The place was clean, had a little small snack shop, a little bar area you could get a drink after 4:30. Decent amount of breakfast selections. We were stuck in the small town because our truck broke down on the way to California, there were no taxi or Uber services we could find to get us back to dealership the next morning. A gentleman in the front staff was generous enough to give us a ride and save us the 30 minute walk in the scorching heat. He didn’t have to but he did, forever grateful.

The room and bathroom was very clean, sheets looked new and everything was spotless. However upon entering you were hit with a smell. It was not terrible, but a musty smell, once in the room, your nose got used to it until you left and came back. The air conditioner was on so I am not sure where the smell came from. The carpet looked clean but maybe water or something was left on the rug and got musty. There was a bar, however the evening we were there it was not open. Breakfast was warm and typical, nothing special.

Others than those things, the size of the room was great for the price, free parking and internet worked well.

When we arrived Friday night they gave us the keys to a dirty room. So we had to walk down the stairs to get a different room. Then when we tried to turn the heat on,the heater spit out dust and made the smoke alarm come on . Saturday morning we left and came back late only to discover our key card wouldn’t work. Finally we got to bed and the sheets would not stay on. Causing a poor night’s sleep.

This was a disappointing stay. The floor in my bathroom was dirty around the toilet. There was no milk and no bread for breakfast. The bacon was great! There is no mention of second floor access (no elevator) when booking. My first room was occupied!! They caught it just in time and reassigned me quickly, which was the high point of my stay. Otherwise I'd have walked in to someone else's room. I expect more than this from any hotel. Really bummed by this stay.

Very noisy - people slamming doors and talking loud in hall until midnight. Plan was to leave at 6:30 but told breakfast not until 7. We’ve stayed here before and thought it was very good but our 1st floor room looked out on the parking lot - cars doors, tailpipes and door chirpings.

I had a reservation for 1 King Size bed but they did not have any clean ones available. They did upgrade me with no additional charge. However they put me in room 227 and there was no power in the bedroom (maybe breaker tripped, looked like a lamp may have shorted based on the outlet burn mark). I was too tired to try and have it fixed or to move to another room...did not need bedroom power. In all, I like this hotel and location and would stay again. Not sure how they missed the power being out in the bedtime because everything was unplugged when I arrived.

Booked our room a couple of hours before arrival. Got to hotel at 12:30 am after travelling 6 hours after work. Went to check in and front desk person had to go check if housekeeping had been to room. They had not. He said they had a large wedding party stay there and they hadn’t gotten to everything. We were there on Wednesday. Had to find another hotel over half hour away at 1 am. No refund given as of today…4 days later.

Everything was very clean and fresh. Our only complaint was that the breakfast eggs and sausage were not very warm almost cold. I also thought it was a little pricey for Holdrege, Nebraska. It met our needs for the time we were there.

Beds were comfortable and rooms very clean. They didn’t have the bar open and wouldn’t open it for us. We had a lot of family staying there and asked if we could use the conference room so we could all visit and the guy at the front told us no. So we all went to one of our rooms and then we were told to be quiet. So if your planning on a family event I wouldn’t stay here. The coffee was very watered down and they were very limited on breakfast item.

Everything was pretty nice except for the free breakfast. They were out of eggs pretty early in the morning claimed it was because of a couple wedding parties there the day before. But I guess you would know that you were expecting those wedding parties ahead of time, why weren’t they prepared, the rooms in the hotel itself were all pretty nice
