I always stay at this hotel in Moncton now. Very clean, easy access, with onsite parking, Gahan House on the main floor plus a main lobby cafe that has live music on weekends. 8th floor bar with an outdoor terrace. easy walk to downtown bars and restaurants.

A new modern hotel one block off Main Street with a very good restaurant just off the lobby. Other dining options just a block or two away. Very comfortable room, helpful staff. You have to pay for parking. Would gladly go back

Love the attention to detail in service and the room appointments. We had a King room with balcony - it was MASSIVE! very clean, comfortable beds - I wasn't a fan of the pillows, but my wife loved them. The Nespresso machines are great, Stocked mini fridge with local beer options are great, bath products are nice, and location in downtown was great for us. We LOVED the roof top lounge, and did take advantage of the Gahan House which is attached for 1 of our meals. There is a specialty Liquor store attached which is nice as well. This will be our go to anytime we are in Moncton (which is regularly for work and visiting family)...we will absolutely be back!

This hotel is the perfect place for a night out! And you don't even have to leave the property. With a rooftop bar, a resto/pub/oister bar, a coffee and drink bar and a liquor store inside of the hotel, you can't go wrong.

The hotel is new, which is a definite plus. Rooms follow a modern space-saving design, with an exposed coat-rack style closet instead of a traditional one. We had a balcony facing Main Street — the view was mostly parking lots and a large communication tower — but the two Muskoka-style chairs were a nice touch. The room had some drawbacks. The ironing board was very small, which made pressing pants and shirts difficult for work travel. The bathroom, while clean, felt underwhelming and was finished in an unappealing dark brown color. The counter under the TV was cluttered with hotel items, leaving little space for personal belongings like keys or wallets. Two overpriced bottles of wine were displayed for purchase, which felt unnecessary given that there’s a liquor store in the lobby. Key areas for improvement: Guest parking – Signage is unclear and poorly placed. In addition, the parking fee feels overpriced for the size of the city and the local market. Elevator availability – The building is also partly residential, but residents share the same two elevators with hotel guests. For an eight-story building, wait times were longer than expected. Overall, the hotel’s newness and cleanliness are positives, but small design choices, operational details, and pricing decisions impacted convenience and comfort.

One of my fav hotels in Moncton! Prime location. Great cafe in lobby and Gahan as hotel restaurant plus a roof top bar. Not much more you can ask for!

Loved our room, i just found the parking area to be terribly small and we had to pay to park in a lot beside the hotel that had no indication of being apart of the hotel’s parking area. Besides that everything was pretty great!

Everything was lovely except the gross clump of hair in the shower when we arrived. The rooftop bar is expensive but a nice vibe and option. The little coffee bar area in the lobby was great for breakfast sandwiches and coffees.

Quick remarks: I booked last minute because we were exhausted. I had a terrible sleep. We were subjected to loud music from outside for a long time. (45mins? An hour?) I had to call the front desk and ask someone to address it. There is no way we were the only ones who could hear it. If there is a disturbance nearby, it would ease the visitors if you could address it first. I waited so long hoping someone else would deal with it and then I felt like the mean lady calling to complain. The shower in our room could use a good scrub. (The far wall seam by the floor is mungy.) The check in was lovely. The furnishings are beautiful. We loved that.

The hotel is lovely but extremely loud. First room was directly across from the hotel gym - constant sound of weights being dropped, very loud and disruptive. Second room on a higher floor was also loud. Could hear residents above and other guests through the walls. Minimal soundproofing. Woken several times late at night by loud guests/residents of the building. Parking lot is terribly laid out and difficult to park in. Won’t stay here again.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable, but if you want a quiet nights sleep go somewhere else. People come in loud and drunk at all hours of the night and you hear everything. Especially if your room is near the elevator.

Super easy check-in. Balcony was spacious. We had a great view of the city. Bed was so comfortable. Careful with the shower. The bottom shower head was on and directed right at you. So when i turned it on, it got me. Annoyed at the time. It's pretty funny now. Lol.

Centrally located with parking. Perfect for seeing most of Moncton. Had a restaurant attached and is secure after hours. They are late refunding the incidental charge on the credit card. I might have to call and remind them, only negative thing I can say.

This place was incredible! Our rooms architectural design was so cool,I was constantly admiring the artwork in the lobby or other commons areas. Walkable to all the stores and restaurants downtown. Also really enjoyed the coffee shop and wine bar on site. Will be planning to stay again!
