Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil de Tiziano. Merci à lui. Le bâtiment est magnifique et rempli d’histoire. Le jardin est très beau également. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la taille de notre chambre. La cour où se prend le petit déjeuner est pleine de charme. La piscine intérieure est très bien car il n’y a pas beaucoup de monde. Nous n’avons pas testé la piscine extérieure qui est en dehors de l’enceinte de l’hôtel. Bonne situation pour visiter Florence et la route du Chianti. Nous avons moins aimé la musique qui allait fort le soir et que nous entendions de notre chambre (apparemment du restaurant qui est près de la piscine extérieure). Nous l’avons signalé lors de notre départ. Bon séjour dans l’ensemble.

Friendly staff and hotel. Beautiful building and good restaurant. To bad the wellness center was not open but a nice upgrade of the room compensate that. Unfortunately no possibility for wine tasting due to one other group was book. Should been nice with some flexibility to arrange another tasting. But all in all very pleased with our stay. Good connections by train to Florence👍

This hotel was lovely. We did half board which i would recommend. Great food and service. Reception was very helpful when we found our room to be too hot, due to the air conditioning not being turned on to the 1st of June. They moved our room and provided us with a fan. They then spoke to the manager and had the air conditioning turned on early in the main part of the building. Would recommend their wine tasting and tour they offer with in the hotel. 20 mintue walk from the train station as well and a fast train in to florence takes 30 minutes. Very helpful with any issues, Lovely place to stay.

It is a former nobel family’s villa. Wonderful restorated for 40 years ago by a doctor who baught it. Meny different areas to sit at outdoor and indoor. The rooms was in perfect condition. The staf very friendly. The Villa is so what you want to have when visiting Tuscany. It is just at the edge of the City Figline Valdarno. So you can go out for dinner if you don’t use the hotels restaurant wich was good. The breakfast was standard but okay and had everything you want for breakfast. The have two pools, one indoor with sunbeds outside in the hotel area and an outdoor pool on the other side of the street on a hill. We loved the hotel because it was very nice decorated.

Hôtel et personnel très agréable, avec un joli spa fraîchement rénové, et une bonne literie. Bon petit déjeuner (ormis les jus de fruit). Nous avons participés a un cours de cuisine avec Anna, c'etait une belle expérience.

Mooi complex waar je bijna verdwaald. Je waant je af en toe in een museum. Kamers zijn zeer ruim, airco werkt prima. Badkamer outdated, maar voldoet. Ontbijtbuffet redelijk, maar zou beter kunnen voor een dergelijke locatie. Wellness met inpandig zwembad is netjes. Groot nadeel, buitenzwembad ligt bij een dependance aan de andere kant van de weg op een heuvel, stevig klimmen. Ligbedden staan in een getrapte verhoging op gras. Oogt allemaal wat matig waardoor de score afneemt. Ze hebben op de hoofdlocatie echt wel ruimte om ook de buitenpoort netjes geïntegreerd en met wat meer luxe aan te leggen. Verder ben je in een half uurtje in hartje Florence (35 km).

Villa d'epoca piena di richiami storici, anche eccessivi in alcuni casi. Sistemazioni spaziose e letti comodi. Le aree ristrutturare sul moderno stonano un po' con il contesto. Curato e pieno di fascino il giardino interno. Peccato non aver potuto utilizzare parte dei servizi come la piscina esterna, in manutenzione, e non aver avuto nessuna proposta alternativa per il disagio. La cena inclusa nell'offerta, viene proposta con menù a parte e nonostante ciò diversi piatti sono risultati essere soggetti a supplemento. Purtroppo la location manca completamente di qualsiasi panorama o vecchietta all'esterno.

We booked 4 rooms for a group of 8 people. The hotel is a winery inside a castle wall (with no nearby plantation) and the rooms are in well condition, spacious and fully equipped. The dinner were included and had a lot of choices and of good standard. The dinner place is a courtyard and was most enjoyable in the October weather. The captain of the restaurant Christian is most helpful. We have to give a special thank to reception staff Jonas. Our transport to the hotel was an electric rental car but the hotel do not have charging facility. We tried to use public charging on the street but was in vain as we did not have payment account. Jonas found and allow us to use a plug in the workshop so that we could charge our car with a converter provided by the rental company. Without Jonas's assistance, we could continue our journey. In all, it was a value for money and enjoyable stay.

