There is no staff present on site, the hotel has a generally run-down feeling. The room looked like at one point it was Tastefully appointed, but the furniture was run down and uncomfortable. We could feel the springs in The Firm mattress, and there was no climate control in the room. Staff had to come from down the road to adjust it, and never even asked if it was comfortable. The room was stuffy

We only stayed one night but were pleased with the cleanliness and neatness of the room. Everything smelled fresh and was neatly arranged. Wi-Fi password is clearly noted and easy to connect with great service. You have to reach out to the personal to get your room code. They were quick and helpful in getting it sent to me so we could access the room since we would be in later. The only downside was how loud the a/c unit is in the room. It does a wonderful job of keeping the room comfortable but it is very loud when it kicked on and ran.
