Room was clean! Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was only good one the first day we were there (sausage and potatoes were the best). The second day - not so great. Also, requested additional towels from front desk and was told housekeeping would bring it up, but after an hour of waiting, we were told to come down and grab them - inconvenient and should've just told us the first time if we called to request. Overall, great location with amazing Mexican food in the area. Front staff never really greeted us much.

I have 2 complaints and 1 question regarding guest safety. First, the air conditioner. Why is it so loud, comes on and off constantly. When it would come on it sounded like a jet winding up for takeoff, then when it ran it was loud that made it very hard to sleep. It would come on and off on and off Constantly all night. Second, the toilet!!! So very very low and tight between the wall and the sink counter . The toilet paper roll holder need to be relocated up higher, it was so low and close to the toilet impossible to use. However, the best shower I have every experience in a hotel. The 3rd is, a fire alarm went off. After evaluating the building it was announced as a false alarm. When we and lots of others questioned the front desk we were told it was in the kitchen, the vent wasn't working correct. However my understanding that a fire alarm requires the fire Marshall to arrive at the property check for fire and release the alarm. That didn't happen and kind of scary going back to our room

Overall was fine. The lobby food is very over priced though and they didn’t have any kind of lotion which i thought was odd.
