Great location, nice room and comfortable bed. It took a while for the AC to cool the room when it's hot outside . Note that access to the lobby from parking through stairs only and the elevator is operated manually.

Nice to park The neighborhood looked quiet and safe The main entrance of the hotel didn't work, but the back door of the parking lot was activated and the elevator was fun. The room was pretty and everything was comfortable and nice

Loved the remodeled bank! At first we didn’t know what to expect bc there wasn’t a traditional check in and there doesn’t seem to be anyone manning the place but we ended up loving it. The place could use an ice machine.

This hotel is stunning. We stayed in the Holt suite and it was exactly like the pictures, except the copper tub is delightfully bigger than in pictures! We will be back way more than once!

Gorgeous unique building and rooms. Really enjoyed the full kitchen and amenities within the room. Bed was comfy. Lots of pillows to choose from. Would stay again.

The room is awesome, great building with fun artwork. Loved the welcome snacks and beer. Great location and easy walk to the water. Only downside was the room was cold upon entry and since it's a big room it takes time to heat up, but the fire place is great and once it gets going heats the room very well.

Had issues with door code and when I called the number provided there was no one to respond. Some of the large soap containers ie shower gel were empty. The suite that we stayed in was “The Wall”. Shower stall leaked. The bunk bed was uncomfortable. Otherwise nice venue. Not really suitable for seniors.

I love this place. One of my favourites. Great decor, high end finishes and handy location in town. Not a criticism because I love it there but it would be helpful to have some sort of well laid out workspace since I do end up working in the room often.

The property was fantastic in many ways. The loft was very unique and cosy. The space was well thought out and offered a few different areas to lounge in which is better than your typical hotel room. Bed and bedding were good quality. Snack and coffee offerings were also a nice touch. Where it could use some help is storage for clothes. There is nothing in the bedroom. Better blinds on the window and blackout the arched window. Way too much light comes in to get a good night sleep. Also the tv was a pain in the arse. Overall it had more pros than cons. The town is beautiful.

Really cool loft room in downtown Brockville. All digital check in with zero contact. Only confusion was the welcome email gave us our room number but rooms were named and there were no numbers to correspond with the email.

I never saw or spoke to a staff person, not even housekeeping. I got one message, after repeated messages and calls, that I could leave my luggage, but door code did not work (too early?) and no one returned my calls. What made matters worse was my cell service was poor there. I walked around with my luggage for an hour and finally the key codes worked after 3. My tv remote had dead batteries, and there was no way to fix it. The room is nice, but I recommend staying away until they commit to interacting with their guests

Bed was excellent. Amenities very good, but the key number for the back door was not applicable to the front door. So to have to walk down stairs from the back door and then walk up to the room was inconvenient esp. for an older couple. I couldn`t figure out the elevator so that was of no use. in the room, to have to climb stairs to use the bathroom facilites is unconscionable. Your property is geared for people under 50 in great physical condition. I did not receive an e-mail about how to enter the facility and so that was unexpected surprise. No personnel hotels are impersonal and doesn`t cut it for us.

This property was beyond amazing. Easy check in. Codes made it so easy to get in, no cards to deal with. Rooms were so spacious. Bed was so comfortable. The decor was a wow factor. Loved everything about this property. We definitely will go back. Close to lights show at Marina. Short walks to restaurants. Easy directions to get to hotel. This is a 10/10 property.

Boutique hotel, no staff on-site but a phone # if you need assistance. Shower was dodgy- scalding hot then freezing cold and relatively low volume (tried it twice, same problems both times). Great location, awesome decor and ambiance. Would definitely stay there again.

One of the nicest boutique hotels ive ever stayed in. Spacious, beautifully designed, and the check in process was a breeze! The only unfortunate part was the location. Right at an intersection, so it was loud at times and fairly bright through the blinds - but we still managed to sleep ok. (They offer complimentary ear earplugs and sleep masks.) Would highly recommend.

Wonderful experience for an overnight stay in Brockville. Location was excellent, spacious parking and tastefully decorated interior with modern amenities. Right by King street so it did get a bit noisy at night but otherwise would definitely recommend.

Such a beautiful property and they’ve done an amazing job of turning an old period bank to a superb hotel. Very comfortable bed and the complimentary local craft beer and snacks were unexpected but appreciated after a long day of driving. The self check in was super easy and when we had a very minor issue and called the number provided in our room, the attendant was super friendly and solved our issue. No need for a front desk. Highly recommend this place if you’re planning a stay in The Thousand Islands area for sure.

Loved our stay. Only suggestion would be some storage option. There was no where to put your clothes. A dresser would have been perfect . Coffee in the hotel would be nice too. Only enough for one of our days.

A beautiful property done to a very high spec. We were wowed by the layout and by everything on offer - cooking facilities, freestanding bath, office nooks. The children loved the bunkbed feature, and were impressed to see the original bank door in the hallway. We were left a few gifts and a pack of guides for Brockville. Easy to find, perfect space for parking and a great location to explore Brockville and surrounding areas. We enjoyed the 1000 Islands Brewery and the Aquatarium, which were within a 5 minute walk. Another great see would be the original railway tunnel but we were visiting out of season.

The hotel doesn't have a reception or a lobby area. Checking into your suite means simply knowing the door code. We did not see another guest or an employee. Nor did it matter. The loft type architecture was quite different to the usual attempts at decorating interiors. The 30 foot ceiling itself created a wealth of space. There was still enough space to fit in the kitchenette and the seating area and the large king size bed. The bathroom and the toilet were separate and the well appointed sink in the middle. The large tiles on the walls and floor of the large bathing area gave a sense of luxury. The complimentary beer in the fridge was appreciated and 1000 island breweries found a new fan. I shall be definitely looking out for them. Good coffee and a selection of teas to start off the day. There is no traditional breakfast but theres quite a bit of nosh that one could grab on the move. The outside parking area has sufficient lighting especially near the entrance so new guests can actually see the locks and the operate them without frustration. Bear in mind they have done away with the wide open revolving doors. In terms of costs, it seems a fair balance in terms of the luxury and style and location. My only issue with the elevator being out of order, had me schlepping a large case to the steampunk suite. Other than this we were happy.
