The breakfast was great. Front desk was nice during check in, but not present at check out. Our heater in the room was obnoxiously loud and kept us up all night. It sounded like it was broken and no one was at the desk to tell during check out. The pool was nice but only had a few chairs for adults to use. There were 10 adults at one point and only 4 chairs.

We have been stranded in Cedar Springs,MI for a couple of days due to a winter storm and it has actually been a little mini vacation, the staff have been fabulous! The hotel is beautiful and clean, we have a beautiful pool and exercise room, what more could you ask for during a blizzard. Thumbs up to the great staff that have helped us feel as much at home as possible.👍😀

The only thing that was really an issue was the parking and that we got a snowstorm and nothing was even plowed or salted in the morning. Otherwise the room was very clean staff was very friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, the room was super spacious, and it was nice that breakfast was included. Our only complaint was that the breakfast was the same every morning. We would have enjoyed some variety such as bacon instead of sausage. We also would have benefited from a guide with suggestions of where to order food from. The gym was great and spotless and the pool was a nice addition as well. Loved all the dove products in the room as well! Overall would recommend.

Facilities very clean and nice. Breakfast was excellent. Coffee creamers curdled in the coffee. Bed was horrible. Hard and no soft topper to it at all. Our hip bones and shoulders hurt as if laying on a carpeted floor. Outlets over night stands and under TV inoperative. We stayed 2 days. End of first day the room had not been serviced as of about 6p. Nothing. Zero. I had to go downstairs to get coffee supplies for the next morning. I was glad we had hung towels to dry so had use of them on 2nd day.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The room was nice but the shower in the bathroom had a bit of soap scum on the doors and fixtures. Bed very comfortable. Nice view from the window. It was nice seeing the sun in the morning. Breakfast was a nice. The pancake machine was neat, but expected a little bigger of a pancake lol. They were cute and yummy.

Extremely clean! Probably the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Restaurants close by and the breakfast bar provided by the hotel was typical but fresh, hot and CLEAN.

This was my first time staying at this location and I will stay there again when in the area. It was clean. It was the quietest place I have ever stayed - didn't hear people talking in the hallways, staff were all professional and helpful. A truly delightful experience. The only negative was the amount of room for eating area. I took my plate up to my room to eat as there was nowhere else to sit.

Very clean and fresh. Very comfortable bed and room. My wife said it was wonderful and clean. The breakfast was good and a good variety of breakfast items. She loved the wall mounted pumps for shampoo and body wash. Also it was very quiet. Nice to unwind and relax.

At 5:00pm we were told that they were booked full. We said we had a reservation. They told us they didn’t have a room. Then after an argument they said they didn’t have any clean rooms. We sat and waited 45 minutes to get a clean room. They did not care that we had already paid for a room. Horrible place.

Staff was extremely accommodating to our needs prior to and upon arrival while traveling with an elderly family member with needs. ADA accommodations were provided. Staff was extremely friendly even when I called the front desk within 30 minutes of arrival as my father accidentally flooded the bathroom and entryway while showering. The professionalism and service continued throughout our stay. We would definitely return and recommend this facility.

I stay at a lot of hotels for work and this Holiday Inn was simply outstanding! It was clean, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing. During our stay the battery on our car died. When I asked the manager if she had any jumper cables she not only offered cables but personally jumped our car off saving us time. This hotel is top notch in every way! Jim from Nashville!

Joseph at the front desk was the best. He helped me to get my parents a last minute room and made it work they didn't have to switch rooms for night 2. He was super friendly and helpful during our stay. We were there for a tournament and all of the staff was accommodating in getting breakfast ready and filling our water bottles etc.

This one of best hotels I have stayed at in 25 years of traveling. Very clean and modern. Staff a pleasure to work with and took care of all my needs including extending my stay. They made sure to keep me in the same room and greatly appreciated. Highly recommended a stay if you need to stay in Cedar Springs MI area.

Check in was fast and easy but my issue is when I received my confirmation email I realized I got my dates mixed up and needed to stay an additional day. I called to add the extra day and gave a credit card to hold the room. Upon check in the additional day was not registered. I had to check out on 6/2 and then check in for the additional night.

Very nice hotel. It is close to several fast food restaurants and a couple nicer sit down restaurants. This hotel is right off of I-131, making it easy to get on and off I-131. Also, LOVE the cinnamon rolls for breakfast! The biscuits and gravy are also super yummy!!

Pleasant, professional staff. Everyone we spoke to seemed happy to help. Wish every hotel stay went this well. The signage at the recycling area could use improving. As we were having breakfast, which was excellent, we saw most people use all to the recycling bins as trash containers because the signage was so far below eye level Hope we have a chance to stay here again

The breakfast was great. The bed pillows were awful. Didn't get much sleep. Oh, and the "master switch" turned off the electric outlets so none of our phones charged overnight. That was really not helpful. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Conveniently located. Facility itself was beautiful.

The beds were comfortable and the room size was good. If you want a place right off the highway with plenty of fast food options, this is your place. However, it did not fit our bill. I had expected the hotel to be situated in a town, not a truck stop. Upon driving in to the hotel entrance, there were several company work vans. Parking on the back side of the building, there were even more with crane type trucks. The very personable individual at check-in told us breakfast was served until 10:00 am. The next morning we went down at 9:33 a.m. (I looked at my watch) to find it closed at 9:30 a.m. Very disappointing. On the positive, when we did make it down in time, breakfast was delicious. In our room, the blackout window shade and electrical panel between the beds didn't work. We called down for maintenance, who never came. The bathroom was huge, but the sliding door was so heavy, I had a hard time opening and closing it. The shower head was horrible and the shower curtain was disgusting. The mirror over the sink was backlit, but gave no light, so with the shower wall next to it, it was dark in that part of the room. The next time, we'll be staying elsewhere.
