This hotel is not it if you’re looking for a good night’s sleep. The street noise was unbearable. There was drag racing, constant sirens, people screaming, and people openly using drugs on the street. We did not feel this was a safe area. We had to move rooms to the opposite side of the hotel just to get some sleep during the remainder of our stay. Even after moving, the new room did not accommodate our family’s sleeping arrangements. The shower shook the entire room when it was turned on. It genuinely felt like an earthquake was happening, and the plumbing seemed like it was on the verge of failing. The room was also very dark, with no mirrors outside the bathroom, making it difficult for multiple people to get ready at the same time. There was only one window A/C unit, which was not capable of cooling the entire room, especially the loft bed area. We requested housekeeping and never received service. There were also not enough towels provided for more than two people to shower. For the price per night, this experience was extremely disappointing. We expected far better accommodations, service, and overall comfort. Also no parking!! Don’t come in at night if you’re aren’t up for a scary walk back to the hotel from the garage in the dark.

The location of this hotel makes it a potentially noisy night if your room is towards one of the two streets. Unfortunately our room was on the corner so we had to deal with traffic noise, sirens, drag racing noises on two streets for most of the night. The hotel was good enough to move us to a room on the back side of the hotel for the remaining two nights of our stay and it was much quieter. Always ask for a room on the backside of this hotel if you want to get any sleep.

Property was very clean and comfortable. Room was spacious and amenities were great. Staff was awesome especially Naomi at front desk check in who made us feel very welcome and informed us of the area. The parking situation is tough as no onsite parking and only one 24 hour garage across the street. The area is pretty sketchy so just be wary of that.