The front desk staff were wonderful. Our room was very spacious. I would suggest adding a full length mirror or at least a non-antique mirror outside of the bathroom. The morning breakfast was really well prepared and staff was always very friendly. The evening dinner at the property’s restaurant was where we had the problem. We were the second guests to arrive and were the last of the evening to be served. Items we ordered never arrived but we were charged for. It was a terrible experience. The front desk was very gracious with apologies and offered a free bottle of wine, which was very nice. Lastly, the address leads to the back side of the property on maps which made it a bit confusing when walking in the rain from the train station.

This hotel was lovely. We did half board which i would recommend. Great food and service. Reception was very helpful when we found our room to be too hot, due to the air conditioning not being turned on to the 1st of June. They moved our room and provided us with a fan. They then spoke to the manager and had the air conditioning turned on early in the main part of the building. Would recommend their wine tasting and tour they offer with in the hotel. 20 mintue walk from the train station as well and a fast train in to florence takes 30 minutes. Very helpful with any issues, Lovely place to stay.

We booked 4 rooms for a group of 8 people. The hotel is a winery inside a castle wall (with no nearby plantation) and the rooms are in well condition, spacious and fully equipped. The dinner were included and had a lot of choices and of good standard. The dinner place is a courtyard and was most enjoyable in the October weather. The captain of the restaurant Christian is most helpful. We have to give a special thank to reception staff Jonas. Our transport to the hotel was an electric rental car but the hotel do not have charging facility. We tried to use public charging on the street but was in vain as we did not have payment account. Jonas found and allow us to use a plug in the workshop so that we could charge our car with a converter provided by the rental company. Without Jonas's assistance, we could continue our journey. In all, it was a value for money and enjoyable stay.

The front desk staff were wonderful. Our room was very spacious. I would suggest adding a full length mirror or at least a non-antique mirror outside of the bathroom. I needed a stop on my way to Bolgna from a long trip south. Excellent hotel. Beautiful accommodations with a very friendly staff. Had a very nice dinner as they kept the kitchen open for me. Free parking and reasonably priced. I will return.

Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil de Tiziano. Merci à lui. Le bâtiment est magnifique et rempli d’histoire. Le jardin est très beau également. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la taille de notre chambre. La cour où se prend le petit déjeuner est pleine de charme. La piscine intérieure est très bien car il n’y a pas beaucoup de monde. Nous n’avons pas testé la piscine extérieure qui est en dehors de l’enceinte de l’hôtel. Bonne situation pour visiter Florence et la route du Chianti. Nous avons moins aimé la musique qui allait fort le soir et que nous entendions de notre chambre (apparemment du restaurant qui est près de la piscine extérieure). Nous l’avons signalé lors de notre départ. Bon séjour dans l’ensemble.

Friendly staff and hotel. Beautiful building and good restaurant. To bad the wellness center was not open but a nice upgrade of the room compensate that. Unfortunately no possibility for wine tasting due to one other group was book. Should been nice with some flexibility to arrange another tasting. But all in all very pleased with our stay. Good connections by train to Florence👍

Chambre vieillotte , petite salle de bain, piscine extérieure avec très peu de transats sinon après dans l’herbe . Pas de possibilité d’assister au repas musical au restaurant le Cielo car nous étions en demi pension même en payant un supplément !Le service au restaurant Terrae trop long ( 2h ) la cuisine bonne jusqu’à hier ou j’ai fait un malaise à table à la fin du repas ( intoxication) Le lendemain personne n’a pris de mes nouvelles un peu impersonnel tout cela . Le point positif est le très bon massage que m’a fait la jeune femme du spa , le reste très léger pour un 4 étoiles ( même pas une bouilloire dans la chambre )

Oogt allemaal wat matig waardoor de score afneemt. Ze hebben op de hoofdlocatie echt wel ruimte om ook de buitenpoort netjes geïntegreerd en met wat meer luxe aan te leggen. Verder ben je in een half uurtje in hartje Florence (35 km).

A beautiful hotel in a lovely little town. The staff were amazing, so helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I didn’t use the indoor pool or spa facilities so can’t comment on them. The outdoor pool is across the road and up a steep hill, so great if you have a car but not so much if you are on foot! Overall a very good stay.

If you are thinking of staying anywhere else in toscana…DON’T! This was the most amazing stay. We extended our stay because it was so beautiful and full of history. The amenities are also wonderful!

Beautiful hotel with a lovely garden and pool. We booked a deluxe room, which was very nice. The only thing that bothered us was the small tv, you couldn’t really see from the bed. Breakfast was perfect, coffee & lactose-free milk, all good.
