The staff was very friendly and helpful. I like that they had a refillable water station and ice machine in the lobby. I wasn’t too keen on the breakfast provided but it’s okay for it not being a hot breakfast option.

The people here were so friendly, and the hotel in great condition, with ample parking and a fairly quiet atmosphere. We accidentally went to another hotel just around the corner before finding this one where we had a reservation, and we're so grateful that it wasn't at the other major chain hotel which was loud, dirty, and had insufficient parking.

Our experience was excellent start to finish. We were checked in by Demetrious who was efficient and friendly and very kind to our pets. It is an excellent property if you are traveling with a pet. The walking area is convenient and accessible which is important. The room was sparkling clean and comfortable.

I loved that the room had a large refrigerator and a stovetop. The shower was wonderful. It felt like it had a massaging shower head. I could hear the water from the room above. I would stay there again. The young lady that checked me in was very friendly and pointed out the things I need to know.

Great staff, clean room with all necessities, no frills but highly functional. There is a ton of shopping and dining super close, including a mall. If I was going to downtown Richmond I would stay elsewhere, but closer. Again , friendly staff, clean, and a very quiet room on a Friday night!

Hotel had a bad odor throughout, sheets were not clean, bathroom was in desperate need of a deep clean. Bathroom had one bar of cheap soap. Overall this hotel seemed like they did the bare no minimum in almost every category. Hotel seemed like a boarding house for longer term guests with hair everywhere. Would not recommend.

My room had to be changed because when I went into my room there was toe nail clippings on the floor and trash was never taken out. Pillows and sheets smelled sweaty as if they never changed sheets but just remade the beds. I got my room changed and it was a little cleaner but floors were sticky and there were hair shavings all over bathroom counter. Also old bottles of shampoo that were empty in shower.

This property was disappointing. When we arrived we were greeted with a roach. They changed our room and it was still dirty with broken facilities and the phone didn’t work. The floor was dirty too. Some staff were nice, others were rude and dismissive.

Our experience was excellent start to finish. We were checked in by Demetrious who was efficient and friendly and very kind to our pets. It is an excellent property if you are traveling with a pet. The walking area is convenient and accessible which is important. The room was sparkling clean and comfortable.

The bathroom and room was not cleaned properly. There was still hair and dirt everywhere. We were too tired to complain or move rooms. The bed was cleaner than anything else but one of the pillows have a stain on it. Would not stay again

We didn’t even stay. The first room was disgusting, the floors were sticky, smelled like smoke and it looked like someone crushed a cigarette in the sheets. The front desk attendant told me it hadn’t been cleaned. We were given another room, and as i pulled the blanket up and moved the pillow there was a massive stain. We immediately grabbed our things and left.

I don't like giving negative reviews but in this case I must make an exception. The positives were very clean rooms, very helpful staff, comfortable beds, and large tv. However if you expect a pen and pad of paper in the room, or glasses or even plastic cups, or a coffee maker, or a real breakfast (as advertised), or a canopy over the entrance so you can unload out of the weather, a bar of soap that doesn't feel like a piece of wood, a counter near the bathroom sink, and the bath towels not stacked on a pallet on the floor near the toilet- if you expect any of these, you will be disappointed. My wife thought the room was decorated in "Early Minimalist" style. It did not seem welcoming. The front desk lady told me it was their policy to be different from other motels. I don't fault her but they need to do a better job of describing their differences in their advertising. I paid a little extra to get a more upscale facility. I was quite disappointed.

They double booked my room a stranger walked into my room at 2:30 in the morning not safe at all. I called front desk and they wont resolve it. They were rude and dismissive.

Demetrius was polite and hospitable. The general area was quiet however the front desk was mostly unattended. If I needed to speak with someone no one was around. The AC unit in the room was noisy and the floor was very waxy and slick. Also, the shower door wouldn't close.
