This was my second stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and courteous. Room and common areas very clean and well maintained. The grounds were also well maintained. I really enjoyed the gym . It was very functional and had a lot of choices for free weights and a bench. Great location and convenient to I75.

Very clean room with full size fridge, microwave and desk area for working. Would definitely choose to stay here again. Pool area was nice with a picnic area off to the side with grills.

I was very impressed with this Hotel. I love that I was able to hand-pick my room on the Hilton app. Check-in was a breeze. The Suite was very clean and comfortable. Navigating the hotel was easy. The water pressure was great and the A/C kept the room as cold as I wanted it (these are important things for me). Every employee that I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Lastly, the free breakfast options exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely book with this hotel again!

My husband and I were here for the weekend and it was a perfect stay. It was really clean, the staff was friendly and attentive and the breakfast was good. Our room was awesome. I plan to come back to the area in a few and I will definitely stay here again.

There was poop on the toilet seat that hadn’t been cleaned and literal poop on the walls. Photo attached. Other than that the stay was wonderful as always. Our go to hotel every time we visit.

Our room was very large, but it smelled like in an Indian restaurant. The sink was not very clean, the bathroom either not very well cleaned up. But the rest of the room was comfy and for us that was important. Breakfast was good, nice pool area, parking lot was large

My wife and i needed a little r@r we chose home 2 for it high rating wasn't disappointed, room was very spacious, clean and comfortable . Fee breakfast was a plus. siesta key beach was close by .we played some mini golf at popstroke all and all great time

The staff was very accommodating from the moment we arrived. The pillows were not very good. The hotel should have more to choose from. The pillows were too airy if that makes sense. They provide 3 for a king bed. I asked at the front desk if they had any other type, they did not. However, they brought 2 more to our room It made our second night much better. It would be nice if the staff would be able select rooms for people w/o children. We could hear the families next door trying to quiet their children. Lots of babies & toddlers crying. Walls are thin. Great breakfast staff & coffee.

Stayed for the weekend due to soccer tournament. Check in was smooth and the room we got was a handicapped room. Despite room being right next to the elevators it was very quiet. The room was spacious with two queen beds and a pull out sofa. This was more than enough. It also had a large refrigerator, a microwave and even a dishwasher and dishes. The hotel in general was cleaner than most I have been to lately. The breakfast was the typical boring same same old.

My Family and I stayed over the weekend. We had a Nice Stay. It was clean and quiet. The only thing that would have made it excellent would be if the beds were a little bit bigger. It felt like a full instead of a queen. Other than that it was a Great stay. Employees were extremely accommodating.

Amazing stay at this Hotel. Front desk service and check in process is really fast. The room was spotless, food was great, distance to beaches like Siesta key and Lido key beach is around 20 to 25 min. UTC mall 15 min driving. Lots of restaurants, and supermarkets close to the Hotel. 100% recommended.

Property was nice but they had computer problems at checkin. Gave us our room & told us to lock the door just in case they gave someone else the same room since it was all manual. Had to take my credit card number down on paper but then did not have a shredder when computer came back up. The lady just tore it up and tossed in the trash behind the desk. Also a little concerned that when we needed a new key, they just asked for room number & not ID or at least name.

Very clean and convenient. We paid in advance for a King room and they wanted to check us into a Queen bed room. I was immediately disappointed as this was not what we reserved. They did find us a King room in the end. Never seen so many staff standing around looking at their phones as here. Where was management? One employee at the breakfast service would barely growl when you greeted her, and it should have been her greeting you. She was too busy playing on her phone and fixing or drinking her coffee to be bothered with the guests. She just looked angry all the time. Most of the staff also walking around wearing ear buds too. Why? Are they there to work? Again, poor management from my perspective. Housekeeping staff in the hallways VERY loud and yelling back and forth. We often go out early and want to come back in the afternoon for a rest but were disturbed by the noise of the staff. This is a nice property from a cleanliness and amenity standpoint but the staff detracted from this property. I will give Home 2 a chance in other locations but would not go back here because it seemed to me that there was no management or oversight of the staff. One thing I will say is that the front desk staff were very good. They were attentive and friendly.

One issue was that our Expedia booking did not show at the hotel. We had to wait a bit. It was late & we were tired. After waiting a bit, we were given a room without keys because fixing the booking would take some time. Had to go get room keys in the morning

Everybody was very helpful and friendly. Kim at the front desk was giving us tips where to go for the fireworks and was extremely helpful! Very clean, breakfast was fine .

Just about the PERFECT hotel experience. Super convenient/just off I-75, modern and bright exterior, very friendly staff (shout out to NICK!), clean and highly spacious room, wonderfully cool in the Florida summer heat, squeaky clean and monster bathroom/shower... followed by a breakfast (FREE!!) that included fresh made waffles, eggs/bacon/sausage, unlimited fresh coffee/tea/juice. STAY HERE!!!!!!

The pool is a bit small and doesn’t get any sun after noon, which makes it less enjoyable. The breakfast options are very limited and the same every single day. The hotel uses a lot of plastic/paper utensils, which is not very sustainable.

Pretty thin walls, breakfast was good but badly stocked and staffed seemed more interested in feeding themselves after 9:30 than keeping the breakfast stocked and multiple times the complementary coffee and hot water was cold or out. Manager runs a very lax ship, brought a dog and locked in office, barking in the lobby.
