O hotel é maravilhoso, um hotel boutique. Os recepcionistas muito atenciosos. A entrada dele é bem acanhada, de carro fica ao lado esquerdo da rua se você vier de carro. O hotel é novinho, uma raridade na Europa. O quarto é muito espaçoso, eles deixam taças e copos no quarto, claro, pensando nos bons vinhos,haha. A cama é uma delícia, bem confortável. Tem janelas, nem ligamos o ar. O banheiro é muito bom, como são um hotel eco sustentável, tem que ficar apertando o botão do banheiro, achei ruim o primeiro banho mas depois acostumei:)! O quarto tem uma mesinha o que facilitou muito quando fomos beber nosso vinho. O café da manhã é ótimo, ovos, pães, um bolo delicios, queijo, presunto, um iogurte com granolas e frutas muito bom. Máquina para todo tipo de café e chocolate quente, tem que ter hora marcada pela regras do COVID, mas é só se adaptar. Várias opções ao redor de restaurantes e passeios. Vá preparado para andar, subir e descer morro já que a baixa é onde fica a ribeira.

This was such a lovely hotel. Very clean and cozy. The breakfast was so good. Staff was extremely helpful and spoke English very well. It was very conveniently located to lots of public transit. Highly recommend.

L’accueil était excellent et les agents d’accueil nous ont très bien guidé. Le cadre était idéale et calme, non loin du centre ville (10min à pied). La chambre mériterait une rénovation (trace sur les murs, trace de moustique éclaté au plafond et carrelage devant le lavabo non fixé). La literie est excellente et le petit déjeuner est le gros point fort de cet hôtel ! Produit locaux, bien garni et frais ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Very quiet for it's city location. Everything ranks highly - including breakfast - except I docked a point from Comfort because of the awful, so-called water-saving shower. The staff are aware of this and will be replacing the units.

The breakfasts have a great variety, and snacks and drinks are available in the dining area all day. The hotel is in a great location and is walkable to various restaurants and meeting points for tours. The hotel room is cozy and well-designed with enough drawers and counter space. I didn’t give a five-star rating for the property because the bathroom door was not sealed well. Every time after a shower, the bathroom and toilet floors are flooded. I saw similar complaints from previous guests. I guess the hotel always runs at full occupancy and may not have time to fix the problem permanently.

The homeade pastries and fresh fruit were the best quality of our whole vacation. Gorgeous balcony view. The staff was extremely kind and generous with their recommendations for places to eat and visit around Porto. And the bed!! Omg! I want to buy that bed and pillows. Best sleep of my life!!

The room was OK, but the lack of soundproof really ruined the sleep quality. You can hear when the cars are passing, people above you moving or even taking a shower, or even someone who just talks a floor below you.. The shower feels that it will freeze you and then scald you in a second. The garden that looks pretty alright in the pictures, in the real life looks pretty meh.

Hotel prenotato all’ultimo minuto ma è stata la scelta migliore che potessimo fare! L’hotel è molto bello, arredato con gusto, pulito, il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile, inoltre viene data agli ospiti la possibilità di libera fruizione di caffè e bollitore per tè e tisane, con anche snack preparati da loro da mangiare. Per quanto riguarda la nostra camera, abbiamo dormito al terzo piano, con affacci lato strada. Era pulitissima, silenziosa, con letto comodo e possibilità di prepararsi tè/caffè. La nostra prenotazione comprendeva anche la colazione, un’altra chicca: davvero molto buona, un buffet vario, dal dolce al salato. Consigliatissimo!

Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety including healthy vegetables, quiche, eggs prepared the way you want. Crepes freshly made. Different varieties of bread too. Homemade sauces and jams. Fresh orange juice and other fresh blended fruit juice. Different every day. Staff very friendly, and courteous. Housekeeping staff-Tayane (she wrote her name spelling for me) always had a broad friendly smile and kind attitude. Front desk staff also very good especially Maria. Anna was good too. Gabriel - manager, very friendly guy. Ready to hear concerns if you have any and attends to it right away.

This hotel is an absolute gem. Miguel is wonderful- so knowledgeable and gave us excellent local recommendations as well as a glass of port on entry! Room was fantastic- beautifully presented. Area is ideal for walking around Porto. Breakfast is excellent too. All round fantastic experience here.
