Walking distance to everything in Little Falls. Great clean rooms. Separate HVAC unit so you can control your rooms comfort. Hotel restaurant was closed. Hotel is currently going through some upgrades. More than enough parking to go around. Staff was cordial and welcoming. I will come again!

Soooo the newly remodeled rooms are really nice and luxurious with the shinest marble floors in the bathroom area. New carpets, great tv etc. wonderful rooms at a great price, convenient to little falls. However there is currently major remodeling going on in the bottom floor, not noisy, but messy. You just need to know you’ll be stepping over drop cloths on way to your room.

The new owner has made some significant upgrades to the interior of the property. The smelly carpets in the corridors were ripped out and replaced. The bathrooms in each room were modernized. Room lights actually work. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, these improvements were made on the unaltered bones of an old property. A new bathroom door fails to close due to a severely misaligned door frame. The second floor (50% of the rooms) is inaccessible except by stairs. The massive freight trains that pass every 20 minutes, all night long, still reverberate – loudly - through the south-facing rooms (50% of the rooms). The result is that only 25% of the facility’s rooms are both accessible and allow for a good night’s sleep.

The property was conveniently located. Value priced. Doors did not lock. Outside doors did not lock. Dated. Stayed for four days : did not empty trash, did not vacuum, did not replace towels, did not replace coffee - asked but they were out - bugs came out at night, especially in the bathroom. Perhaps if they emptied the garbage, vacuumed the floors, and replaced the towels that would not have been a problem.

We showed up to the property and were there for 5 minutes before leaving. The room was covered in what seemed to be pubic hair. Went to the front desk to ask for it to be cleaned or switched, we were switched to another room and this room was just as bad. Smelled terrible and there was an obnoxious dog barking in the room next to us. We left shortly after that. Spoke to the lady at the front desk and she stated there was nothing she could do for any reimbursment. Im currently awaiting a resolution through expedia.

I stay at this hotel every time I'm in Little Falls. This is the 1st time I've gotten a room that didn't have a bathroom exhaust fan, and I slept on top of the bed sheets because there were stains on the bottom sheet that looked like ashes or dirt.

To start, no one was up front to get us or check in. After we got to the room we checked the bed as we normally do. The sheets were covered in long hairs as well as orange and red spots all over. There was the tiniest bottle of shampoo and no conditioner. Having very long hair there wasn’t enough for two nights stay. Speaking of two nights stay, I reserved the room for two nights but we only stayed one night. The night we did stay someone was outside in the hall on and off from 1am-5am using their cell phone. When I informed the front desk the next morning we were told there were no other guests staying and it must have been a worker and that it wouldn’t happen again. With everything we ran into we couldn’t stay another night. Will not be staying again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone else.

The parking lot and sign for the hotel were poorly lit, so I had a little difficulty seeing/finding the hotel. Once I got in, the young man at the counter was very cheery and gracious and checked me in quickly. The room was small but serviceable though very worn. Unfortunately, there were big, sandy footprints on the carpet by the bathroom, which was pretty gross. In fact, I put my shoes on to walk around the room.

The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The water in the bathroom sink was slow coming out. Makes it hard to clean up. The train line in the back makes it hard to sleep if you are a light sleeper. The shared parking lot can get crazy at times. The mattress was half way descent. The pillows were flat. Sheets were clean. No weird smells. The fridge was clean and worked. WiFi was strong and stable. The microwave took longer to warm things up than I’m used to. Diner, pizza spot, bar, pharmacy, grocery shop, deli, gas station all walking distance less than two blocks away. The room I was in had one pair of plugs and they weren’t that secure. Check in took over an hour and a half because they didn't have my reservation . They tried charging me again. Had to show emails and online receipts 4 times before they got me a room. We arrived after 7 pm and they had put us as no shows, gave someone else our room, and still wanted to charge us. Reservations were made 7 months in advance because we were going to the baseball HOF induction, so there were no rooms anywhere nearby. We spent over 2 hours trying to find another place and had to drive an hour to a stinky motel. I WAS LIVID.

The room was across from railway and it was unbearably noisy. I asked the clerk to move us to a quieter room and he laughed at me. The worst room I have ever stayed in my life. Anyone considering staying here should avoid it like the plaque. Sleeping on a park bench would be better! Totally a rip off. Whenever we are traveling home for a family event, we stay at the Rodeway Inn in Little Falls, NY. We have always found it to be a clean and comfortable place. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. We would especially like to commend their exceptional manager, Ms. Mary LaBreche, who is extremely attentive to the needs of her guests. For us, Rodeway Inn feels like our home away from home.
Whenever we are traveling home for a family event, we stay at the Rodeway Inn in Little Falls, NY. We have always found it to be a clean and comfortable place. Speaking of two nights stay, I reserved the room for two nights but we only stayed one night. The night we did stay someone was outside in the hall on and off from 1am-5am using their cell phone. When I informed the front desk the next morning we were told there were no other guests staying and it must have been a worker and that it wouldn’t happen again. With everything we ran into we couldn’t stay another night. Will not be staying again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone else.

There was the tiniest bottle of shampoo and no conditioner. Having very long hair there wasn’t enough for two nights stay. Check in was quick and pleasant. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Renovations were still ongoing. Construction was quiet. WiFi was fast and stable. No weird odors. Pharmacy, pizza place, diner, delicatessen, movie theater, grocery store petrol station all walking distance less than three blocks of walking. Allot of parking. Hospital is just down the road.

The parking lot and sign for the hotel were poorly lit, so I had a little difficulty seeing/finding the hotel. Once I got in, the young man at the counter was very cheery and gracious and checked me in quickly. The room was small but serviceable though very worn. Unfortunately, there were big, sandy footprints on the carpet by the bathroom, which was pretty gross. In fact, I put my shoes on to walk around the room.

Old hotel needs updating in a depressed small town next to active railroad line (at least 4 trains through the night). Many things did not work like ice machine; elevator at wrong end of the building; no breakfast; attached lounge was closed.

Newly remodeled room! Clean. Basic room with two queen beds. Only used one bed though. Microwave, fridge (no freezer), coffee maker. The room has one bar of soap, one tiny bottle of shampoo (enough for one), kleenex and hairdryer. I’m sure you could get extra if you asked housekeeping. Beds were clean and comfortable. Trust me, I look things over. (Former housekeeper for twelve years.) Would stay again! No food options due to remodle in progress. Went to McDonalds next door, but they got our order wrong and charged us for the last persons order. Which was more money! Gave us the wrong receipt. Didn’t match the food we got! Burger was dry. Skip them! Rodeway did have a vending machine with snacks. Got food from grocery store deli, that was decent. Didn’t eat out anywhere else. I saw some reviews complain about the train but we could barely hear it. Don’t let that deter you. Chose Roadway due to close proximity to Diamond Mountain Mine and Crystal Grove Mine.

Walking distance to everything in Little Falls. Great clean rooms. Separate HVAC unit so you can control your rooms comfort. Hotel restaurant was closed. Hotel is currently going through some upgrades. More than enough parking to go around. Staff was cordial and welcoming. I will come again!

Soooo the newly remodeled rooms are really nice and luxurious with the shinest marble floors in the bathroom area. New carpets, great tv etc. wonderful rooms at a great price, convenient to little falls. However there is currently major remodeling going on in the bottom floor, not noisy, but messy. You just need to know you’ll be stepping over drop cloths on way to your room.

Room and property was clean. Parking is plentiful. WiFi was glitchy this time around. Televisions in the rooms are smart televisions. HVAC units are clean and easy to operate.
