Stayed 1 night

This hotel is not ready for prime time. It is still under construction. We were told to just "park anywhere" in the garage. There we NO spots available because there were dozens of new Ford SUV's parked there for some press event. We went to park outside but there was also "an event" going on (was an MMA fight with rowdy audience) so there was nowhere to park! We ended up going to a neighborhood and parked on the street and walked half a mile to the "resort". With luggage. Ridiculous. This place seems more concerned with selling tickets and booze to "events" than taking care of guests. The bathroom has one of the trendy but non-functional "half a sheet of glass" for the shower/tub door. Looks cool, but the floor gets covered with water and there is no drain! A ridiculous design. Many of the sidewalks don't connect outside and the hotel design is silly--two ends of the hotel split by the exhibition/events center in the middle. Even the staff (front desk and housekeeper) we asked said "there is no easy way to get from one end to the other". The check-in desk was at one end, and our room was at the other. So we had to walk around through the parking lot to get to our room. You need a computer science degree to use the "smart" TV. Location is out in the middle of nowhere--nothing around it. This might be a nice hotel in a year when it is finished, but you can spend less and get a better place closer to Park City. Not recommended.

Stayed 1 night

The room was small but very clean. Parking was easy but on a slight hill so, getting luggage to and from the car/hotel was a bit of a challenge and there’s not much room up front to park and unload. The pet fee is ridiculous- $140/pet. I doubt they even knew I had a dog with me. And then, there’s an almost $40 resort fee. So, my one night’s stay was more than $300.
