Nice, newly renovated property in the heart of Port Antonio. Super friendly and helpful staff. Getting into property the first time was a challenge, but easy after that. No amenities on site, but not a huge deal. Right on the Main Street, so noisy at first, but it does quiet down at night. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay.

Ideally located and close to dining. Clean and safe property. The parking is an issue as there is hardly any parking space. There is a valet available to park your car but he scratched up our vehicle, so we never used him again. Upon checking out the automatic gate almost hit us upon existing due one of the employees accidentally touching the remote for the gate. The gate was constantly an issue and I hope they have resolved that issue. Otherwise, we had a good stay and would return.

The Inn In Town is home away from home. The amenities were beyond amazing. The staff was always there to help with any situation that arises even the guys that work on the overnight. Everyone in the family enjoyed themselves even the kids. I will definitely book again every time I come to Portland.

The hotel is within a few minutes walk of the town center -- where you could grab a meal, shop or bank. Parking is available on site and is gated off from the street. This property was located in the heart of Port Antonio!! Well maintained with 24 hour staff/security. The communication with Ral and Nick was excellent they assisted my husband and myself in a pinch. We rented the larger unit with the kitchen and it was fully loaded with all necessary cooking utensils. I would absolutely book this location again especially if you want to visit Frenchman’s Cove….which is literally a 10-15 min drive. This rustic location has modern amenities and amazing water pressure….Located in a bustling street right in front of the bay. We had a great time and thanks to this team for their willingness to accommodate us last minute when we experienced a not so savory encounter at another location. Stayed for two days…and would stay again the staff will even arrange tours for you, just ask.

The property is located right in the city, on a major road. The rooms are large, very modern and well maintained. The kitchen was large and well set up. Understandably there will be some noise from traffic in the days but at night you can hear the sea clearly. It is very convenient for getting to places within the town. Parking is limited but available on the property.

Our tea pot had dirt and mold in it. The shower leaked and caused the bathroom to flood. There was construction in the room directly above us. After coming back from a hot day at the beach and wanting to nap with our 3 kids, jack hammers and sawing caused us to flee our room. The back patio doors are no where close to sound proof and its on a major road, so wake up in the morning and middle of the night to motorcylces or big trucks is common.

I stayed one night the check in was ok, the property clean and well kept. The room was very clean and well kept. The only fault i had was the night was cool and no blanket. Overall, my stay was pleasant and i will definately will be coming back .

Inn The Town was perfect for me because I like walking to nearby shops, dining, entertainment and parks. The property is literally in the middle of the town, yet all guests have a beautiful sea view. I loved relaxing on the balcony of my room looking out at the sea, while at the same time taking in the activities of the city. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. I like that the cleaning staff comes only at my request. Staff was personable and attentive to my needs. Transportation was easy to get and all the townspeople were just really nice and easy to talk to. Inn The Town is definitely my go to stop when visiting Port Antonio, Portland, JA.

Nice, newly renovated property in the heart of Port Antonio. Super friendly and helpful staff. Getting into property the first time was a challenge, but easy after that. No amenities on site, but not a huge deal. Right on the Main Street, so noisy at first, but it does quiet down at night. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is within a few minutes walk of the town center -- where you could grab a meal, shop or bank. Parking is available on site and is gated off from the street. The hotel is in good physical condition.

Inn The Town was perfect for me because I like walking to nearby shops, dining, entertainment and parks. The property is literally in the middle of the town, yet all guests have a beautiful sea view. I loved relaxing on the balcony of my room looking out at the sea, while at the same time taking in the activities of the city. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. I like that the cleaning staff comes only at my request. Staff was personable and attentive to my needs. Transportation was easy to get and all the townspeople were just really nice and easy to talk to. Inn The Town is definitely my go to stop when visiting Port Antonio, Portland, JA.

The property is located right in the city, on a major road. The rooms are large, very modern and well maintained. The kitchen was large and well set up. Understandably there will be some noise from traffic in the days but at night you can hear the sea clearly. It is very convenient for getting to places within the town. Parking is limited but available on the property.
