Comfort Inn & Suites Gillette near Campbell Medical Center

The rooms were amazing. We were upgraded to Suites. Mine was ADA which I didn't ask for but really helped because I have minor agility issues The only complaint I have is that there wasn't a plug near the mirror in the bathroom or room to plug in my curling iron. Over all, it was a great experience.

Facilities we're clean. Coffee pot was broke in room and had been, tray contents we're water stained. Shower curtain to small, leaked water everywhere. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful

Everything meet our expectations

The bed is not a true queen size bed. I was told it’s a hotel queen so be ready to be cozy. They only provide 3 towels in a room that sleeps 4. When asking for replacement towels for 4, they only gave 3 towels and then said they were out. For having the pool open 6am-10pm, both mornings we used the pool they didn’t have fresh towels to use. We were told they were all out of pool towels and regular room towels . On a weekend that they hosted a bunch of soccer families and sold out, management couldn’t think ahead to do a little laundry during the night. Breakfast was ok with eggs, bacon, sausage and the full assortment of prepackaged pastries that looked 5-10 days old.
