The room was spacious and clean. There were coffee maker and a microwave! Pool was small but heated. Nice gym. Airport shuttle from 5 am is a big bonus. Friendly staff. Free breakfast.

I loved this hotel!!! The staff were so kind and super helpful! I took advantage of the shuttle service also super helpful! Hotel breakfast was good just want to see more options. The pool was a little small but it was very clean and towels stocked. 24/7 gym was nice. The staff were so helpful and kind they always made sure we had what we needed. 10/10 experience highly recommend! Fairfield inn and suites o hare! Love it!

This property has good deals for unexpected stays. We booked a basic room but were able to upgrade to a basic suite for no extra charge. The breakfast layout is fantastic and it's one of the few places in the area offering complimentary breakfast. Also we were given complimentary water bottles. The worst part about this hotel is the shuttle service. This hotel and the Residence Inn only have one driver and one shuttle. They should really consider investing in at least 2 shuttles per hotel, especially during holiday seasons, because the wait for a shuttle ride at the airport is obscene. We waited almost 2 hours for a shuttle and he never arrived because he was stuck in traffic near Terminal 5. PLEASE INVEST IN MORE SHUTTLES.

The bed seems soft at first then gets hard after a while. Parking lot too small. Have to park next door per the front desk. Shower takes legitimate 3-4 minutes to get warm.

Stay was sufficient for our travel. Picked the hotel because it stated there was a bar onsite but when we checked in at 6pm we were told they were not serving alcohol at this time. When we returned at 10 pm, we were told the bar was closed. Definitely brought down my scoring as that was a main reason for my choice.

Took Uber to hotel, didn't find shuttle or have right timing. Took shuttle back to airport the next day, no problem. Less than 10 min to airport. Nice staff, comfy room, quiet, spotless. Breakfast OK and predictable; every hotel in America should do better. But that's just me....

It was walkable to Allstate Arena for a concert that I attended, and there were multiple restaurants located in the shopping area across the street. The breakfast included was a nice amenity. It was also easy to get downtown using the shuttle to the airport and the Blue line L train. Light sleepers may not like the noise from the airport and nearby Metra, but it didn't bother me at all.

We stayed here overnight and are catching a flight from O'Hare later today. It's been a great stay. We de-stressed, relaxed, had a wonderful dinner next door at Longhorn Steakhouse. The beds gave us a great night's sleep! Aiplane is minimal. In room refrigerator & microwave is nice too.

Desk staff and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and look brand new and was very clean. I loved the walk in shower. My only issues were the beds were too firm for my liking but, my husband thought they were perfect. Besides that, it seemed like there was no noise buffer from the hallway.

When I checked in, the desk clerk was very welcoming and polite. In fact, every clerk I interacted with was extremely nice and friendly. The hotel was very clean and had no bad odors. The room was just right the size and had all the accommodations I needed. I couldn’t find a single complaint to have with them. Enjoyed my visit and would love to stay here again.

Ivan at the front desk is very helpful and we are glad he could help us with our late check out! We have a 16 hours flight tonight and we are vary thankful for this opportunity to get some rest, because we are travelling with a baby. We enjoyed our stay a lot and we really like the shuttle service. The driver was wonderful! A blond lady at the bar was very nice last evening and there is one more front desk agent whose name I didn't have a chance to ask helped me to get a bandage for my husband and he helped us with a laggage this morning as well! You guys have a very good team and we will be back to your hotel! Thank you very much for everything!

Ivan - Night Front desk Associate is awesome! Very friendly and always helpful. It is always wonderful to stay at this hotel. As a flight attendant, it feels like home away from home. Beds are comfy and the coffee/tea rocks.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Expedia said parking was free but they charge $20 for parking. More importantly, despite check out being at 11am, room service entered our room at 8am without knocking and walked in on us. This place is terrible.

The bartender in the lounge was so nice and friendly. I loved that even though we missed the breakfast times because of an early flight that they still had coffee and other things like yogurt for free.

Stay was overall ok but the breakfast was terrible. It had all the frozen food smell and always out of few things. Kids had to wait for 15 mins to get the bagels / breads / eggs filled in. Day 1 - all the milk cartons were rotten and there was no milk at all. Day 2: out of bagels and sandwiches Day 3: out of breads / muffins and few things. The food prepared were also little rude. Otherwise nice overall.

Clean, comfortable, convenient to O'Hare Airport and All State Pavilion. Breakfast included, great staff and coffee, I'd get rid of the disposable plates and utensils. I liked the non disposable shampoo/conditioner/soap combo, but I'd add lotion to the mix. Lovely staff, new facility. Also, seemed over the top to pay for parking.

Had a great time! The shuttle was a great option to move via Blue Line to Downtown to/from the airport. All the staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

Everything was great about the stay. Perfect location for concerts at Allstate Arena. Friendly staff. Four starts due to the breakfast hours. Should be longer and they lock the fridge so I couldn’t even grab a yogurt. I do find it ridiculous you have to pay for parking as well. After the taxes on your parking it comes to about $20 per night.
