Vivien's Hotel

In my opinion, the Hotel and all it's staff, amenities and area was quite exceptional. I will stay there again in future trips

The food was above the area. Eggs without a funny taste. The chef must understand sanitation propely. Would recommend.

First of all, the worst thing about this hotel is that towels and bed sheets are far from clean, they are not white anymore nor do they smell fresh, I was disgusted sleeping in the bed , I felt like someone had slept in it, the other issue was the rooster, my goodness, roosters start at 3:30 am and do not stop at all, you can not possibly have a good night sleep even with a sleeping pill. I will never comeback even even if it is one night before a flight or even for a few hours before a flight

Friendly and helpful staff. Bed was comfy and room was very clean. Used their shuttle service, less stress than trying to hail a taxi or wait for a ride share. Only one minor thing…Hotels dot com websites says some rooms have balconies (which I thought I booked and paid for an upgraded room), none do. The “Terrace’s” are glass fronted sitting areas on each floor that have a view of the road. Vivians needs to check the Hotel booking sites occasionally for accuracy. Also, hot water isn’t really hot. On the plus side, lots of food options in the area and a good coffee cafe across the street.
