The property and the hotel were very nice. The young lady that checked us in was very sweet and friendly. Two comments: 1. when you enter the hotel through the first automatic door, instead of going straight into the lobby, you have to go to the right and then through the second automatic door, which is a very poor design. We wondered if the 2nd automatic door was put in wrong! 2. The elevator is narrow, especially if you’re using the baggage cart. It is very cumbersome to maneuver the cart into the elevator. A few things to consider for future properties.

We had a great stay, the hotel was very nice. The only thing is that there is no cover drive up to the front doors. We had to take the luggage cart across the parking lot to unload our things. Not terrible but also not ideal, if it was raining when you arrived there is NO cover/protection and that would suck.

I enjoy being able to open the curtains and see the view. I enjoy the privacy and being able to walk around outdoors in a safe environment. I love that HEB is walking distance and I have enough counter space to cook. I love that there is a pet store nearby and I can visit the cat, Molly, who is waiting to be adopted. I enjoy the clean gym and complimentary breakfast with organic chocolate milk. I wish the pool was a bit more private.

This hotel was the cleanest out of the la quintas we have stayed at. Everything smelled fresh. Bed was comfortable. Only complaint was that our ac unit was pretty noisy and may need some maintenance.

I wanted a room non smoking and as soon as we walked in it smell like cigarettes. The room was definitely not clean. The shower had hairs. The towels stink, They definitely need to clean/wash their carpets. The pillows suck and the sheets had a funky smell with old stains. The whole lobby smelled like cigarettes. Im soo upset

Pros: front desk staff seemed very nice and attentive. The breakfast features chocolate waffles which I particularly loved and was well organized. All shared spaces were quite clean and peaceful. Cons: the superior room wasn't quite giving Superior, the rooms weren't dirty but if you like finding random pieces of hair this will be the room for you. Especially in your bed. Even after requesting a cleaning the mystery hair was still present. Overall decent stay ,just a few tweaks needed to be made in regards to the laundry department.

Located in a good area near lots of places to eat; however, most are fast food. HEB is right next door, which was convenient for water, etc. There was only one person working at the front when we arrived and there were a couple of other customers, so there was a bit of a wait. I’d been inside previously and no one was at the front desk. Shower head dripped lots of water and there was some mold/mildew in the corner of the shower. Plus, the bath mat was very tattered. Not what I expected from a property that still looks new in common areas. The pillows and beds weren’t that comfortable.

Probably the best room we have ever stayed in. Staff were all very courteous and helpful, room was spacious and very clean. Would definitely recommend. Plenty of restaurants and a HEB within walking distance which made things super convenient.

Quinta 1943 Medical Lakeway TX Room 306 - bathroom door wouldn't close and it was difficult to get into the room because the entry door was difficult to open. Everything else was perfect.

Nice property - clean and new. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good dining options nearby. No local channels (ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, PBS) were available on the TV in the room. Although room service was advertised in the room, the “participating” restaurant was completely unaware and would not deliver food to the room (High 5 in Lakeway).

This hotel was great! Great location, great layout with a little sitting area for work. There was a tv in the sitting area and the bed are which was nice. The only bummer was the tvs were outdated; not smart tvs. Almost useless. The beds could use more blankets. But in general it was a great location and place, I’d definitely stay again.

It was located in a great location. Convenient and easy access to the event I was attending. One thing that bothered me was the entrance door to the room. It was hard to open I had to push to get it open.

Nice property with comfortable rooms. I doubt I would stay there again. The walls are either paper thin or the guests are really loud - I actually think it’s both. Front desk staff was very friendly.

The only complaint I have is I asked for a room with a tub and they didn’t give me one. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of plenty of food and coffee places. The view is great and I was surprised by the room, it has two televisions in the bed/living area and a big comfy couch.

We booked this hotel online while on the way to Austin during the middle of the night. We originally booked a room with 2 queens, but when we got there the computer showed that they did not have 2 queens available. Although this was a frustrating and tiresome thing to deal with, the staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The customer service here is truly top notch!

I love staying at this property. Just finished a 12 night stay. Room clean, breakfast great. Staff at front desk make it feel like home away from home. The gentleman who prepares the breakfast amazing. Will be back again.

Clean, quiet hotel in a pleasant neighborhood. There are multiple restaurant choices within easy walking distance. All the staff were friendly and efficient. Excellent breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage patties, potatoes -- all cooked with skill and care. I would definitely stay here again!

Always a good experience at this location in Lakeway. My only disappointment was the breakfast. It seems it was rather skimpy on the weekdays versus Friday-Saturday. Maybe because it wasn't a full hotel. One question, is the orange juice fresh everyday, same with the breads, etc.
