Nice hotel, the room was a bit small for us there was No balcony or place to hang the laundry. The reception service was great, we accidentally booked the room for disability access, and the receptionist changed it to regular room. Descent breakfast, Hard to find parking on the street.

Otele gelen yollar hep girilmez sokak bu yüzden otelin etrafında çok dolanmak gerekiyor arabayla kapıya kadar gelebilmek için. Otelin otoparkı yoktu ama şansa sokağa girer girmez yer bulduk ve bir daha kımıldatmadık arabayı. Otel temiz ve sakindi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Duş alanı küçüktü ve kapısı yoktu. Dolayısıyla yıkanırken sular banyoya sıçrıyordu ve tüm banyo ıslanıyordu.

This is a really nice hotel! The bed was very comfortable, the water pressure/temperature in the shower was nice, and the breakfast had a lot of options. There is a parking garage just down the street from the hotel that we used (6 euro per day) that worked well.

Καινούργιο και πολύ καθαρό ξενοδοχείο. Το δωμάτιο μου ήταν λίγο μικρό, αλλά αυτό δεν αποτελεί πρόβλημα για μένα. Τα μέτρα Covid τηρούνται αυστηρά. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε ότι ζητήσαμε. Καθημερινή αλλαγή πετσετών. Άνετο πάρκινγκ έξω από το χώρο του ξενοδοχείου. Δεν λέω αλλά θετικά…γιατί σε λίγο δεν θα βρίσκω δωμάτιο !

Clean, efficient, minimalist hotel. Good beds and showers, quality linens, large windows that can open and with good curtains. This place is great value quiet area at night, but walkable to center and also convenient for buses. There is a bakery one block down that has good spinach pies and coffee.

Hotel pulito e nuovo, in zona tranquilla e in 15/20 minuti si raggiunge il centro a piedi. Giudizio complessivamente positivo. Da migliorare i bagni, nello specifico le docce. Sarebbe utile che il box doccia avesse una porta per evitare che l'acqua allaghi il bagno. Colazione piuttosto scarsa.

Nice newish and clean room which was cleaned by request only – when requested, it was cleaned. Ac was good and rooms were quiet. Breakfast was not great, but ok-good. The area was not the prettiest, a bit rough, but calm and peaceful still. Overall a smooth experience, definitely value for the money.

The hotel was very conveniently located near bus station, had clean and comfortable rooms, and staff were very kind. Just sad I had to leave early and not try the breakfast because it looked like an amazing array of options!

The room I stayed in was very noisy. Between the street noise, the fridge and the air conditioner it was difficult to rest and sleep well. The breakfast was poor. The majority of the food was stale and not at all appetising. The hotel is close to the train station which was great for me. I would not stay at this hotel again.

La literie est impeccable et l'hôtel est bien situé. Après cela, pas de chaise dans la chambre, une particularité étonnante dans la salle de bain : la douche ne présente ni porte ni rideau de douche de telle sorte que l'on met plein d'eau à l'extérieur de la douche. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas excellent : le café est infect par exemple. La salle est très petite : lors de mon dernier petit-déjeuner, j'ai dû attendre qu'une place se libère. La chaleur humaine de l'accueil pourrait s'améliorer, le ton était à peine agressif quand on m'a demandé comment était la chambre et que je semblait dubitatif. À l'avenir, j'éviterai cet hôtel.

Good enough hotel for a short stay. We stayed a week and breakfast got boring. Staff is beyond nice and helpful. But hotel is in real need of maintenance!! A/c froze mid night so got hot, starts dripping big time in morning, tap water never gets cold, shower design terrible, water goes everywhere, bedroom key kept not working, curtains were half of the real, safe didn't open. Location is ok, couple of blocks from train station, metro and several bus stops.

Should not have the word ‘suites’ in the name. The rooms were terribly small. Paper thin walls (heard EVERYTHING and was woken up by it) Radio station playing quite loud at 6:30am (which woke me up from a night that I had not slept well) outside. The shower or toilet leaked. The neighbourhood was rough. Didn’t try the breakfast. Staff was there and were nice. Disappointment lies in how they advertise to how it is.

Spent one night at the hotel, we chose it because of the location near the port and the price. Staff was very friendly, gave us early breakfast before departure to the port. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The area is not the nicest but safe and close to the city center.

The hosts were friendly and kind. They took ever effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was clean and large and the bed very comfortable. My husband had two broken legs and the establishment did everything they could to make our stay a pleasant one. The location is centeral and appart from the temporary road works in the area making access a little difficult the hotel is well positioned. Highly recommended. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Thanks to the very helpful staff, we were able to discover Thessaloniki effectively in just a day and a half, seeing most of the important points in the area. Our room was beautiful and clean. The hotel is very close to the center, where the restaurants and promenade are located. I highly recommend this place.

Nice clean room and friendly stafff.left my bag at reception last day and collected that evening.receptionist told me I had left bottle of water in my bad as my bag was wet.i know I didn’t as I had no water left in the room and wouldn’t pack a water bottle in my bag that would be going through airport security.i had bought a white blouse and two new jeans and everything in my bag was completely soaked.I opened the bag in front of her and said please show me the water bottle .Obviously something spilled all over my bag while it was in storage room .if they had admitted it and apologised that would be okay but to say it was my fault was really bad form.

The room I stayed in was very noisy. Between the street noise, the fridge and the air conditioner it was difficult to rest and sleep well. The breakfast was poor. The majority of the food was stale and not at all appetising. The hotel is close to the train station which was great for me. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is newly renovated and has all the needed amenities (new and functional). It is located in a more run own area of the city (although seems like this is an up and coming). Hotel pulito e nuovo, in zona tranquilla e in 15/20 minuti si raggiunge il centro a piedi. Giudizio complessivamente positivo. Da migliorare i bagni, nello specifico le docce. Sarebbe utile che il box doccia avesse una porta per evitare che l'acqua allaghi il bagno. Colazione piuttosto scarsa.

This is a really nice hotel! The bed was very comfortable, the water pressure/temperature in the shower was nice, and the breakfast had a lot of options. There is a parking garage just down the street from the hotel that we used (6 euro per day) that worked well.

When a room is for two people, why on earth there is a level for just one bag? We had to used top of fridge for the other bag. Also two chairs are needed, as well as a good amount of hangers. Shower very small. Shower area should be closed so that all bathroom floor would not be wet after shower. Positive: under the sink there was a dry place where to place your things. Negative: there was no place whatsoever where to dry even towels, not to mention laundry,

Overall it was a great experience. Complimentary breakfast was a surprise and it was very good. Staff was exceptionally nice and very helful. The airport taxi was arranged by the hotel and was excellent. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only downside was that my room was on a cooler side even with the warm air on. And I missed having coffee/tea maker in the room.
