I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. It does have good proximity to the Palm Beach Airport and it feels like a safe area. Those are it's only saving graces. Upon our check in, the lobby area was very cluttered and the floors dirty. Our room wasn't ready despite us arriving almost an hour after check-in time. We waited (along with three other customers) about 20 minutes for our room to be ready. The staff person at the front desk was indifferent to the point of being rude. When we got in the room it had been hurriedly made up. Floors looked swept but not mopped. Counters not clean. Hairs on bed linen, counters, and in shower, shampoo and tissue dispensers empty. A cleaning staff person walked into the room without knocking while we were unpacking. We should have just left but we were in a hurry to get to a family event. Next morning went down to breakfast area. Lobby still a mess - floors not swept or mopped. Lobby men's room so filthy I wouldn't use it. Another indifferent staff member at front desk. Breakfast food was okay, and the kitchen lady, Katherine, was very nice. We got thru one night, but our family would not stay here again. One thing to note - this Hilton property had a 9+ rating on Hotels.com when we booked it. Our experience was nowhere close to that. And the problems we saw there were more systemic than just one offs.
