Pleasant place to sleep & bathe for a few nights.Cute, cheerful decor designed for 1 person or a couple who get along well :) Perfect for a place to sleep while visiting family,not meant as a hangout,

Negatives- Not what i was expecting based on reviews. Bed frame was very cheaply made, every time there was movement there were loud creaks & felt as though it would snap. My boyfriend took the drain filter off the sink for a second, & when water filled up, food came out of the drain. Toilet borderline hovers over the sink, leaving little to no room. Shower floor was gross. Could hear the people in the room next to us due to incredibly thin walls. Positives- Parking was easy, woman at front desk was lovely.

Easy check in. Manager friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean. Having Airbnbs I am picky. The room was simple and clean. Bed comfortable. Room was small, but not a surprise since made clear in description. Not a fan of barn style door for bathroom because open spaces on sides limit privacy in bathroom. So , would ask about door on bathroom of room you book if that is an issue (room #3). Good place to stay if you are just needing a clean and updated, modern place to sleep and shower. Not a spa oasis by any means, but can’t beat for the price. The grounds could use some TLC and landscaping, but not the type of place you would be spending time outside. Also, manager that lives on site has a dog that they walk off leash, so if you are bringing a pet or children that are afraid of dogs be cautious or ask management to pls keep dog on leash while you are there.

Tiny motel that we drove by twice before finding it. Room was clean and lady at the office was nice. But the room was tiny -- only a double bed.tv on a stand, tiny desk and fridge (with microwave on top) in the room. Bathroom was like on a boat, barely room for one. Sketchy folks out back, kids playing in parking lot. Smell of smoke in the room. Seemed like a lot of $ for what you got.

This place is the worst motel compared to the other hotels/motels I've lived in during my travels for many years. First, I got scammed and cheated on. I booked the "deluxe studio suite" with two beds from Expedia and paid the full amount when I booked it. My family has 3 adults. However, when I arrived at the motel, the staff gave me a squished miniscule room with ONE bed. I told the staff that the room was diiferent than the one I booked and paid but they said, "The room you bought has been sold out." I argued and said that I paid the full price and they should have reserved that room in advance. Since they couldn't change it, they added a second foldable bed. The room was cramped but adding the second bed turned navigating the place into nightmare. The foldable bed's mattress had huge urine marks. Secondly, the room is very dirty. Live ants and insects can be found on the floor in the shower room, on the wall and under the bath mat. This motel deserves the "ecofriendly award' for that the humans and insects live together. Thirdly, this motel is located far away from any transportation so if you didn't drive here you'd need to get a taxi. There is a huge garbage bin 5-6 meters from my room door. There is no ice machine and the staff have no moral bottom line. They could pay clients and friends to write positive goole reviews. From my experience, I do not trust Expedia and google reviews. This experience destroyed my vacation. I learned a lesson from this life experience.

OK, place to stay for one night but very small and not very many amenities but otherwise pretty clean

Lovely little hotel. Very clean and cozy. Plenty of easy parking. I was welcomed by the friendly hotel manager. The bed was very comfortable and the room was decorated nicely. Well maintained in a location where my daughter and I felt safe. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, updated, quiet, safe, affordable basic accommodations. Ample free parking. Friendly, helpful staff. Conveniently located shopping, dining and transportation. One minor drawback, the window coverings were insufficient to keep the parking lot light out at night, which could be easily remedied with addition of some curtains. Overall a great bargain for the area.

Inside of the room was quite updated and nice; the owner was easy to get ahold of and they let me check in two entire hours early so that was really lovely. It was comfortable. There is no office on-site. It's just essentially a building with 6 rooms. One thing to be aware of is there are families living there / ie likely serves as a family shelter (or at least this was the case when I stayed.) This means people hanging out outside smoking, so if you're sensitive to that, just be aware. I would say the place was slightly overpriced for the location and size of the room. Overall suitable for what I needed.

The room was small, smelt heavily of cigarette smoke, and was furnished in an outdated and unpleasant fashion. Due to the cigarette smoke problem, we had to leave and find a different hotel. The staff assured me that we would be granted a refund for the second of the two nights which we had reserved; but that turned out to be untrue.

This was a convenient stay for the night, but needs some improving. There were stains and dirt in the room and on the bed, and the bathroom was extremely small (for example: while using the toilet, you are partly underneath the sink). Although it was a convenient location, it wouldn’t be our preferred stay.

Great motel with smart tv very clean and quiet

the location of the motel was great. Restaurants and access to major roads were close. I guess you get what you pay for. The size of the room was frankly a joke. When you used the toilet, you need to use the sink as an arm rest. It's that small. I'm 6'0" and I had a difficult time using the small shower stall.

Small but clean rooms. Neat & tidy. Small but functional bathroom. Very accommodating staff and manager. Small fridge and microwave in the room.

The room is too small. Property is out dated.

Knew before booking it was going to be a small room, but this was a REALLY small room. When sitting on the toilet, your knees are ar least halfway under the sink. The sliding door for the bathroom doesn't latch, doesn't stay closed and doesn't even cover the opening to get into the bathroom!! Curtains do not extend across the window, even when completely stretched out. A/C works but is a window mount unit, and is about 6 inches from your head when laying down, and is REALLY noisy. In room coffeemaker was very dirty, had debris in the water reservoir. Motel office allegedly had coffee in the morning but it wasn't open when we left after 9 AM. Room was clean, but that is a very low bar to clear. If stuck with nowhere else to stay, then stay here. If you have options, use those instead.

Kristen and Mark go above and beyond for your stay. You may not think so pulling up and lower price but open the door ( and we have stayed in a number of them) you will find the cutest cleanest and coziest place ever! I will always make Washington Park my first choice when in the area

I had a great experience at Washington Park Motel. Gabby reached out to me and ensured I was greeted at the front desk at my arrival by Cristen. Cristen could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The room was very clean and super comfortable. I requested a late checkout, which ended up being even later than I thought. Cristen very graciously accommodated my request and told me to take my time. I thought I had left an item behind and reached out to both Cristen and Gabby who immediately responded and started looking for the item. I was in the area for an annual event. I'm so pleased that I found the Washington Park Motel and will definitely book a room in the coming years.

We had a great little stay and were pleased with how attentive the property manager was to our needs. I do wish the doors had an additional chain lock or dead bolt for a bit of extra security.

It was exactly what I needed. I needed a place to stay so I could be close to a business meeting for the morning. I checked in after hours and they accommodate me. The only issue I had was the TV wasn't working correctly

Service was great and room was updated and clean! It was last minute and the staff was able to accommodate an early check in which was wonderful. Room was on the smaller side and bed was not the most comfortable but everything else was great. Would definitely stay again.

Cute, quiet, comfortable. The Washington Park is a hidden gem, nestled in a small burb just out of Boston. We truly enjoyed staying there and have no doubt we will again.
