Great property with better prices than lesser quality properties. Very clean, modern, spacious, GREAT workout room, and nice pool. Shopping is a 5-10 minute drive. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely woodsy setting, tucked away just outside of downtown. Nice clean room, comfortable bed (decent pillows, in this era of terrible hotel pillows). Quiet at night. Spacious, attractive bathroom. Front desk staff was very friendly. One elevator was out of service and the other was shockingly slow in operation, but otherwise, great stay.

Everything was wonderful, as this a a new hotel. We were disappointed that there was no hot tub and the pool was close due to maintenance.

The actual property was good. Pictures a little deceiving - small pool, no hot tub or sauna, but overall nice rooms and very clean. The hotel is located next to the highway in a wooded area where homeless people are dropped off in the back of the parking lot. They also have rhe workout room facing the parking lot which is not safe and frankly embarrassing.

Our room has snot all over the window and gum smeared around the door handle and deadbolt on the inside of the room as well as gross spots on the room and bathroom walls that were unidentifiable and several long dark hairs in one of the beds. The room looked like it had received a very quick clean. The biggest frustration was that I had booked a king room with the couch sitting area but on arrival was told that room had been oversold and had to take a double queen with no seeting area. I was traveling with my sister and we were very tired and had wanted to enjoy visiting in our room but had to go down to the hotel lobby instead. Also the food is very expensive and poor quality though the workers were friendly enough.

I was a here for a work trip, so the location and availability of a room in such short notice was convenient for me. I did not have a chance to check out the gym, however the bartender service and the food were great. They gave me a discount for it being my birthday - that was cool. I spent a lot of time on my computer and the Wifi worked really well. Besides there being a hair on one of my towels, I had no issues. Also, Layne at the front desk, thanks for your help with letting me check out at 2pm instead of 11am - much appreciated.

Our room wasn’t clean up, we left early for hiking only to return to a room that was undone. The body was was never refilled upon arrival when you return from a hike the last thing you want is deal with those things. The location is good, but first experience staying with Courtyard I’m unsure if I missed something but I never had to ask for someone to clean my room and do the normal checks for a room to be ready for a guest, you would expect this since you are paying enough for it.

It can be tough traveling with a toddler, but the hotel was as many other reviews stated, clean and quiet. The heated pool room is awesome and provided a peaceful space to teach baby how to swim. Conrad made our check-in process very welcoming and put us at ease being our first trip to town. I had not heard anyone say “y’all” for a long time, totally missed hearing it! The rooms are not soundproof, but for being by the highway it is fairly quiet in the room. We used the AC and white noise machine, no issues sleeping at all. Room is in a nice wide square layout instead of the long rectangular one you usually find in hotels. King bed was very comfortable, sheets cool and soft. Sofa was clean, TV was big.

Property and staff were nice. Close driving distance to Capitol and restaurants. You can hear some of the noise if your room faces freeway. Beds were a little too firm for me. My main complaint is the shower design. No door in shower. Water WILL splash all over the floor outside of shower. I noticed same dedign at another Marriot. Just wish they'd retjink their design. Its dangerous to slip when getting out of the shower.

I loved this hotel and the room except for one thing. The mattress had a dip in the middle that forced my husband and I to struggle all night to keep from rolling into it. I could barely sleep because so this.

Clean, efficient, with nice looking modern rooms and ammenities. They have a bar and surprisingly tasty food items. Room equipped with a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker, which we always want because my husband has dietary restrictions and was able to heat his meal. If you're a light sleeper I recommend top floor room to minimize room to room noise.

The staff went above and beyond helping my husband fix my wheelchair. They did not have to help….but did. The maintenance man was the one who really helped, but the front desk clerks were kind and helpful as well

One star because it wouldn't let me give no stars. Your Manager and staff were RUDE AND passively subjective and really were unprofessional especially the manager and his assiciate! You will be hearing from my legal council about this stay. And you can tell him all about your reasoning and inability to follow the laws. Your hotel is very beautiful but your staff at the front desk are a bunch of illiterate , unprofessional, idiots !

I paid for my room through the app And then was charged again on my card upon check in. Was told it was a temporary hold which was a lie basically to get me to go away. Im taking this up with my bank. Youve been warned

This newer hotel was clean and a great value. Car travel to Downtown Olympia was fast and easy. Also, there were wonderful hiking and running trails nearby. Miles of fun in the woods.

Nice to be outside of downtown but only minutes away. It is by the freeway but we were on the other side and didn’t hear it. The staff let us check in early and was accommodating when we had to leave early due to illness. I would definitely come back here.

Overall the hotel met expectations. We only had interaction with one check in staff (conrad, who was very nice and chatty). The bed wasn't the most comfortable and sheets/pillows weren't super nice, but it was what was expected at the price point we paid. the location is a bit off the beaten track and there are no services around it but it was safe from crime given the location which was nice. Convenient with car as its close to the hwy.

TV was missing remote so no TV the first night, shower drain didn't work, the roundabout to hotel was confusing unless you know which exit to take because of signage wasn't visible due overgrown plants! Not user friendly at all for a Marriott property!!

Nice, clean, place. Very quiet. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.No vending machines on the floors for water or soda kind of sucked. Also, the bar was only opening from 5pm to 10pm and NFL football games werent on the televisions. They did have nice tv's up in the rooms though. Thecrooms were great except they didnt have bathtubs.

Booked 3rd party. Was sent email to check in digitally the day of. Front desk wasn’t aware of this, and was surprised to find out the email to check in was sent from Marriott. Gave us a complimentary breakfast. Shower was an awkward attempt at modern/chic glass door with opening at end. Water just ended up all over the floor. Shower head dripped all night onto a metal drain pan keeping us up until we put a towel in the shower on the floor to dampen the noise. Breakfast we found out was partially credited but didn’t cover all of our meal. Overall happy other than those few things. Staff were great. Room was nice. Lobby felt comfortable. A lot of noise from adjacent freeway but to be expected.

Hotel staff was great all around. Front desk person Zach was excellent and very professional. Rm scale 1-5 . bed 1, shower water pressure 1, coffee/pot horrible 0 . Hotel Public space is nice for business . No space outside to sit comfortably and just relax except along very loud freeway . Thought I could at indoor pool but it was like a steam room. Lobby did not offer any coffee without payment. Hilton right next door has nice coffee available in lobby as most other hotels do when you’re paying over $150 per night.

If you have stayed at Courtyard by Marriott often as I have you know what to expect. Except in this case, there is no free breakfast. The only breakfast is a cafe that you have to wait in line and order from and pay item by item. I often stay at CBM before big bike rides and in morning it is nice to get exactly what I want fast and go. It was quite disappointing. Whoever had this bright idea and approved it, needs to reconsider. For me, it will be La Quinta instead. I already have another reservation in Bellingham and I hope they have not changed. Other than that, room and bed are good.

Nice newer property, helpful staff. Dined at the Marriott restaurant which was onsite. Ordered French toast with strawberries - 2 small slices of French toast and just a few strawberries.
