We had a great time. The hotel is new and clean. There is a play area, gym, indoor pool, complimentary breakfast. Close to Spokane Valley Mall and restaurants. Staff was friendly and there is easy and free parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with my family (wife, 2yr old son, dog) on a road trip. The check in was pretty slow and they seemed to have trouble locating my reservation. The room itself was ok but the AC was one of those really noisy wall units. They also forgot the crib that I had requested on my reservation so I had to go back to the front desk for that. We drive an EV so we used the charging, but it's really expensive for a really slow charge at $3 / hour. Also at least one of the chargers was broken when we were there. The day before we stayed at a hotel in Bend with $32 valet that included charging and help with our luggage and everything, so the contrast was stark.

We love the atmosphere and the entertainment aspect. The pool table, tv and yard connect four in the lobby. Its also very close to shopping, dining and other entertainment. The staff are very kind and upbeat. The coffee in the loby 24 hours a day is really good too.

The hotel is kind of off the main areas of Spokane but a great location for the seminar I was attending. Great breakfast with lots of options. The rooms were fine. I was bummed the hot tub was closed as that was something my wife and I were both looking forward to but the pool was open so that was great for my son and I to play in. The location to the playground is easy walking distance.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here at Tru! We were very impressed with the cleanliness. The lobby area was wonderful with lots of seating areas as well as a pool table and some games. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

We’ve stayed at this hotel before and loved it. This time our room was gross. The whole floor was so sticky, the massive soap dispenser was empty, and the ac/heater on the wall didn’t work… My son lost a toy within being there an hr so ofcourse we look under the bed and we were SHOCKED. Candy, wrappers and way to much dirt/dust.

Very disappointing overall, especially for a new property. The shower had pink mold growing in the corners, it’s brand new! You have to call each day to have the room somewhat cleaned (beds made, towels changed and garbage emptied) which didn’t happen two of the three days even though I called each day. The hot tub was filthy, which I can’t understand because it’s a brand new hotel. The rooms do not have coffee makers. The walls are so paper thin I could hear every step above and beside me the whole stay, which kept me up all night. I expect a lot more if the Hilton brand, I’ve stayed at hundreds of Hilton’s over the years and this was the worst.

Attempted to check in at 5 o’clock to make dinner reservations at 5:45. Front desk indicated issues with staffing. We were informed that the rooms were not clean yet. And it would be another 30 to 45 minutes before check-in. The front desk said they would contact us via text. We received our text and checked in after our dinner and show at 9:50 ish. The front desk did comp us snacks and apologized for the inconvenience. Greatly appreciated. The next morning when I attempted to shower, the shower was NOT cleaned and had quite a bit of hair. A shower was avoided. On previous stays, this hotel is usually pretty clean. A bit disappointing this time.

Needed a safe and clean place to stay for one night, on very short notice. This hotel was perfect! Staff were friendly and helpful and addressed my concerns about the situation. My husband was there helping out friends and our friends made reservations for the wrong night at a different hotel! I had to find him a place to sleep quickly. Tru staff helped us out and he was very happy with the hotel. He said that staff were really kind and helpful, the hotel was spotless and quiet. We’ll definitely stay again and highly recommend the hotel.

Everything was great overall, the staff was friendly and polite, the breakfast was good. It’s location is great and safe, however you can hear every move of the person above you, so if you have light sleepers I wouldn’t do it. You can hear people above our unit walking even during the night and that’s quiet the disturbance.

Locking mechanism on doors and neighboring doors makes noise in middle of the night and is loud. Sounds as if someone is entering/unlocking your room door. Unnerving the first few times. Same with plumbing. Toilet in your room sounds like its being flushed several times an hour when its actually a neighboring rooms toilet being flushed. Not ideal in the middle of the night. Lighting has a buzz to it. Please consider noise levels of technology.

Very clean and nice hotel. But for the price there is no in room coffee maker or kettle. You have to go back down to the first floor for ice buckets (they aren’t in rooms) and beds are very firm. Soaps and lotion are in a very touchy dispenser that one minute you have nothing the next a lot. Rooms are very basic.

The hotel and staff were nice. The room was way too small! We had a king size room. No closet, just a hanging area. It was hard to get around the room because too small and no areas to put suitcases.

I requested a bathtub and was told upon check in very matter of factory that they were all taken. The clerk was very indifferent and not friendly at all. I was told breakfast was 6:30-9:30 and on the second morning at 9,20 the young lady was putting the food away and even though it was still on her art told my wife that we missed it. The first morning the older lady was very helpful but running short of everything.

The front desk staff was incompetent. Our room wasn't ready on time. The furnishings in the room looked like they were purchased at Walmart. There was no where to put your suitcase or unpack clothes and no in room coffee maker. Overall a disappointing stay and not what I expect from a Hilton hotel. I wouldn't go back to Tru.

Check in was at 4 pm. When I arrived at 4:30 I was informed my room was not ready. I went out to dinner and returned at 5:30. My room was still not ready. I was provided an alternative room. Other than check in, my stay was pleasant. Staff were friendly and the room was clean.

Our greeting started prior to arrival, with a welcome text offering to help make our upcoming stay comfortable. So kind! The staff welcomed us warmly and helpfully. Our room was very clean and bright with a lovely view of a park. The beds are comfy with 3 pillow choices. Our stay included a variety of breakfast options and LaVazza coffee. The hotel is easy to reach from the I-90 freeway.

Room was updated and clean. This area has a lot of new builds. There is a train track close to the hotel. They kindly offer ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Did not bother me once asleep.

The lobby/breakfast area is comfortable and open and the food was great. They have a pancake machine that produces great food. I rode one of the bicycles along the river. Do it. Improvements? The shower was a little slippery and the towels could be a bit nicer for the Hilton brand. I will stay here agian
