Area surrounding hotel was nice and it was easy walking distance to the historic centre. Staff were really helpful. We had a privilege garden view room and it was pleasing - nuxe shampoo/ conditioner , shower gel etc and a Dyson hairdryer which was a nice touch . Dressing gowns also provided. Breakfast was ok- enough on offer to please most . Would definitely recommend and would return if staying in Porto again . The pool ( heated) was a welcome addition after a day exploring Porto .

I like the hotel because you have the option of purchasing a room with a balcony, with seating and also there is an out door pool, with sun loungers and chairs. I would have thought its quite unique to find something like this in the middle of Porto

Great hotel with enthusiastic and attentive staff. Lovely pool area which is a bonus in a central location. Parking is close and paid separately. There is no longer a discount for hotel guests so it is best to go straight to the parking and check out its location before you arrive

Great location, good service, and a nice pool in the courtyard. We took the metro from the airport to Trindade (only a few euros), and from there it was less than a 10-minute walk to the hotel. We had a room with a balcony facing the courtyard, which we can definitely recommend. The pool is a good size, 1.30 meters deep, and there are plenty of lounge spots around it. Several times, however, all the sunbeds were taken – but that’s to be expected when summer hits in July. The area around the hotel offers good options for food and experiences, and nothing feels far away. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Drinks at the bar taste rather mediocre, so if that’s your thing, there are better bars nearby. You can get a discount on hotel purchases if you opt out of room cleaning – which we did, as we generally don’t need fresh towels all the time. A great initiative in terms of the environment and sustainability. All in all, a really nice place – we’d be happy to come back.

Friendly reception staff. Property clean and safe although very busy with international tourists! Great location, few minutes walk from many 'must visit' sites. VERY close to Sao Bento train station. We were room only but paid extra for breakfast one morning. It was excellent. Great choice of food and really delicious. Bonus of little swimming pool and tranquil gardens, oasis in a city centre. Blackout curtains and sound proof windows guarantee a good nights sleep too. Highly recommend this hotel ****

Hôtel très bien situé, les sites touristiques se font à pied. L’hôtel est situé sur une rue piétonne donc il faut stationner la voiture dans un stationnement payant tout près. La terrasse arrière est très agréable pour le déjeuner ou l’apéro. A noter que le gym n’ouvre qu’à 8ham.

Centrally located hotel, stones throw away from the main sights. The hotel itself is one of the best we have visited; clean, beautifully designed from the interior decor to facilities including free water and juices in the room daily, Dyson hairdryer and TV which connects via chromecast. Only negative was that the outdoor pool was not heated as described on the website but given it was out of season this was not an issue. Staff were friendly and attentive. Overall a great hotel, would return and recommend

Séjour assez décevant dans l’ensemble. Chambre dans un état moyen, par manque d’entretien. Propreté laissant à désirer, surtout dans la salle de bain. Rapport qualité/prix très insuffisant. Une certaine désorganisation ou manque d’organisation le matin au petit-déjeuner. Pas de chaussons dans la chambre, le premier jour quand nous sommes arrivés il n’y avait pas de gel douche dans le distributeur, pas de bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre tous les jours (une fois sur deux)… Néanmoins, hôtel très bien situé, au calme. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine compte tenu de la saison mais l’espace extérieur est très agréable.

Great location, very nice hotel in the city center, all sights in walking distance. I liked the hotel Christmas decoration and the family style of the hotel. The staff very nice and friendly. Very good and tasty breakfast. I would like to point one thing, I think it's a little bit pity that the cleaning staff is always changing the towels even if they are not on the floor. I think we should behave ecologically and change it only when asked by the guest, I dont need new towel every day.

Fantastic stay here, rooms very comfortable and spacious. Having a balcony and a pool right in the heart of Porto is rare, Hotel right in the heart and close by to everything. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially reception. Will definitely return here again.

Great location, superb staff that is very helpful and friendly, beautiful hotel and very clean . The rooms are small and functional, very modern often form over function like the light fixtures. The bathrooms are very modern, again form over function. The shower dial does not indicate hot or cold so trial and very hot error , the sinks is one of the squares where you always wet the floor and yourselves. The room was very quiet and the bed very comfortable and guaranteed a good night sleep. Would stay again any time!

Had two different stays. Our first room on the first floor was pretty small, but the second room on the third was much larger. Both were adequate, however. Very convenient to the train station and other visitor sites. Even though the entry to the hotel is really busy, the rooms look out the back which is very quiet. Even during the festival, it was quite peaceful. Staff was really excellent and very helpful.

Lovely hotel in a good central location, lovely garden room in the basement, cleaned regularly with replacement towels. Good pool area for sitting on a hot afternoon. The only disappointment we had was the very poor bar service. Ordered drinks, barman carried on conversation with the kitchen staff, ignoring our order, also offered to serve another guest who suggested he completed out order first! Also since when does an Aperol Spritz have tap water in it?

Lovely hotel with great staff. The rooms were really spacious and very clean. We had pastries in our room as a welcome. The pool area and terrace for drinks is really nice. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Maria & Katerina on reception who were especially lovely.

Hotel was amazing. Super cute, clean and walkable to main atractions in Porto! There are literally plenty of restaurants as you walk outside the hotel. There is no "front door" drop off/pick up for cars, but you only have to walk 30 steps to get to the main street to be picked up. Overall amazing stay and close to everything.

Lovely hotel, loved the decor, the lobby, the room, the service, the breakfast- excellent! We had a car, so were nervous about parking, yet there was public parking near by. We lucked up with a space near the elevator in the parking lot and walked across a courtyard, crossed the street and were at our hotel. And, the cost was 50% off by staying at the hotel- $20 per night versus $40.
