*The navigation may take you to the Kroger, it is ACROSS THE STREET! Very basic rooms. It is a hotel/extended stay so they don't offer breakfast but they have kitchenettes in the rooms. They offer towels and wash cloths and basic hotel amenities. My room was clean when I arrived, it even smelled like bleach in the whole place. I only stayed for one night so I don't know how cleaning services work for longer stays. They allow dogs up to 40 lbs. The building is very secure, you have to use your key card to gain access to the living areas. I didn't check out their fitness center or laundry but both of those are also available.

At the parking, around 5 homeless people starting at my vehicle. They were walking around the parking lot. The bed is uncomfortable. I woke up with a severe back pain. They’re pet friendly, however, they should show the pet prices online. It surprised me with the $80 dollars fee for my pet

Front desk staff was pleasant. The bed stood 12-15 inches off the floor so it wobbled on its legs. The bed was also rather hard and uncomfortable. There were way too many people in the front lobby (workers apparently awaiting their work transportation!). Noisy and boisterous.

No phone in the room, no room service, no soap, no blow dryer, no ice in the hallways. This is giving weekly living for people in the area. So if you’re on a budget like I was this will be a solid place. Has minimum what you need. It has a kitchen and grocery store across the street so we bought everything we needed. We came in early for check in and had to wait over an hour to even be let in the lobby- not 24hrs inside at all. Coffee very mediocre and didn’t sleep under the sheets due to how they looked.

The staff was nice. The property constantly has people going around / through a fence and walking through and or hanging out and being very loud in the parking lot. As well as multiple cars every hour that aren't customers there driving through and making exchanges.

I recently traveled to ATL for a quick vacation and booked this room. I enjoyed my stay. It's in a good location about 25mins outside of the city, Surrounded by bars and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and had a full kitchen. Security doors was a plus. The young women at the desk was very nice, from south Africa, let me check out the room before I purchased it. My only cons are there's hardly anyone at the front desk and they allow pets. I do recommend a stay here

Not sure who flies on an airplane with pots and pans to stay at a hotel. Some of the front desk attendance were rude. I was trying to ask a question kept on talking on the phone to “Mom”. We had a couple of roach sightings within our room.

The hotel itself was not in poor condition but there was a terrible smell in the room upon arrival. The beds were clean and tidy with only two pillows per bed. Major downside to hotel room would be the roaches spotted in the bathroom when we got up around 4am in the morning.

Room was very clean I appreciate it the simplicity, wood floors so everything smelled very fresh in the room. I was disappointed in the check-in that took a very long time. I booked this hotel specifically because it had a kitchenette. The kitchenette was completely devoid of anything useful other than a microwave. They sold expensive dishes and pans at the counter but this just wasn't practical for a one-night stay.

The room was clean and mostly quiet. I say mostly because I could hear my upstairs neighbor’s footsteps constantly. Some scuff marks on the walls but room was tidy. The bed was comfortable and simple. No housekeeping and I had to remove my own trash and take your towels to the desk for fresh ones.

The furniture in the lobby was not very clean. The bed frame in the room moves and isn’t secure. It does have a full refrigerator, mini stove, and microwave. If you don’t have a major credit card for the incidentals charge, you have to pay it in cash only and you get it back at check out.

The front desk girl took a 30 minute break. She was outside the entire time I was waiting to check in. Didn’t realize that was who I was waiting on because she wasn’t in any kind of uniform. No apology, nothing. Didn’t even say hello as she checked me in. The room was clean, but the wall plug-in, in the room gave me a headache. The only good thing about my stay was they had good water pressure and temperature.

I was overcharged for my stay and I was also charged for a Sevice Animal I had paperwork for! The front desk attendant was very Rude! I booked for 8 nights and only stayed ONE!! THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN AND ILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
