien, camas cómodas, baño limpio y con agua caliente con buena presión, el único pero es que si está lleno el hotel no hay estacionamiento suficiente y te tienes que quedar en los estacionamientos de los locales de afuera pero a excepción de eso, lo recomiendo

There is a little shopping center on the corner of the hotel it’s quite my kid’s loved the pool and the jacuzzi, even though the Jacuzzi wasn’t warm because possibly it wasn’t working to get the water warm. besides that everything was good.

Adequate room. Comfortable bed. Quiet and newer A/C unit. The room and bathroom seemed very clean, with the exception of the carpet which caused our feet to get dirty walking from the bathroom to the bed. All channels on TV were in Spanish and didn’t allow for closed captioning in English. We didn’t seem to have internet, and could not sign in to stream tv. No hooks in the bathroom to hang clothing or towels. No washcloths or hand towels, only bath towels provided. Friendly and helpful staff. Good parking. Safe location. Decent location near food, bars and beach within walking distance. Have a printed or full pdf to show them when checking in since they did not seem to have a computer to reference. Overall pleasant

Everything was very dirty looks like the only change the sheets so possibly white but they look old and don’t do a good washing the room smells bad shower needs a deep cleaning carpet same we pay for 2nights and we ended stay only one to me is a motel no a Hotel I will never stay there again

The hotel wasn’t bad for the price I paid for the stay! I gave it the rating I did because the floor in my room was dirty. I had to wear sandals on the carpet because the one time I didn’t, my feet were dirty/dusty at the bottom :( the location is really great though! There’s a lot of things around within walking distance! :) the staff was nice to us there and very friendly! Ultimately, I would stay here again :)

The staff ate outside all day amd night talking extremely loud. The walls are so thin you can hear the pein the rooms next to you. You dont get any sleep!

It's more like a Motel. You must leave the key at the reception if you leave the property. You must also leave an ID until check out. Pool looks great. However, rooms on the second floor do not have heater, only on the first floor. Staff was ok. Overall, it was okay for a place to sleep.

When I went to check in at 3 they still weren’t ready. It was more like just deal WITH IT! Girl was rude and didn’t try to help check in even after I told her I had a baby in the car that Needed a bed to sleep. It’s Mexico so what do I expect

Amazing hotel staff! I’m a Filipino-American who doesn’t speak Spanish too well, but we used Google translate and they took care of any issue I had. I even had my rental car locked in a parking garage in zona Rio which had my hotel key in it and with my identification, they helped me get in my hotel. Best staff ever. Location is okay if you have a car. Few good restaurants in the area, and a 7 eleven within 5min walking.

Pésimo , no quisieron aceptar tarjetas de crédito ni débito porque como estaba lleno por la Expo turística que se realizó “ tinguis turístico de México” pues para ganar más y no pagar impuestos no aceptaron tarjetas solo efectivo . No limpiaron la habitación no dan agua para el cuarto . No tiene servicio de restaurante . Realmente pésimo pésimo no lo recomendamos .para lo que cobran no va acorde con lo esperado .

The worst place I ever seen .., and I’ve stayed at some sketchy spots … would not recommend this place at all …. Very shady hotel tried to charge me and extra room for my 8 year old and considered him an adult… then when we try to get a refund for the 3 night stay they didn’t answer there phones …

Booked this place for Baja Beach Fest and I was honestly surprised. Affordable price and nice rooms with modern bathrooms. It was like a 20 minute walk to the festival grounds which isn’t bad at all. I’d say 10 minutes by car. The only thing I would be cautious about is parking at night. Once the parking lot is full you have to park out front on the main street. They have security all night but i personally didn’t move my car all weekend since everything was at a walking distance. Will book them again

Los ruido de música y la limpieza ponen que hay desayuno disponible y no lo hay y si no hay cupo para estacionar el carro te mandan afuera cuando uno paga porque ofrecen todos los servicios estando allí no están incluidos y no aceptan pago de targeta debe ser en efectivo No volveré ni lo recomiendo los baños pequeños y las sabanas muy percudidas se ven sucias igual las tuayas y mal olor en los baños!!
