Staff was very courteous and accommodating. The rooms were not entirely clean - the floors were sticky and dusty. One of the two elevators was not functioning for most of our stay, which becomes a problem when you're living on one of the higher floors.

The hotel has 25 floors with 2 elevators. In the time we were there (2 days) one of the elevators was out of service at 2 separate times. It was completely ridiculous. We would not stay there again despite the good location.

The interior of the hotel is great. It was clean and well taken care of. The staff were amazing, helped me navigate the subway system, made suggestions on places to eat. Storing the luggage before check in was fabulous. Sometimes the key card didn't work in the elevator and I ended up on the 18th floor instead of 10th... There was no where for the vehicle to stop for check in. I found a spot 2 blocks away and had to carry everything over to the hotel. There was garbage at the curb all the time.

The property was decent for the price. I did find hair in our shower and other debris. As we were about to check out, the elevators were not working. My husband and I had to walk down eleven flights.

Located near WTC. Property felt safe and highly walkable. Sliding bathroom door was difficult to maneuver and the bedsheets and blankets were stained. Staff was really friendly and approachable.

Turned out to be a better location than expected. The restaurants nearby were great. There was lots of easy access to subways. Small room but comfortable. The pillows were like soft half-empty flour sacks...terrible to sleep on.

This property is average. We "splurged" and got a room with a balcony which was a joke. Not only was it a shared balcony, but there wasn't even a couple of chairs to be able to sit and enjoy morning coffee or a late glass of wine. Also, no view from this balcony. There's a business next door to the right when you walk out the front door and there was always a group of people just hanging out and smoking. Can't control the public, so obviously not the hotel's fault, but a minor annoyance when coming and going.

We stay here nearly each time we are in Manhattan. We like to park our car in self parking around the corner, the rates are super reasonable, staff has always been great and we need to be in the Downtown area in general so this works. With that said, I’ve never had an issue before. Smaller rooms perhaps, but whatever. This time our bed was so incredibly uncomfortable we are both in serious back pain. I thought it was just me, but my husband as well and he never complains about a thing. We are extremely surprised and disappointed. Hoping this is a one off, but we will not take another chance unfortunately. There are other places in the area that are nearly the same price. We are sad to let this one go. Been going for a few years now ☹️

It is very conveniently located to several MTA subway lines. The room was comfortable. The only irritation was the bathroom sliding door did not slide easily and cannot be closed completely.

I was so disappointed with the room the door bathroom was so hard to close and my friend and I we close and then can opened she broke her finger and then the shower slide door spilling water on the floor( outside of the shower) and when she finished showering she open the slide door and stepped out and she almost fell down because it was water on the floor all around. That very very bad experience and I think hotel should refund me.

When we arrived we did not have my physical ID and were traveling out of state. When we asked how else we could check in the guy at the front desk said “You can’t. You can cancel here and find somewhere else to stay.” He offered no help and had an extremely poor attitude. It wasn’t until I mentioned speaking to a manager that he found a way to check us in. The heater in the room didn’t work properly. We woke up in the middle of the night multiple times freezing because the heater would automatically turn to 62 degrees and start blowing cold air. Remind you it is the end of December in a cold front. Customer service was poor all around.

Very disappointed in the customer service and the level of training put into it. Would like to also file a complaint - on the first day that we arrived we got accommodation for a late check out and then the moment we check out the employee told us that we were going to be charged a fee just because a comment wasn’t put in the system. We told them that we stayed with Marriott many times and this was never a problem - the excuse he gave was: you booked from Expedia you were never with Marriott. That’s absurd to hear from an employee who should be offering at least decent customer service. Another employee reached out afterwards to issue me a refund, but this type of service is unacceptable from a company like Marriott. I’ve stayed at over 30 Marriott locations, and this is the worst service that I’ve ever gotten from them. Very unprofessional.

Property was very close to the local 1, R, and W subway lines and a quick walk to the WTC area. Very safe area for those unfamiliar with the city especially over a weekend when FIDI is less trafficked.

Lovely hotel in a quiet area. Lots of shops and places to eat nearby. The subway direct up to Times Square was outside the front door. Battery Park and Wall Street was 5 mins walk. Would definitely stay here again if visiting NYC.

The hotel is about 3 blocks south of the WTC which puts it on the south part of Manhattan. This area is much quieter than Midtown. There are subway stations right outside the front door and across the street from the hotel. Broadway and Wall Street are about a 5–10-minute walk. Battery Park, where most of the Statue of Liberty tours originate, is about a 15-minute walk. No parking at this hotel, but there is a garage 2 blocks away. It's so much easier to take public transportation or rideshares.

The hotel is in a great location in the financial district. Close to the World Trade Centre. The staff cleaned the room every day. Didn’t use the breakfast as it was easier to go out and about on foot. Subway was easy to use to get into the main city centre like 5th Avenue. Would return.

Staff was very helpful. and you can get a Starbucks freshly ground regular coffee, tall, for 3.50 in the lobby. Room very comfortable, and the Diamond Deli a couple doors down is open 24/7, so you have access to good food anytime. Easy transit access, and good location to get to a lot of things to do

Overall great stay!! Clean, easy to navigate, subway station right outside, A block from One World Trade Center, Oculus, Battery Park, and Wall Street. Looks newly renovated, nice bathrooms, guest rooms are tight ~ but that’s New York. Terrible pillows lol but no other complaints. No complimentary breakfast or coffee in the lobby, but a great diner next door. Nice staff. Would recommend!! We had a wonderful time!!!

The staff was awesome! Room was a good size. Nice room. They have full bottles of shampoo conditioner and body wash on the wall in the shower. We had free little waters. No microwave in room but downstairs they did. Nice little places/bars/cafe right there on the street.

It was a straightforward visit, there is no bar. They serve some kind of continental breakfast, I guess in the morning and you have to pay for it. In the lobby of it smelled like cigarettes they would not monitor people smoking cigarettes in front of the entryway. Staff was attentive, but the hotel needs a good overall cleaning.
