The staff was wonderful……..but Definitely spend time at the roof top as it was the best part of our stay; in fact the manager there helped to make it so. We’ll definitely return!

Excellent location (fairly quiet but within walking distance of multiple restaurants). Lovely, modern property, beautifully decorated. Expensive parking, valet only, but valet service is very quick. Oddly there didn’t seem to be any bell service, so when you arrive, you have to get your own baggage cart and haul your own bags upstairs. Ditto when you depart. We did not eat at either hotel restaurant, but the rooftop bar looks lovely. Love love love the Nespresso machines in the room, too. Overall, I’d stay here again the next time I’m in Glendale.

This property has a problem with its fitness center. They have one treadmill which is a Pelaton - which people log in under personal use and then don’t log out so others can use it. Takes managers about 1/2 hour to straighten out. What a waste of time for guests. What is the point of a Pelaton when no one else can use it? and what is the point of having only one treadmill when many people were eating on it - even at 6 am? Won’t stay there again if the fitness center is in this condition.

Hotel is lovely in appearance, well run, trained staff. Roof top bar is unique for area. Parking is $30/night. (Sigh.) Why the bad review? The most important service a hotel provides is a good night of sleep. The mattresses are terrible. They are soft and have formed "valleys". In a discussion with the staff, they offered to move us but said their soft mattresses are a "feature" and other rooms would be no different. So why offer the move? Why provide a lousy night with terrible back support? Super disappointed.

Had to call the front desk 2 times to send security to floor 6 to stop the noise / party at 5am. Could not sleep. Ruined stay. For a high end hotel (350$+ ) this is unacceptable. No one from hotel followed up with me after either.

My husband and I had separate suits for our wedding day to get ready and do the first look. The property is beautiful. My only complaint was the day of my wedding doing the getting ready photos the AC stopped working and the room was very stuffy. We had to call several times and they would manually put it on, but it would go off.

Beautiful hotel!! But we were awakened repeatedly by honking horns from the valet parking area. Secondly someone threw glass containers or rummaged through the trash bins in the middle of the night awakening us again!! Very nice hotel but I’m not sure I would stay there again because of noise

I don't like hotels. I'm used to big rooms with great views and normally I feel claustrophobic in hotel rooms. But the rooms are wide! Great vibe! Clean, everything looks brand new. Bedding is super comfy! I'd stay here every time.

The manager at that day was unprofessional, rude and loud. Knock at my door at 10pm telling that the music was loud what is not true! He back at 10:30pm with the same complaint and act very rude ( screamed on me ) and told me that he going to put me ion a black list because I’m not falling ‘his rules”
