Chose this hotel because they advertised parking and Airport Shuttle. We had to sign up for a shuttle pick-up an hour earlier than we needed (0430!!!) and when it got there it was full, so we had to $40 uber anyway. When we landed, we tried to call hotel to schedule pickup, no answer. Another $40 uber back to hotel and our car. Nice lady at check-in...rooms sparse, small, but served the purpose, and clean.

I talked to the front desk clerk 3 times about shuttle service to the airport. We were told to just show up. When were leaving the shuttle driver said we needed to schedule an appointment. The next available shuttle was 2 1/2 hours.

Was a nice stay, wish shuttle would have gone to rental car locations. Staff was super friendly and accommodating and was very clean. Walking distance to restaurants was nice. Really liked the cubbies for clothes and luggage. The openness made sure you didn’t forget anything. The pool and gym were also very nice. Would stay again

We stayed here before an early morning flight. After reading the bad reviews about the free airport shuttle before we booked we decided to take a chance. Well, the reviews were correct. The shuttle was fully booked and we had to order an uber. That is very disappointing because that was a major part of why we booked here. Upon our return the shuttle took over 30 minutea to pick us up.

It was good enough. The pool was underwhelming and the bathroom was not very clean. I didn’t like the black out shades and the hotel has spotlights on the building so that was not ideal for sleeping for me. It was just ok.

Avid is newly known to us and our family. Of course it is an IHG Hotel, much is expected at this caliber. Its motto is cleanliness! Post Covid, so that is the reason i expected the proper Covid safe and cleanliness Although, the room we stayed in, floors were sticky and black if use the white towel to run over, we are barefooters. Aside from that, we love everything, down to the pancake maker (the kiddos flock over that thing, while i have to force them breakfast at home)

It started when I checked in Sept 17th, spoke to the two girls at the desk and asked for a quiet room. They put me in a room with 2 double beds so I had to come back down to the front desk to ask for a room with one bed. Both girls had an attitude. They put me in a room that was near the dumpster pick up which was early the next morning. Generally, my room was noisy and I could hear people above me and next to me walking, talking and flushing the toilet. I did not receive the wifi code and tried several times to call the desk with no answer. I also found long black hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor. Your breakfast was good and the guy at the desk was friendly on check out. However I had to wait nearly an hour for the shuttle to the airport.

I like the showers in the rooms and the room was clean. Front desk staff was welcoming. My biggest complaint is that there isn't a microwave in the room. Came here after a long flight and bought a hot pocket at the front desk. Came all the way to my room on the 3rd floor to find out there aren't any microwaves in the room. Had to go back down to the lobby to microwave it and there was only one microwave and it was in use. Microwaves are the cheapest appliance you can buy. For the convenience of your guests, invest in them.

Comfortable and spacious room with king bed. Best pillows I've ever used! Advertised with pride that the rooms are clean, simple, yet efficient, and I would agree. Every furniture piece has a purpose. Some are duel seating and storage, which is brilliant. Easy to get airport shuttles. 24 hour coffee and tea. Only improvement would be a non-sweet creamer available. Close walk to several eateries.

Bed was comfortable, pillows were amazing, room was clean, shower (water pressure) was perfect, and staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside to staying here is that it's used by people going to and coming from DIA so be prepared to have doors in the hallway opening and closing at all hours of the night.

The property is near DIA but charges $12 a night to park int there unsecured basic parking lot. So we parked off the streetand the front desk was rude. This lady was to bothered to be nice or courtesy of being politeness. Will never stay here again.

Well, there was no coffee in the morning. The machine only produced a dishwater colored liquid. It was an epic fail. Also we were told we could take a shuttle to the airport at 5:30 AM so we were down in the lobby at 5:30 but no shuttle. We tried taking the 6:00 AM shuttle but they kicked us off because we didn't have the 6:00 ticket. The staff member who gave us our shuttle "ticket" failed to explain the procedure- that we needed to be in the lobby earlier than our departure time so after all that, staying at the hotel so we could leave our car there was a moot point. We had to drive ourselves to the airport, running through the snow in sandals (as we were headed to Mexico). If the staff had just been clear on how the whole shuttle thing worked we wouldn't have had to deal with all that anxiety. It was cold and snowing so we were waiting inside in the lobby and perhaps didn't see the 5:30 shuttle. And we couldn't wait in the entry way because without a room key we wouldn't be able to get back in.

We stayed here after a late arrival from home. The room was spotless, the shower was nice, and I especially appreciated the bathroom having a night-light. The complimentary breakfast was a little skimpy, but they have these grind-and-brew coffee machines that make each cup fresh--yum! We enjoyed our stay so much that after our road trip, we stayed here again on our last night.
