There was blood on the toilet seat when we checked into our room. Overall staff were rude from the front desk to the restaurant. Manager was too busy to speak with us. Main advertisement is the rooftop restaurant and bar where you can watch fireworks. It was the main reason I booked here. We were told it was closed for a private event.

The roof top bar is an amazing place to watch Disneyland fireworks and sunset. be advised, reservations are helpful as it's a very popular spot. great restaurants on the property and nearby walking distance. this street is a beautiful palm tree lined boulevard. pool area is a bit small in proportion to the size of the hotel, but it had some private areas and a nice bar/restaurant. All staff we engaged with was beyond pleasant.

Very comfortable bedding, amazing roof top restaurant/lounge with view to DCA park, amazing drink selections, great food at RISE and Tangerine (will try other restaurants next time), smells amazing when you walk in, friendly staff, nice pool with drink and food service. We selected a room with view to the DCA park and it was gorgeous. Definitely recomend and look forward to future stays!

The Westin was a few steps farther from Disney, but worth the extra few blocks. I appreciated a little luxury after a full day at the parks. We didn’t use the amenities, which I’m sure were fabulous, but we did grab some breakfast to go which was so delicious. Service was fast, food was hot, and the coffee was so good. The fellas at the valet were also outstanding with taking care of our car and handling all of our gear. We wanted to check out the rooftop bar, but it was closed two nights in a row for a private party. We were really looking forward to seeing the view of Disney at night. Maybe next time.

I am a frequent Westin patron. I stay 10 to 15 nights per years mainly at the whistler location snowboarding and mountain biking. The hotel is nice and clean but this location in Anaheim lives up to some of its poor review perfectly. Valet’s barely courteous, front desk staff customer service skills in need of serious training during my stay. When checking out she asked how my stay was and I explained the property was nice but the room cleaning staff isn’t up to normal standards. I had to clean the shower drain out first morning because the hair in the strainer was so bad from previous guest that we stood in 1 foot inch of water. The other issue, they never restocked toilet tissue in the bathroom. On the third night we had to call down and ask for it. They made the bed replaced the towels but that was it. The table in the room had water right it’s on the table that were easily wiped off the table from the previous guest. I don’t think they do any surface cleaning because the table wasn’t wiped off during our entire four day stay. The build quality of the room is top notch but the lack of quality house keeping will age this property prematurely if management doesn’t take action. I met at least two nice staff at the concierge deck and a nice person from the security staff but the rest of staff were lacked any concern about my polite statement regarding my experience. Why ask at check out if you don’t really care. She attempted to explain by offering an excuse

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price I stayed at The Westin Anaheim Resort on August 18 and extended my stay just because my daughter enjoyed watching the Disney fireworks. Sadly, that was the only highlight. The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. They even charge extra for Wi-Fi, which is surprising for a property in this price range. Parking is very expensive and not convenient at all. To make matters worse, our room was not clean — as shown in the photos I’ve attached. For the high cost, I expected much better service, cleanliness, and basic amenities to be included. I won’t be staying here again.

Might be the loudest street I have ever stayed on. Might have been my mistake to pick a Disney view but the first night we heard cars and motorcycles non stop. The second night it was Jack hammer from 10pm-6am doing work on Katella. Total nightmare with kids. We even had a sound machine and it didn’t help.

The only thing I didn’t like were the thin windows. We were on the second floor overlooking the pool. Every morning they pressure washed the pool area and it woke me up and then at night there was really loud music that kept me up. Even with the tv on, I could hear it all. Other than that, it was great. We will stay there again but request a higher floor or a room not overlooking the pool.

This is my first day at the Anaheim Western resort. It has a great location to Disneyland and it’s a very nice, comfortable modern resort with great views of Disneyland. We had a very enjoyable viewing of the fireworks from the eighth floor. Staff was excellent and helpful at all times. The restaurant was very good, convenient and served good food. Short walk to Disneyland was appreciated.

