Stanza e bagno ampi ma purtroppo gli infissi vecchi non isolavano né dal rumore né dal freddo: abbiamo faticato a dormire a causa della musica altissima dei locali vicini all’hotel andata avanti tutta notte. Il palazzo in cui si trova l’hotel è storico e molto bello ma decisamente non accessibile con le valigie a causa delle scale molto ripide all’ingresso. Colazione molto abbondante e varia servita all’ultimo piano dell’hotel con una vista molto bella sulla città.

Overall a nice hotel, The elevator has very little capacity, no more than 3 or 4 people depending on weight which does not help when you have to carry the luggage. At our arrival we had to climb the entrance stairs with our baggage as nobody showed up to help. Being this a Marriot Autograph collection, I would expect a super premium service, but this was not the case, not saying was bad but not at the level of Marriot Autograph. People were friendly and helped to accommodate family after asking three times for it. The rooftop bar and restaurant, Beatrice, is a beautiful place with a limited gastronomical offer, the view could compensate a bit. Overall a nice experience but not an outstanding one. One more thing, the noise in the street is high and the windows are not sound proof

Lovely stay from start to finish! The staff at the front desk was always friendly, attentive, and helpful. We felt very welcomed. We had a corner room that was huge! Nice furnishings, although a bit worn, large windows with blackout curtains, and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also huge. The shower had nice water pressure. If there had been more hooks, we would have opted to reuse our towels, but with only two small hooks, our towels did not dry overnight, so we got fresh towels daily. Housekeeping always did a great job - the room was very clean. The rooftop bar and restaurant are quite nice. The view is great and the cocktails are tasty. We did not do a proper meal up there, but enjoyed our snacks. Idris was our wonderful server who was very attentive and full of suggestions on which cocktails to try. A estada foi incrível, o hotel fica no coração de Pera, melhor bairro do lado europeu, onde ficam os melhores restaurantes, além de área de compra. Possível ir caminhando para Galataport, excelente centro comercial com lojas e restaurantes, torre de Galata e Karakoy. Apesar de termos pego a acomodação básica, havia bastante espaço principalmente no banheiro, onde a ducha era perfeita, no geral o quarto era acolhedor, a única ressalva é que não tem janela. Café da manhã a la carte, servido no rooftop com uma linda vista de Istanbul. A propriedade também conta com uma academia. Gostaria de destacar o atendimento to do Aj, muito simpático.

The room was clean ans spacious, the staff was amazing and spoke perfect english. They were incredibly helpful. the only thing is that it has stair on both entrances and are a bit steep. They do have a chair for someone who needs it, but still the stairs are steep.

The rooms seem quite old and a bit worn down, there was no window in the room and the bathroom layout was weird with the main entrance inbetween the shower and toilet. The gym is great and the rooftop restaurant is beautiful. Would skip the breakfast though. Wir haben zu viert ein verlängertes Wochenende im Adahan Hotel verbracht. Positiv: - super zentrale Lage, die Highlights sind alle zu Fuß zu erreichen, viele kleine Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe - großes sauberes Zimmer, viel Platz in Bad und Dusche, - Gratis Trinkwasser am Zimmer - leckeres und umfangreiches Frühstück (bis 14:00!!) mit vielen regionalen Speisen - Tolle Blick von der Dachterasse Negativ: - sehr laut, Abends von der Musik der Bar nebenan, morgens von einer Baustelle gleich nebenan - Personal ist freundlich aber teilweise etwas chaotisch (z.B. beim Frühstück) Alles in allem überwiegen sicher die positiven Faktoren, wir hatten eine super Zeit und haben uns wohl gefühlt.

The property itself was so well kept, the rooms were very really clean. Me & my mum both felt safe, everyone who worked there was wonderful, from the reception, housekeeping to restaurant staff. The breakfast was lovely & fresh, everything was made as we ordered and the rooftop area had a great view of Istanbul. The location was also really good, a few minutes walk to İstiklal. Esmanur who worked at the reception was exceptionally welcoming & kind. We would definitely recommended this hotel.

