The property looks exactly like the pictures - so no scam here. Very cute hotel, far enough from the central area to be quiet, and close enough that everywhere is easily reachable within a few minutes. The staff were helpful and friendly overall. The only reason I deducted one star is that the AC would not go below 18°C, so if you’re a cold sleeper, this might be tough.

Lovely hotel with beautiful architecture, great gardens and attention to historic detail. Did ask for my hot tub to be activated ( it is in a garden with no instructions) but it didn’t happen. Might have used the mini bar in my room if I had been provided with a corkscrew/ bottle opener… but I hadn’t so I was saved some money! All in all though, a treat.

Staff were really friendly, amazing breakfast and excellent peaceful location. Importantly could still get into the centre of town so there was no compromise on location
