We stayed in the captain's quarters and it was wonderful. The staff were so kind and helpful. The lake is beautiful and the kids had an amazing time on the water obstacle course. We will definitely come again.

Great place. Basically, a fishing lodge on Lake Texoma, nice cabins with boat launch and amenities like a water park for the kids. Staff was super nice (thanks again, Dawn). Cabin had a complete kitchen and was very comfortable. Solo trip, but it would be great place to take the family next trip.

Our cabin was clean and inviting.The lights on the marina at night were nice. Cabin had most accessories needed for cooking. Bed was comfy....peaceful and staff was friendly with easy check in

Room was good size. Bathroom and shower needs some love/cleaning. No counter space. Bed was small and mattress was uncomfortable. Comforter and sheets were very cozy. Needs better locks on the doors, or security locks. Not a complete kitchen setup, no basic spices, cooking utensils, etc. If you need a hair dryer you will need to bring it.

We showed up and the family next to us were extremely loud, very loud. You could hear every single word. Wall was EXTREMELY thin. Not even 10 minutes later, we find a whole host of roaches scatter inbthe bathroom, there is food all over the bed, between sheets, on bed spread. It was a terrible experience all around.

I booked 3 cabins 7,8 and 9 Description said peace and tranquility. Good place for rest and relaxation. Step out and enjoy the sound of waves hitting the shore. Instead they had huge waterpark right outside our door. Kids screaming , people sitting and standing in front of cabin screaming at their kids until 8pm. Was so bad my brother left a day early and i feel like we should get part of that rental back. This was false advertisements! The bathroom was disgusting. Feces pubic hair and mold. I spent an hour and a half cleaning it after i went and bought cleaning supplies. Our get turned black from walking on wood floor so i cleaned it also. Rented a boat but directions were not clear so we were 30 minutes late because when i called office girl that answered had no clue what i was talking about. We ended up staying in our cabins because it was so noisy.

Ugh, I don’t even want to write a review on this place because it’s a gem and I want to keep it hidden for just me. We had cabin 18 and it was so large, so clean and perfect! Kitchen is awesome, bed was comfortable. Price was more than reasonable for how beautiful it is and location. I’m already going to book for the summer.

Everything is clean and cute little cabin. My only issue is the BED. The bed is sunk in in the middle and keep rolling into it. Time for new bed in cabin 7. Pillows are hard time for some soft pillows and possibly at least 3 if not 4 for 2 a piece. If you don’t care about bedding then this is a wonderful place

We booked our stay for the Choctaw PowWow. Immediatly upon entering, the bleach smell was so strong that it made my eyes water. By the end of our 4 night stay I was catching hints of cat pee so it seems that the smell was to cover up oders that shouldn't be there to begin with. The beds are horrible. I have a bad back and I need a good supportive mattress to sleep on and what they have is cheap memory foam. When we got bedding for the futon because one night on the bed put me at level 8 on the pain scale, I asked to find out if they had the same mattresses in the other cabins and yep, so no chance of me staying here again ever. We spent 3 of our 4 night stay sleeping on the futon which also meant that no watching tv in bed, or even sitting since the only TV was at the bed. Another thing that was extremely annoying was how tiny the showers were. Ladies don't forget your electric razor if your staying here because you aren't going to be shaving while in the shower.

The cabin was very well put together. I would suggest they use a vacuum instead of just a broom to get more dirt off the floors a bit better. The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. The bed was comfortable and clean. The shower is nice, although they may need to check their heating element in cabin 38. The outdoor grill area and picnic tables are fantastic as well. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a quick overnight stay and overall it was perfect for our needs. I would have liked a dead bolt on the door as we were two women traveling alone and the bed needs to be more comfortable. There isnt a lot of cushion and the sleeping was a bit rough. Everything else we absolutely loved and would love to come back if we could try a unit with a better bed.

Very hospitable management and staff!!! I was running late, and i called ahead to let them know. She gave me intructions on how to enter the gate. Then once we arrived and were able to enjoy the property, even though the office had long closed, she rode over on the golf cart, to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of!!!

Was looking for a place to stay in Durant OK and found this great place. Just a few miles outside of city. We stayed in cabin close with access to lake. quiet and relaxing rest. Staff made the stay easy with check-in and check-out.

The staff was amazing! I received a phone call the morning of my stay to make sure I had the instructions for self check-in. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow! Very peaceful and quiet! Boat ramp, places to fish, and just overall relax and bird watch! Cabin was amazing! We are already planning a trip back with kids this summer!

We spent two nights at this beautiful property on Lake Texoma in Mead Oklahoma. The cabin was perfect and the location is safe and everyone that works there is very friendly. The location is close to Choctaw Casino in Durant and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

The advertising for the room was a little misleading. It says lake view property and the picture made the lake appear a lot closer than it actually was. Yes, technically it was lake views but the view was far away. We also requested a boat slip in our booking details, but upon arrival there wasn’t one available. The property was clean and the set up was nice.

We booked this stay based on the photos in the listing. We expected to have a lake-centered experience. We were not even on the marina property. We were down the road sandwiched between RVs, actual dog fights, people smoking right outside our door and other random assortments. We were really disappointed that the unit we stayed at was so far from the lake and in an environment that was not family friendly at all. I was also unhappy for the value. While the actual space was fine, it was more expensive than I would have ever paid given the poor location and proximity to unsafe things (dog fights, smoking). Buyer beware that you may or may not be getting anything at the marina.

This place was so nice and peaceful. Very pleasant and helpful people here. You have total access to the Marina and shoreline. They have a little store where you check in inside. There are many different options to book, and are at reasonable rates. They truly want to make your stay great and appreciate your business. You are updated to what events are going on at the time. It's a laid back and pleasant environment where you can decompress and enjoy wading in the water, fishing, etc.