Otel gayet temiz ve şık, çalışanlar da son derece samimi ve güler yüzlüydü. Fakat otel odasının hotels.com'da belirtilen tarzda olmaması ciddi hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Bu konuda daha gerçekçi olunabilirdi. Penceresi olmayan, sadece havalandırmayla nefes alınabilen bir otel odası kesinlikle bilsem tercih etmeyeceğim bir şey olurdu. Daha ferah bir oda beklemiştim. Sürekli gece gibiydi hep lamba yakılması gerekiyor dışarıdan ışık bile gelmiyor çok karamsar böyle olması. Bu bakımdan üzüldüm. Haricinde bir sıkıntı yaşamadım.

Loved staying in Beyoglu for a change and the hotel staff was extraordinary. They had great tips for restaurant and activities in the area. Breakfast we good but I've had much better in Turkish hotels. The rooms are comfy but small but you don't spend very much time there. The staff are truly the strength of this hotel.

El hotel tiene muchas escaleras y nadie del staff ayuda con las maletas. La gente de la recepción no se comunica muy bien en inglés y no son serviciales. El hotel está bonito pero no es como las fotos. El desayuno está ok, nada del otro mundo. Me esperaría más de un Marriott.

A gem in the heart of the city. It is located at a walkable distance to all key touristy spots in the city. The vibe of cafes and night life around the property is the best part. . The property is a nice boutique hotel with an old world charm. The staff have been very kind and courteous. Special call out to Samit for making us feel like home.

Went with family. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Murat was great help. They are there to answer any questions and give really good recommendations. The room i booked was very spacious and comfortable with all amenities. I usually stay at Hilton or Hyatt but staying here makes me consider Marriott for my future travels. The hotel is quite central and you can access all attractions very easily. The downside is the Beatrice restaurant. Ordered room service for breakfast the first day and was extremely disappointed. The pancakes were burnt. The eggs were cold and they added extra egg that i did not even ordered. Do not eat there. Lots of great places to eat near the hotel. Ask front desk for their recommendation and they will guide you. Will definitely recommend this hotel to stay.

Incredibly friendly staff and amazing property. The front desk was always very friendly and went out of their way to help. We didn't receive good service at breakfast but hotel is located around many great restaurants so it is not a problem.

The property itself was so well kept, the rooms were very really clean. Me & my mum both felt safe, everyone who worked there was wonderful, from the reception, housekeeping to restaurant staff. The breakfast was lovely & fresh, everything was made as we ordered and the rooftop area had a great view of Istanbul. The location was also really good, a few minutes walk to İstiklal. Esmanur who worked at the reception was exceptionally welcoming & kind. We would definitely recommended this hotel.

Prenoto una camera senza vista (molto costosa peraltro) e mi ritrovo una camera senza finestra (o meglio finestra oscurata e non apribile). Per me non ci siamo, la descrizione non è corretta. Essendoci poi molto caldo in stanza e non avendo finestre è obbligatorio dormire con il condizionatore acceso. Mancanza di uno specchio intero e phon di scarsa qualità. Manca anche un armadio per appendere i vestiti lunghi. Colazione a la carte e tempi di attesa molto lunghi. Staff molto gentile e disponibile che tuttavia non compensa le altre problematiche riscontrate.

The hotel is in a great location - about a block from the funicular. Well maintained hotel, helpful staff. The included breakfast is outstanding. Will recommend highly to friends.

El hotel fantástico, con historia, cuartos muy amplios con muchas amenidades, el personal super atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo. El desayuno buenísimo y super vasto y la vista del roof top imperdible, muy bien ubicado cerca de la Torre Galata, de la calle peatonal hay muchas opciones de restaurantes a metros del hotel, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

The hotel experience deviates largely from how it's portayed. The rooms seem quite old and a bit worn down, there was no window in the room and the bathroom layout was weird with the main entrance inbetween the shower and toilet. The gym is great and the rooftop restaurant is beautiful. Would skip the breakfast though. The surrounding area is great for getting around in the city and has plenty of good restaurants, bars and shopping.

Beautiful and ancient hotel. Helpful and welcoming staff. Great breakfast in the roof restaurant. 5 minute walk to Galatea tower.
