The staff were super friendly and helpful! We had two rooms. One room with a hot tub. The hot tub was pleasant, clean and very nice. The room was clean but it had a bit of smell. It was not unbearable but I think it is just because the building is really old. our second room which was a standard room was much better. We liked the lay out better. Both rooms were really clean.

Amazing location a few minutes walk to the Alcazar and Cathedral in the old town, super clean and modern rooms, very comfortable also. My room had a kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, and sink and dishes. It even had a hot tub on the balcony! The room was also pretty large for European standards so that was another bonus. If you arrive by taxi, don't use a rideshare app, because they tend to drop you off at the entrance to the old town, forcing you to walk about 7 minutes, whereas local taxis drop you off and pick up right at the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s location is in the Santa Cruz old town. It’s walkable distance to all attractions including the palace, bull fighting stadium, Spanish plaza etc. The hotel arranged transportation for our midnight departure. The room is really spacious with free mini bar refills and apples. These treats are really rare these days!

We adored our stay here. The location on Plaza Alfaro offered incredible park views, including the nearby Alcazar gardens, where there’s a nightly light show and heavenly music and the scent of orange blossoms floating on the breeze. Accommodations were comfy, clean and modern and the spa/hot tub on the terrace was so soothing (& romantic) after days spent walking all around Sevilla. Within easy walking distance of great shopping (wonderful ceramics shop on the same plaza!) and major attractions including the Seville Cathedral, Alcazar palace, Plaza d’Espana and the Setas de Sevilla. Staff was friendly and helpful and offered great restaurant recommendations. Cannot recommend highly enough. This is THE place to stay on your trip to Sevilla!

Clean room. Friendly staff. Awesome location. I don’t recommend to opt in for their breakfast on the other hotel close to suites. Plenty of great options near by for a breakfast or brunch or if you have the time you can buy stuff from the grocery store and make your own breakfast in the room. ;)

The hotel is in a good location in the old town. It is clean. It is spacious and updated with modern furniture, kitchenette, closet and comfortable beds and bedding. I received apples and 2 waters everyday, which was a nice touch. However, the shower door doesn’t close all the way and water gets out and mold is building under the fake wood planks, which really should be tile in the bathroom. Additionally, I woke up to construction workers pounding at the ground at 7:30 am and by 8:00 am they were drilling. I asked the staff why I wasn’t notified. I picked the hotel for its serene quiet park and to be able to sleep in. Guests should be notified of the construction. A hotel sells sleep not shoes, clothing or food. If you pay for sleep you should be warned of this construction starting at 7:30 am and drilling at 8:00 am. A guest should be allowed to cancel their stay. After five minutes of complaining to the front desk lady she provided a gesture of peace by giving me a free breakfast, which I appreciated. The construction started the day before and I wished guests would have been warned and given an option to not stay, if they planned to sleep the next day because it was impossible.

Overall a lovely stay. A few issues with cleanliness & plug in the sink not working, having mentioned these at reception, they were attended to immediately & we were given a bottle of Seville orange wine for the issues. The staff were amazing, friendly & courteous & very attentive & helpful. Will recommend this to anyone as an excellent place to stay in the heart of Seville.

Super Lage, fußläufig zu allen Tollen Sehenswürdigkeiten und man wohnt selber in einer Sehenswürdigkeit. Das bedeutet alle Touren bleiben unter dem Balkon stehen. Durch das Kopfsteinpflaster war es Nachts sehr laut, da man jeden Rollkoffer und Bauarbeiter gehört hat.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying here. When we booked the trip, we had booked a standard suite. Upon arrival, we were offered an upgraded suite with a living room, private balcony, mini bar, kitchenette, etc. It was such a nice surprise! We had a wonderful time being able to sit on the deck and watch as tour groups walked by (and even took photos of the beautiful building)! The location was great, right next to the gardens and in the hear of the barrio Santa Cruz. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. They helped us reserve a taxi to the airport which was extremely easy and convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic Hotel and Apartment. We had a bedroom with a separate room (Lounge), with sofabed, which was perfect for us. The room also had a kitchenette - although we didn't really use it. We were provided with free mini-bar drinks (including beer). Great location, in the heart of everything. Marta (Receptionist) was extremely helpful with Restaurant recommendations etc. We ate at some wonderful local restaurants and bars, like locals. Extremely clean.Thoroughly recommend.

