Very clean and well maintained property. We stayed one night with our pet beagle and they have a huge open area for walking dogs. The breakfast options were good - coffee, fruits, cereals, egg white omelets, bread, bagel, muffins etc… it was a great stay and the staff was very nice too. Will stay again. 10/10 on this one …

The hotel was clean and in good condition. Parking is easy and the staff is friendly. There is a lot of road construction in the area and the Apple Maps app sent us on a roundabout way in. Turns out it didn’t need to. The hotel is a good value and I would stay here again if in the area.

Pleasantly surprised, as I had never heard of Avid but our team was staying there. It was easy to get to, very clean, quiet rooms, front desk attendant, both morning and night were awesome and helpful. Breakfast omelettes and coffee hit the spot. Some the girls drank hot chocolate that was provided. Work out area served purpose. Pet friendly but you wouldnt know bc of cleanliness. Impressed, would stay again. Thanks!

I returned back to the hotel around 11 pm and there was no parking. Hotel staff told me to park anywhere and make sure I wasn’t blocking anyone.

Good and easy stay. I was told upfront about the incidental charge so no confusion there. Easy to check out process with the app. The fire alarm went off Saturday and startled everyone. The grab and go breakfast was cool. Overall good stay and would stay here again.

The property was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating, and it was quiet at night. Housekeeping did leave our door open one day after cleaning which could’ve been really bad, but luckily nothing was taken. We let the front desk know and they escalated the complaint to the GM. We really appreciated their care regarding this matter.

I stay in this hotel three to four times a year. This is the worst stay, mainly due to poor cleaning overall. It’s sad how a hotel can go down from being the best to below average.

This hotel needs a deep cleaning. Everything was dirty. The bread for breakfast had mold. The staff is disgruntled. It was absolutely disgusting and I would not revisit. It was a $50 a night hotel at best.

Hotel is great for a quick overnight stay. The rooms are always clean. I am noticing that attention to the common areas are being overlooked, like the elevator carpets have noticeable soiled areas, which can be cleaned quickly on days when the hotel isnt busy.

Newer facility. King room had a European feel. It was small but a very good use of space. I appreciated the larger pump bottles of toiletries instead of the wasteful mini bottles. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was basic but some good low carb options. Coffee was fresh ground. I would stay here again and would recommend it.

All our complaints have to do with the building. Nothing wrong with the staff. Our King room was smallest room we've ever had. No microwave or closet in the room. Ice only on first floor and that's where the ice buckets are located. Walls and floor are paper thin. Woke up several times due to noisy neighbors and those with pets. Be aware that the road to turn into the property is half way down the "off" ramp. So don't blink or you'll miss the turn. Needs better signage for where to turn into, that's our opinion.

Property is very nice. Lacks a little bit in the sound proofing area. However, the room was very small. Very clean and nice bathroom, but for a king size bed it was tight.

This is probably the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. There is no seating. There is a very skinny tiny desk with a desk chair. No vanity. No closet. No couch. And very little space between the beds. Definitely not a family friendly hotel. Gas station type breakfast only.

I travel consistently for work, and it is very rare for me to give a review like this. The facility was wonderful. Ampul parking, rooms were very clean and very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating and extremely friendly. Vincent went out of his was to assist me with a few things and I greatly appreciate him for that!

The desk clerk went above and beyond to help us. I was traveling with a friend, and she found us two rooms right next to each other. The staff was very helpful. We had to leave early the next morning for a 5k race, and Ashley was so kind to open the breakfast bar 15 minutes early so we could get our food. Ashley also helped us navigate around the current construction. Outstanding service!

This is a new hotel. Rooms were nice, bed great, bathroom upscale. Great lobby and with plenty of amenities. Quiet hotel . Staff was very courteous and helpful. I’ll stay here again.

The only minus was there was a lot of construction on the highway at this exit making it a bit difficult to reach but not hotel’s problem. Everything was good when we got there. New property.

We only stayed for one night. It was an easy check in front desk person was kind. The hotel was very quiet which was a great thing. The construction around the area is the only thing I did not like (which the hotel has no control over)

Overall good. Clean and almost new. Friendly staff. Fresh ground/brewed coffee 24/7! Pet friendly. Location ok. No highway noise. The only negatives were the mediocre breakfast and poor sound insulation from the floor above. The egg bites the 1st day were gross but the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches the 2nd day were hot and fresh. The price was great!