We always have an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. My partner and I were celebrating an anniversary and they were so nice to upgrade our room to overlook Disneyland parks. We saw the fireworks! So magical! The rooms are spacious, clean, and the bed is so relaxing. The pillows were a little soft but we asked for firmer one and they were provided. It is on the pricey side BUT the location and hotel make it so worth it. We will be back soon!!

Valet and Bell desk staff was Exceptional!! Great service and extremely friendly and helpful. My husband has a motorized scooter he used to get to convention center for a conference and the valet staff helped charge it daily in addition to loading and unloading assistance without us having to ask for help which makes them #1 for all our future trips to Anaheim. Great job!!

Unfortunately will never book again. Checking in was not as expected didn’t get the right room I paid for until the third time complaint. I checked in around 7pm so my room should have been available and ready it clearly wasn’t and was told my view room was reserved for later arriving guest which makes no sense as I was there and paid for park view. It was until 1030pm I got a call saying they could move me rooms. There are staff that are not friendly and seem annoyed and don’t really care to help. The hotel is clean and nice. The store doesn’t stay open late which is a bummer but understandable. The pool is okay last day did encounter having no towels around 7 and had to wait 40-50 min for towels. Just not what I expected it’s a nice hotel just not for me the staff and room situation ruined it for me

The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located near Disney. Valet parking was easy as we just showed up and they took care of us. Getting our car the next morning took a while. We called down as we were keaving our room and I needed to check out and a few minutes into waiting outside for the vehicle (it was dead) a gentleman asked my name and what type of vehicle I was waiting for and only then went to go get it. We also got back to our room late the night before (after Disney) and were told it would take 5-10 minutes for them to being up our bags, but it took over 30 (not ideal when waiting for your toothbrush and jammies before sleeping). They also wouldn't move our stored items into our room when it was ready. It was also a long wait to check out, although there were two staff working the checkout and only one person being helped in front of me. Overall it was a good stay, but a few little customer service tweaks would have made it even better. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

My son got very sick the last night of our trip. The hotel staff went above and beyond with accommodating our needs. They had to do a lot of extra cleaning because of my son’s illness and probably dreaded answering the phone every time I called. But they never showed the slightest frustration and were very helpful. I was beyond grateful for the hotel’s excellent service in a very stressful situation.

Good location: 20 minutes to Downtown Disney and 30 to Mainstreet. We love Disney during the day and look forward to a nice hotel to relax in for breaks from the whole Disney vibe. This hotel has amazing staff, a great restaurant and nice rooms but where it falls short is the vibe. All of the common areas are playing loud, club like music and there is literally nowhere to relax and have a quiet meal or drink to wind down. Do you need music by the elevator at 7am, or so loud in the restaurant it’s difficult to hear your server? Our room was even loud because of the volume of the movie being shown at the pool. I could feel the vibration in our room on the 6th floor. I urge Westin to rethink their volume on …everything. The staff is amazing. Honestly the nicest, most helpful crew, which makes me want to stay there again, but not sure i can take the overstimulating environment. Also, the AC in the room is mid as well. It turns off automatically which is a problem for me. Fix these issues and i will never stay anywhere else.

This property has an excellent proximity to Disney and California adventure. Beautiful hotel and new. The staff was friendly and restaurant is a must for breakfast . They have fresh orange juice which I highly recommend ! Great stay

The Westin Anaheim is a great places for families to stay. I loved that I could grab coffee in the morning at Blossom cafe and that there were a couple of restaurants to try on site that had excellent food. The breakfast buffet was really good and the service was top notch. If you plan to go to Disney, it’s a short walk but maybe too long to walk after a long day at Disney and with small children, but if you are up for about a .5 mile walk it’s very convenient. Overall a great experience, I would certainly stay there again.

Great location and accommodations. Property is across the street from Disneyland which was super convenient. I did have some issues with parking charges, but the accounting team was able to resolve them quickly. The Tangerine Room is a great restaurant to try and the Blossom Cafe was convenient for a quick breakfast/ coffee run.
