The floors are not completely installed right. They Creek. The bath tub is filthy needs replacement towels are terrible . No HBO in room like sign says. No ice machine. A/c system was very loud. Needs service or replace. Will never return again even for a budget. I think the department that inspects motels should shut it down till things have properly fixed and cleaned. Even the desk for clothes looked terrible.

Dirty room upon checkin. No phones on property. No parking lot. No pool. Horrible service, will swear at you in Arabic.

Staff was great ! Booking . Com falsely advertises their jacuzzi room I even got a hot tub with tape all over and a printed sign saying out of order and called ahead of time

Shabby, stains on chair, hand prints on backboard of bed. Forgot to request ground floor room, said none available. No washcloths, or face towels. No glasses (plastic or glass for water.No amenities.

Quiet, comfortable and close to work. Room was spacious with a microwave and fridge. Only complaint was no wash clothes available on both stays ? Go figure?

Wanted the hot tub suite but was kind of a problem in the middle of a romantic night water was shooting upwards on the wall and manager had to come in for 20 mins trying to shut it off mood killer.

We weren't allowed to park after checking in & were forced to find another motel. A refund is in order

Horrible !! I expect a full compensation Blood stains on the floor , tables and chairs !! Unprofessional and Disgusting

Smelled, no ac and dirty

Place had a horrible overpowering smell of mens cologne. Floor is uneven everywhere, mini fridge sits on floor, walls are paper thin. Its like a 1 star MAYBE! So many homeless and others hanging around the property all throughout the day and night. No feelings of safety or comfort. This place was god awful

The rooms were filthy, ac didn't work and they refused to give me another room. Rooms had mold. Staff harassed me every time I stepped foot out my room and tried to illegally keeo my deposit

the room floor was filthy. I walked from shower to bed and the bottoms of my feet were black. Floors not mopped. Shower curtain rod kept falling down due to the fact the rod was too small. Air conditioner stopped working and were forced to open window that had no screen to get any kind of relief

Place is filthy.?rooms need cleaning. Beds not comfortable at all and my business trip was a total nightmare!! Clerk was not polite at any level

Be aware don’t go roaches, dirty sheets, door broken I ended up sleeping in my car so the roaches wouldn’t get me.

The room is somewhat update recently but it is a cheap remodel as you can tell when you get into the room. Paint is not completely finish, AC is very loud, floor is kinda dirty as I can tell by my slipper, bathroom is very tiny and the toilet is small.

INSIDE ROOM: Paint chipping off walls; dirty air conditioner; spider webs in corner of room; dirty countertops with some sticky residue that resembled syrup; missing call phone; no lamp; bed was broken with springs popping out, making it very uncomfortable to sleep in; bed sheets made us itchy and caused hives all over body that seemed like an allergic reaction; pillows smelled bad; sheets were not clean or fresh; bed did not have fitted sheet only mattress cover; mildew on bottom trim of walls in every room; dirty walls; refrigerator missing handle; stains in the jetted tub; broken drain in jetted tub; jetted tub dial almost broke off wall when I turned it; rusty TV wall mount; terrible and slow internet; dirty window curtains; dirty windows; mold above wall near jetted tub; jetted tub button seemed to be popping out and loose; no ventilation above jetted tub; microwave was dirty; chrome desk legs were rusted; light fixtures were half popped out. BATHROOM: Rusted drain in shower; irregular water pressure from shower head; mildew around toilet; shower curtain smelled like mold; towels smelled like mold; no shampoo or soap; sitting water in shower; even the water smelled bad! OUTSIDE AND AROUND PROPERTY: Sex workers around every corner; dangerous at night as there are sketchy people; junkies yelling at the sky; hoodlums everywhere; FINAL THOUGHTS: I really wanted to like this place, but I didn’t expect it to be this trashy! I’m not even a picky person.

The lady at the front was lovely. Because of the area, She was behind a plate of glass. Do not trust the pictures of the place—gross and dirty bathroom and Spa availability. Crooked TV, paint scraped on walls, the refrigerator was noisy at night when trying to sleep, Microwave button to reset the time when using was broken. You had to wait out the entire time pushed in to change the cooking time if needed. The refrigerator door handle was broken when I first opened it, but everything was in working condition. We would not stay here again.

The beds were good. They were definitely kept up and clean if you’re just looking to spend the night and sleep then this is exactly what you’re paying for. As far as anything else goes the shower. It definitely had heated water. The pressure was good too, but the floor was dirty and there were a lot of like Holes in things in the walls. It wasn’t good for like if you were going to be showing around, but again if you’re just looking for something to sleep then I say this is exactly what you’re paying for. If you’re looking to go like Knotts Berry Farm on Disneyland or something along those lines I suggest going to someplace else. The customer service was OK when I first got here and I got here at like 10:00 AM before my check-in. I asked if there was an early check-in, the gentleman at the counter refused to let me come in early understandable but I would’ve thought that he would have Been a obliging or at least accommodating if I paid him maybe a little bit earlier I did come back at 1 o’clock, and the gentleman who was there was not there in a lady who is very kind. I didn’t get her name. I wish I had was way more susceptible to letting me come in early specially since it was very windy and cold. The floors of the hotel are not carpeted, but the room itself had all the comedies. The AC and heater seem to work. Just complicated to figure out the sheets were in in the blankets were not very sick. The pillows however were very fluffy.

Good price. Air condition is as noisy as old vacuum cleaner: once waking up, could not go back to sleep :( Dirty wall, no hanger for towels, No hanger for clothes, no toilet paper holder.

The hotel was descent for the price. The sheets looked a little dirty, maybe they were clean but the yellow stains said something else. Other than that the customer service was very nice and I was pleasantly surprised..

Couple in the room above me where arguing so women was crying .The guy was playing loud music so i checked out 4 hours after checking in.Also when i checked in the room the window was slitly open and the screen was off.Very sketchy. I asked if i could get a partial refund and then snotty girl said no.

Harassed by random men. Staff did nothing. Filthy.

Me and my Bf went here in our short trip to cali to visit family, bathroom and room was clean, no roaches or bed bugs in the room we were in. very quiet and 15 mins from Harbor blvd and disney.

Hotel was nothing like the pictures on website. Crackheads running around everywhere. Room was dirty, knife stab marks on the bathroom door, microwave looks like it was thrown off the balcony and put back on counter. Nightstand was on fire and never fixed or cleaned, cigarette burns on everything,

We stayed a couple nights. Nice and quiet. Smelled sanitized. It looked clean. The bed was comfy, I had a good night's rest! The managers were very nice. I felt safe.

It was a crappy hike in the wall so far away from Disneyland and even further from the transit center. It just felt cheap. It’s like those motels you see in dramas where someone gets murdered.
