Disgusting pool? Omg they haven't cleaned that pool for months, it was murky and horrible smell of chlorine reeeked! Ugh. The breakfast was awesome, though.

Great location for visiting Nazareth and Bethlehem. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Easy access to Highway 33, route 22 and I-78. Excellent fitness room. This Is a newer property and everything is in good shape.

Our stay was awesome. The property was clean, our room was large and clean, the breakfast options were great and plentiful, parking was always available, the pool was clean, warm, towels wete stocked, and it didn't smell like chlorine, and lastly all staff that i came in contact with was very helpful and awesome. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Very clean hotel! We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast. Our tv wasn’t working when we arrived but the front desk promptly fixed it! The only negative was the pool and the pool room was a bit cold. We will be back!

Hotel looked brand new but sheets were stained with what looked like blood Pool room was cold and so was water, water was completely cloudy and no pool towels. Every time we asked for a towel we was told they being washed. Breakfast was also crazy they kept running out of things like bagels , bread and sausage when asked they said they had allotment per day. Hotel was busy and seemed like they was not prepared

Fix your elevator. Packed, busy hotel. Unacceptable wait for elevators. Large group of teenagers hogging the pool when we went down with a coach giving us the stink eye for even coming in the door. This is a public hotel not a private high school facility for children to monopolize.

We were happy with our stay and would stay here again. Our room was very clean and spacious. The housekeeping staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good. The only downside was that it was a little noisy, mostly from people running in the halls early and letting their doors slam (though that is more the fault of other guests than the hotel.)

PLUS- The room was large, comfortable and clean. Good selections for breakfast. Very comfortable public areas. MINUS- We had difficulty accessing WiFi. It took a few phone calls. The front desk person didn’t want to take our Hilton number because we booked thru a third party, but Hilton number was needed for free WiFi. Free WiFi is expected almost anywhere in 2024. The bedsheets are uncomfortable fabric, they feel like rayon or polyester, cotton would be better. The bathroom soap dispensers are not easy to squeeze and we don’t have disabilities or arthritis.

Bathroom door was sliding and stuck in wall and not really usable. We informed front desk attenant but they didn't help, only said "they are all like that." Bathroom towel hooks were right above toilet (because of the lack of a bathroom door), which is unsanitary. Phone system not working so any time we needed something, we had to go downstairs and speak to front desk attendant but they were sometimes not there. Breakfast food very average. Bed too firm and not very confortable. Overall poor room design and service and food were mediocre at best.

The word I can best use to describe this hotel is NOISY. The noise just didn't stop. I had to call twice but it did no good. Breakfast was good, hotel was clean, bed was okay in comfort, but it was clean, and bathroom was nice and clean. It would have been a great stay if not for the noise. We just couldn't get comfortable and rest.

Property and rooms are great. But if you are in a room facing the front of the hotel, there is a common area in front that can get loud if parties are in the hotel. My last stay, it went on until 3:00am. I asked at 1:30am to switch rooms but was denied.

expectations are to have a clean, comfortable and quiet room when we stay at hotels. The shower pressure was a little weak for us however, overall, a nice hotel to stay for a few days given the sink, refrigerator and mini kitchenette.

Lounge space was huge. Breakfast was great! I wish the rooms had cook tops as part of the kitchen. Kitchen has full size dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer (no ice maker) and sink has garbage disposal. Shower is a little on the smaller side and living area is well layed out. I recommend a room on the top floor, if not you will be like us with elephants on your head all day and night.

Great stay one night on our way to New York City. We hit a couple outlet malls on the way and Easton was a perfect stop from Toronto. Hotel very comfortable due to the size of the rooms. Clean and had shampoo and conditioner (love this so I don’t have to pack). We requested a quiet room and they noted their system 4th floor away from Elevators and stairs. We got just that. Slept well considering busy hotel on New Year’s Eve. Breakfast staff work hard and are so friendly. We tipped because of this.

My most recent experience was average. I recently stayed at this hotel from 04/05/24 to 04/07/24. I arrived at 1:47am(keep in mind at 3:00pm I told the staff I wouldn’t be there until after 1am) they said they will note it under my reservation. This woman gave my husband so much attitude, but when she seen my husband not budging quickly began to check him in. When go to our room and it was nice clean, stocked with plates and living products for your family. It was very much like an apartment set up. Nonetheless wake up go for breakfast and I mean my appetite was gone. Eggs was runny(very) the turkey sausages looked like it had been sitting for atleast 5 days (just out) no vitamin D milk, all the cereal was basically gone(went to breakfast at 8:20am) I guess a hour after serving a lot can be eating. I mean i ate breakfast outside of this hotel. Upon returning from the Crayola experience celebrating my 2 year old birthday my room was still a mess. I asked before I left for my room to be cleaned, left for 3 in a half hours still not done. Called downstairs asked for it to be done 2 hours later went downstairs by then my 2 year old was napping and now have to be be removed, because they were finally ready to clean the room. Ok now the receptionist was rude night and morning person. Went out to grab some food came back, napped grabbed dinner and both restaurants the people was rude. This place is just full of rude, unhappy people. I won’t be returning.

Gigi at the front desk is one of the nicest hotel staff members we have ever had. We travel very often and always meet great people along the way but Gigi stands out above all.

Very comfortable facility. Loved the full-size fridge - perfect for our holiday pies! Quiet rooms, a non-cramped breakfast area with good selections. Rapid roomy elevators. Wish we'd had time to check out the pool/fitness area. Not so great - nothing close enough to walk to.

This is our second time within two years. I had no problems with the hotel, only to note someone is building a condo or hotel next to this hotel and at exactly 7AM, hammers, noise, drilling, construction noise breaks out! The concierge did not notify me of this, I had to find out the hard way. If I knew this beforehand, obviously I would take my business elsewhere.

Continental breakfast was posted in several areas stating it starts at 6 a.m. We got there at 6:15a.m. To find nothing! Even the lights were not on! Very unhappy with that. Also when checking in I was asked if I wanted housekeeping to come. I specifically asked do you mean to bring me clean towels and make the beds? Since when do you go to a hotel and have to ask for housekeeping? That’s ridiculous!!

We had a great stay at the Home2Suites. The room was spacious, very clean and a great location. My kids enjoyed using the pool, and the breakfast was great for a hotel buffet. Absolutely would recommend!
