The building sits in a great location. Easy to walk to everything down town and to the little beach out front by the marina. The size of the unit was impressive and offered a full blown kitchen and full size fridge. The bed could have been more comfortable and the AC struggled a bit to get it cold enough at night. It is extra $$ to get hot tub roof access with the gym and parking is extra as well. They did take care of us on the parking as they were a bit overwhelmed for the holiday and everyone checking in.

The parking is SNUG! Appreciated the indoor parking but the spots are so small and especially since its an extra charge for parking too. The additional fee for rooftop hot tub/bar was excessive and should be included in the stay. The location was great and walking distance to the lake, boardwalk, downtown, restaurants. Loved it!

I thought it was highly misleading that they did not inform me the rooftop hot tub / outdoor area was closed for window washing. The entire reason that I booked this place was for the hot tub and roof top views only to be informed at check in that they were closed. The roof top is the key image in all of their media, on hotels.com and on their website. They contacted me multiple times before my check in about parking / pet fees / check in times but never once mentioned the roof being closed. Had I known this I would have booked elsewhere. They conveniently waited until I was outside of the cancellation window before informing me. Pretty deceptive…

This was an amazing property! We rented the three bedroom room that had a full kitchen, dining room and living room. It was exceptionally cozy and the perfect option for our group. Having laundry in our room was an added bonus. This hotel is within walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping in Coeur d'Alene. We parked and walked everywhere needed. The only bummer was that the hotel hot tub was closed when we visited.

Very clean apartment style room with washer dryer, as well as dish washer and full size fridge. Secure parking was a huge plus. Very clean. Heat worked extremely well. The only thing we didn’t like were the pillows. Made if very hard to sleep. Other than that, a perfect stay.

When we pulled the bed sheets we found hair. It was late when we arrived at the room and the front desk was closed to informed anyone about the situation. We slept on the sofas. Next morning we spoke to the front desk about our experience and asked for a refund for that night. We were informed any refunds would have to be done with Expedia since we had booked thru them. We cancelled our stay of 3 days. We did not get any refunds from One Lakeside or Expedia. Would not recommend staying!!

The property is very conveniently located and walkable to the lake and downtown shops. The staff was wonderful. When we arrived, a front desk member directed my husband into the garage and showed him a place to park. Our living room television didn’t work well and was glitchy the whole 5 day visit which was a bummer. Reported it but with it being a holiday weekend, there wasn’t anyone to fix it so couldn’t have family movie nights. Great view from balcony for parade.

Beautiful view. Nicely furnished decor. Best linens! Comfortable bed. They really thought of everything. We were so happy with the balcony access as well. Refreshing & great location. Definitely our go to place when visiting. The staff so professional & kind. Absolutely recommend this place!!!!

We loved how spacious the room was, and really enjoyed having a large balcony with a view of the lake. We only booked for a night but would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the kitchenette and the hotel amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the lighting was the best I’ve seen in a hotel. The front desk staff were also very friendly.

The stay was very nice. There was construction right beside us so there was back up beepers at 7am sharp which made it tough to sleep in a bit.

The place was great- only the hall bath sink did not drain and needed attention otherwise everything operated well. The only negative- which was of significant personal value -was the outdated television service- no smart tv and thus no internet tv and/or internet music available despite 3 flat screens in the bedrooms and living room.

The location and room were great. We loved the easy walking to downtown. The room and patio were nice and we enjoyed our breakfasts outside. From when we first checked in the front desk seemed apathetic at best. We were told the roof area with hot tub and views was closed so the window cleaners could work. It seemed like an excuse, this was a weekend and there were no cleaners to be found all weekend. Very frustrating as it’s a reason we booked at the property. Parking is extremely limited and I asked what happens when it’s full and I got a non answer. Sure enough we went for a movie came back at 11:05pm and had no where to park and no front desk. When I asked to have parking removed for the night from my bill I got the impression I was inconveniencing the staff. So, great location and good facilities if they are available.

Got locked out of our room for several hours in the middle of the night. No people were in the lobby at the time so we had to wait for someone to come out and get us into the room. That had all of our stuff in it as well.

What a great property. Beautiful, new, clean and close to everything. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location made this a perfect spot as it is very walkable to the lake and shopping and restaurants. The roof top hot tub and seating felt like we had a private view of the whole place. We enjoyed being by the waterfront and Main Street! Once we get done Driving for the day when traveling, we like to leave the car parked and adventure out by foot. Perfect location for that!

I had a nice stay at One Lakeside. The room was very nice and the staff were friendly. Felt more like a nice new furnished apartment. The underground parking was convenient and secure. The area was so nice for walking around the lake and to the restaurants in the area. I never made it to the roof top. One thing I will note is it's not right on the lake, it is very and easily walked though.

Loved having a washer/dryer! Staff was very helpful. Suite was nice and bed very comfortable. Parking was difficult - size of spots and availability. No food on site, but within easy walking distance. Bring snacks and things you want with your coffee.

The location is fantastic! Just across the street from the lake. The room was very large with a full kitchen, full size washer and dryer, large balcony with lake views. It was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. There is no onsite restaurant or bar but is close to other options so not a deal breaker. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We ran into an issue with our car and they were so helpful in assisting us. Will definitely stay again and would recommend to everyone!

Friendly and accommodating staff at front desk. Our condo felt new, all appliances worked and was clean. Very convenient location being one block from the lake and close to Sherman where the restaurants and shopping is located. Overall lovely upscale area and we highly recommend.
