This is a very nice convenient hotel off 75. It’s new, clean & modern. They offer a breakfast buffet which is a typical hotel breakfast buffet. It’s right down the street from a Dunkin & the fantastic Seed to Table organic grocery store. The room is clean with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher & microwave. The pool is very nice!! Just wish the bed was firmer & had a hand held in the shower instead of the rain shower! Otherwise, a very nice, convenient place to stay with friendly staff. Would stay again. 😊

The hotel room was not very roomy. It was packed the night we stayed and the only entrance is the front entrance and we had to park in back and it was pouring raining. The breakfast was ok. They allow PETS (2) to a room any type of pet just letting you know they don't turn down anyone.

Our family of four stayed here as an economic location to spend a few days seeing the sights of Naples, Marco Island and the Everglades. This hotel has plenty of parking, friendly staff, comfortable, clean suites and a small pool. It's a business hotel with a lot of work travellers, but served our purpose as a base for our travels in the area. We used the car was which is located opposite too which was handy. Although the noise from the car wash does disturb any pool relaxing that you may want to do. (with kids, that was not on our agenda!) A nice stay overall, thanks.

We stayed at this location from Sunday through early Thursday morning. The room was clean and convenient. The breakfast buffet was wonderful each morning. There was always someone available at the front desk if needed. We used the pool and it was wonderful. We have a great stay here! Thank you to everyone who made it wonderful

Not worth the price. The breakfast was just scrambled eggs with sweet waffles, serials and nothing good. Coffee was not good taste. Pool was not clean, dogs were running around like a dogs park. If you are allergic to pets, then this is not for you. Pets could pee pee or poo poo on the beds that you are sleep on. Finally, it’s not a comfortable place compared with others at the price range.

This hotel was ok. Positives were the friendliness of staff and convenience to the Collier soccer field which is why we stayed there. Negatives were the breakfast food which was average at best even for free continental breakfasts at these types of hotels, the cleanliness of the room (hair on one of our fresh towels, dirty floor), and room needed updating (mirror edges were black from water underneath it). Overall though if we had a soccer event again at Collier, we'd stayed there again for same price and for the convenience of getting to restaurants and amenities like Walmart which is across the street and proximity to CVS, etc. which we needed to get some items.

Beautiful hotel, clean common areas, friendly personnel. Areas that are not visible (such as behind the nightstand) should also be cleaned regularly (my watch fell right there and it was horrible).

The breakfast served daily was excellent. The room was exceptionally quiet. The room was adequate, but could've been bigger. I have to use a walker for assistance and I had a little trouble navigating around the furniture.

The room was excellent, with 2 burners, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Everything was like new. The only thing that was really bad was the mattress on the sofa bed, so if there are more than two people, I recommend choosing the two-bed option, which unfortunately was not available. At the reception, they offered us two additional bedspreads, but unfortunately they did not help much. The breakfast was very good, waffles, eggs, sausages, bread, muffins, yogurt, cereal, coffee, etc.

The AC fan broke at 3am in the morning. Woke up to a very loud noise shaking the wall. Called the front desk and they said that they were at full capacity and couldn’t move me. I had to turn off the unit and deal with the heat until the morning. They did not refund me or give me a refund to a new room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a terrible headache upon check in and the man at the front desk made sure to get me some Tylenol and a glass of water before he even worried about the computer work. Everything was clean and organized. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was amazing for a hotel shower. My only issue was that the room was very humid and felt damp no matter what I tried to do with the air conditioning. I only stayed one night so it wasn't that big of a deal; the air conditioning worked so it wasn't hot in the room.

This property is conveniently located off I-75 and Immokalee. The area is safe, Vanderbilt Beach is 5 minutes away by car. There are several food choices nearby. The property is very well maintained. Rooms are comfortable.

This was only an overnight stay, but the property and service were excellent. Breakfast was hectic and crowded, so several items ran out quickly and had to be replenished. The food quality for breakfast was mediocre as can be expected from a free breakfast at a family hotel. Coffee was labeled BOLD and lived up to its name as it was extremely strong. Too strong for my taste.
