Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This was my second stay in these condos and this condo didn’t disappoint. Centrally located in the heart of the village, made walking to the pier, shopping and eating out easy peasy. After staying out all day at the beach, the overlooking second story porch made it relaxing to sit and unwind while people watching. With minimal issues with parking (there is 1 assigned spot someone kept parking in) and mild maintenance issues, it was a perfect stay. My family loved it immensely and commented they would like to stay in the future themselves. Thank you for having us.

There are many activities on this and neighboring islands. The loft was clean and large. There were two great master bedrooms and baths. There are several eateries here within walking distance.

This property is exemplar of the perfect VRBO rental. It was clean, no odor, and the kitchen and bathrooms were very high quality construction / renovation. It is also truly in the best walkable location for SSI, as advertised. I wish every short-term rental property I stay in is of this quality.
