Hotel Grand A View

No hot water! Two remotes for the TV, without explanation. It is in the process of recovering from the hurricane last year and I’m sure it’s more than that. The staff was terrific! I felt terrible they had to work in such conditions.

Our stay at Grand A View Hotel was truly unforgettable. Although our original Christmas 2025 trip was delayed due to Hurricane Melissa, the experience we had during spring break was more than worth the wait. From the very beginning, Marsha made everything special. Her warm, welcoming energy over the phone made us excited to visit, and in person she exceeded every expectation. Her kindness, beautiful spirit, and attention to detail made my children and me feel completely at home. She went above and beyond to ensure we had rooms with breathtaking views—something we will never forget. The entire staff was incredibly kind and hospitable, greeting us warmly and assisting with our luggage upon arrival. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained despite the recent hurricane damage. The food was also outstanding—both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. The level of customer service was unmatched and truly set this experience apart. I am so grateful for such a memorable stay and will definitely be returning soon. A special thank you to Marsha—she is truly a gem!

Great service

Our overall experience was incredible. The staff was exceptionally professional and friendly throughout. I never had any negative interactions with anyone. They were always able to accommodate my requests, no matter how big they were. The constant use of “my pleasure” by everyone was truly remarkable. This vacation was undoubtedly one of the best I’ve ever had.

The big issue is the traffic outside the hotell, it's very noisy. The breakfast is a bit poor but the staff is friendly and helpful. //Janne