We will be back we love it. We got the best room with an amazing view to the park with a wrap around balcony! Just love it. We could hear the birds and beautiful flowers on the surroundings plus the tall palm trees. Just excellent.

The only person that was helpful was the maid and a woman that we are not allowed to name by hotels.com. She tried fixing all our issues. The two men that worked the front desk were useless in every way. The maids were outstanding. They gave us a coupon for a drink. The bartender was furious we had them and said it’s small and I will only give you a half glass. The beer is .50 euros for a can. This hotel did everything it could to give the gringo experience. We would never come back to this chain.

The Suites Murillo Plaza Sta Cruz is located very conveniently next to pedestrian streets in the heart of the historic area. Very easy access to the Cathedral and Real Alcázar. Staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly with answering questions and reserving transportation to and from the airport!

Excellent location, close to all the attractions. Helpful staff. However, reception is not allowed to use their computer to help with getting boarding passes! They were eager to help, but software blocks such activity. We are old and were not able to do this on a smartphone that required loading passport pictures, etc. Luckily, our next hotel at Lisbon Airport had no such restrictions.

I arrived on a hot day and was received very nicely by Rocio. She was polite , friendly, very professional and very understanding. It was my birthday and she showed me another apartment , just in case I wanted to upgrade. My apartment was nicely appointed, had complimentary water, coca cola and beer in the fridge( every day), free coffee and tea. The apartment was spotless clean, very quiet ( no cars allowed in old town) wifi and AC worked well. I also liked that I did not have to have the AC on at all times ( it was 38 Celsius, the room kept cool , even when I left ( the AC and electricity gets switched off once you leave ). I actually slept without the AC every day and had it on just for 30 min every couple of hours . The hotel is very close to bus station 21 that brings you from the Seville Santa Justa Train station ( 2 stops) for just 1,40 euros). Very convenient. There are lots of restaurants close by and you can basically walk everywhere. The hotel is right next to a park, 10 min from Plaza Espana, 5 min from Alcazar and Cathedral and 15 min walk to Las Setas, Palacio Lebrija etc. The area was really clean. You also receive a free welcome drink to the restaurant next door, Alfaro , that also has a terrace opened evenings. The only two things that could improve is to provide hair conditioner and have hotter water in the shower. Thank you Rocio, you are an amazing person and you made my stay a very pleasant one!

We truly enjoyed staying in this hotel, however there were a couple of minor inconveniences that could have made it better. The TV never worked properly. The mini bar, although included was barely stocked with water which is what was of utmost importance, with extremely hot temperatures outdoors. Breakfast was available at an additional charge at the nearby sister hotel. The suite was roomy, clean and comfortable. The location was great, but insist taxi drivers drive to plaza Alfaro (right in front of hotel) not Santa Cruz, which is a few blocks away. It had a well stocked mini kitchen with microwave and two burners. We would stay here again. Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Sevilla is a beautiful city with warm, welcoming people.

Very hard ti park there, I suggest if you are driving, make sure that vehicle is very small. Property is great, everything is amazing around that area. Would go back in a heartbeat!

The location is utterly perfect right by the entrance to the Alcazar gardens and the city centre. Access is safe and easy and there are restaurants nearby so would definitely recommend. Only drawback is the Hotel breakfast with the buffet being very unexciting but there are plenty of places to go for breakfast nearby.

One of my favorite places on our trip in Spain! This historic hotel is nestled in the most historic section of Seville - an incredible location rich in culture and very walkable to incredible sites. The front desk staff was welcoming and very helpful on all counts. The restaurant next door had the most wonderful staff, an inviting atmosphere and great food. I highly recommend this hotel to any traveler considering Seville for their holiday.

Las suites estàn en un lugar extraordinario de Sevilla, ideal para caminar a la catedral y a todos los lugares de interés! El personal amabilísimo! Lo que no recomiendo es el desayuno: es muy muy malo, considero que ahí tienen una área de mejora. Se desayuna infinitamente mejor en cualquier bar cercano! Ojalá mejoren la calidad de los alimentos aunque suban un poco el precio.

Everything was perfect. The room was very nice and spacious for an older historic building. Don't miss ending your day with a lovely nightcap on the rooftop bar/restaurant. The staff were so kind and helpful. Our son uses a wheelchair so the location within walking distance to all of the touring spots was so helpful.
