Great parking, clean facilities, great gym. Quiet and great location!

The lobby had a pool table and a bar area with private seating. This was inviting and fun. The room had a unique look and decor that was pleasing. Our "Smart Fridge" never actually got cold and there were not any instructions. It would have been a better stay if there was a hot tub or if the pool was open at least until 10pm or later on a Saturday night.

We had a great stay! This is a modern, clean, and nice hotel. The loft setup is very cute. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had everything we needed. The gym was very nice and the pool looked great.

I love the rooms and layout of them. Parking was great and accessible. Great atmosphere in lobby too!

The staff at this hotel were all so kind and polite! The modern fun furniture in the room and lobby makes it feel cozy. Loved all the activities like live music, pool table, foosball, games. The gym is top notch! You won’t find a nicer gym in a hotel! The pool is nice-. This has become my #1 choice stay when traveling to Omaha to visit family and for medical appointments at NE Med Village Point. There is a Target and Hyvee not too far away for any extras you may need.

This place was perfect! The room was modern and neat, there were lots of games for me and my kids to play in the lobby. The pool was perfect for younger kids to safely play in!

Noisy…. I found corn chips on the floor in the room. Our blind wouldn’t pull down had to call maintenance….

Clean and efficient!

There was long black hair and residue in shower i had to fix and declog the drain, one water bottle for two people for four days. Rooms were never cleaned, didn't have a were sleeping room sign.

I like the hotel and the staff that I interacted with was great. Men’s restroom in the lobby has been dirty for the last two days. Nothing touched. The outside patio no trash been taken out for two days.

room was dirty, didn't have another handicap room, had to wait 1/2 hr for another room!! NO housekeeping at night, staff was very rude!!

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of our room.

The room is cute but not perfectly clean. I felt safe, it's in a nice area. You can't hear noise from other rooms but you get a lot of noise from other doors shutting. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were half full and aren't secure.Would stay again for the price and area.

At first, I thought the set up was really different and interesting. But the bathroom is open and there's no wall dividing the bathroom area from the bedroom area (the toilet has a door). There's a wall divider, but it doesn't go all the way to the ceiling and it lets light through. if you're alone in the room, it's OK but if you have kids or a spouse that wants to wake up before you do the light and the sound is a problem. Because the bathroom is open when you get out of the shower, you do not have a nice warm steamy room, it is cold and open. As soon as you get out of the shower, you will see a full length mirror that highlights all of your beauty. Most everything was clean, except for around the toilet. The dark colors on the wall are very rich and pretty, but you can see all the pee splatter from previous guests on the wall. The hotel staff was very nice when I first arrived but on the two proceeding days, nobody talked to me and when I checked out, they didn't even ask if I enjoyed my stay. My room faced an intersection which was very loud. I could hear the cars taking off from the stop light outside. I am frequently in hotels and have adapted to mild to moderate noises but at this hotel, I had to sleep with my earbuds in. Usually new hotels have better soundproofing.

Clean newer. A lot of roof views on some rooms staring at a wall outside. Good price though on Expedia

Our room had the mirror lights not plugged in and we couldn’t figure out how to plug it in, there were too many cords between the wall and the beds and limited outlets b/c the one in the side table was broken. The outlet on one side of the nightstand is damaged (the holes are too loose so nothing will stay plugged into it), so we couldn’t plug anything in on one side. The lock malfunctioned a couple of times. Lastly, the water in the shower would only get luke warm, and the bottom of the shower was really slippery after rinsing out hair conditioner. The staff were great and always very helpful. Aside from some random issues with our specific room, it was overall a good facility.

Great staff and spacious rooms!

Surprise fees after booking, a “tourism” fee. Air conditioner barely kept room at 75, even though turned to 65. Noises from hallway were pronounced all night long, and you could hear everyone’s doors closing. The room is very modern in layout and looks super cool, but if you showered, because of poor AC, your room remained hot and muggy for hours.

Clean, great area. Absolutely the worst hotel room setup we have ever experienced. Shower is in your room. Absolutely no privacy when traveling with kids. Then they set a mirror perfectly so that the people in the beds can watch you shower. What the Hell

Noise from interstate was the only downsize. Stayed at end closest to the interstate. I’m sure the rooms facing the front of the hotel would have been buffered more

Mel and Larry were exceptionally kind and lovely. Looking forward to seeing them again in my next stay.

Great staff and spacious rooms!

We had to split up our time in Omaha. The first time we stayed everything was perfect! Front desk very friendly! There isn’t much storage space for things. The second time we checked in, 5 days later, the gal at the front desk was not very friendly!! We didn’t get the room that we booked, when I inquired about it she said they over booked!! She said if she changed us to the room that we booked that someone else would not get the room that they wanted!! What the heck!! When checking out staff not very friendly! We use to live on Omaha for several years. We were back to visit family and friends, will probably look for another place next time!

Me and my family always stay in the A Lofts properties, but this time was horrible, the front desk lady , racist, very bad communicative, horrible customer service, rude personality, firstly she give us the farthest room from the elevator, and few minutes after I went down and I explain what happened why I was disappointed with my room, I ask her to move me to another room bc I found hairs in the bath shower and all over the floor and she give a very bad attitude. That amazing hotel don’t deserve that kind of staff. Thank you I hope next time I go there I can enjoy my stay.

We ran into several issues in the 3-night stay that make the experience pretty disappointing: 1. we had to request housekeeping service upfront (no one had mentioned that) 2. Once we ordered it for the next day, they came around 5pm 3. There was no shampoo for 2 of the 3 nights. We requested it from front desk and they never delivered it. 4. A false fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and it took hours to fix it. Once the alarm sound was fixed, the flashing light in our room remained for several hours more. All we got from the staff was a quiet apology. 5. Speaking of staff, they were not very friendly or accommodating, especially after all we went through. I’d have appreciated at least asking if they could compensate us somehow.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was large and had a nice set up. U really like the table and seating area. We unfortunately didnt have tume to experience the lounge but it looked like it had a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The Aloft Omaha West was outstanding!!! The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful! The property is well maintained and clean offered a very comfortable accommodations. We enjoyed the lobby area and the live music. Special shout out to Brooke at the front desk - she was an absolute delight and made us feel welcome!

Free breakfast quiet clean

Is a nice, clean place to stay. There is no breakfast offered. There is however, a snack bar downstairs that you can purchase some things from. The only reason I put a four instead of a five, our heater was not working properly in our room. It was very cold. We did not report it, however, until we checked out.

It is a nice hotel, has a pool table in the lobby along with a bar with decently priced drinks. Our only issue was the air conditioner didnt work in our room so they moved us to another room that was MUCH smaller and received no discount on the bill for a smaller room. Was a little disappointing. Staff was friendly when they weren't on their phones. Bar staff was friendly and helpful.
