Lots of road construction around the property. The swimming pool is small and gets crowded quickly. It’s right off the interstate which gets noisy. Several restaurants are within walking distance which is nice and convenient. Rooms are average.

Loved how nice everything was and how clean it was. Just wish the AC was a little better it felt super humid in the building and the gym ac was at 80 when I used it I couldn’t stay in there very long, but overall I really enjoyed my stay !

I hate to give this property an average rating. Check in was easy. The front desk agent was warm and friendly. The lobby was very nice and clean. My room was spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The fitness center had everything that I needed for a work out. Although I only peered at the pool from the fitness center, It appeared to be clean. I did not have the breakfast so I cannot comment on that. It was a convenient location. There are 4-6 fast food type restaurants close by but not sure of more than that. I was in town for work so I did not have a chance to shop but its so close to the city of Denton that I'm sure there are options there. I gave the hotel and average rating because the road noise was so loud all night. I sleep with rain sounds but I could hear the road noise over that. I would stay here again if I was guaranteed a room that was quieter.

It was terrible. The first room we were given had a filthy disgusting toilet full of feces that had not been flushed and quite obviously not cleaned….. the second room had splashed feces on the wall beside the toilet and a dirty towel still on the sink. Obviously no inspection happens of the room cleaning. We won’t stay here again.

Overall the property was not bad. Could hear what sounded like a water leak in the wall and water pooled in one corner of the wall and appeared to be coming from within the wall. The bathroom floor had very dirty grout and the shower had mildew on the outside door frame.

Our bathroom counters had dirt/dust on them. Our floors hadn’t been vacuumed. We went to breakfast at 7:30 and it was mostly burned and not fresh - as well as no fresh fruit. There were dead bugs under the AC.

The first room was disgustingly dirty. I took pictures on the carpet that had food stains and who know what other type of stains on it. There was food crumbs by bed base, the bathtub had hair in it; Before I noticed the stains on the carpet, I cleaned the wall by the window and chair as it had what seemed to be food stains on it. The room had a very bad odor. After the front desk saw the pictures, they did move us to another room, but I still was uncomfortable as the first room was so dirty I didn't feel clean; If I would have had time I would have asked to cancel the reservation and gone to another hotel. Needless to say, I will never stay at this hotel again and will think twice before stating at this chain anymore.

From what we could see, there was only one guy that was cleaning. Our room was on the bottom floor and was the last every day. We usually just missed it, asking for new towels and emptying our garbage. There was a horrid septic smell from our bathroom that no one seemed to have an answer. Newer hotel but definitely struggling with employees which is hard to believe anything would be truly clean. The proof was when I used a hand towel to clean up spilled water and the towel turned black. So happy I had lysol wipes.

I would suggest staying on the east side of the building. We wanted to get good sleep and the west side was close to the Interstate, so we heard every car that crossed the line. Other than that it was a beautiful hotel and very great!

First off the over all stay was decent. Not worth the price but the comfort of the bed and how well the place smelled makes a huge difference. But, the breakfast was not good. The pancake maker didn’t work, the gravy was gloopy. Out room was out of soap. And the front desk lady told us “We” needed to tell the cleaning lady when she comes by the next day and gave us just a tiny bar of soap. The wrong kind. All the tile in the room were cracked and our window shade was literally standing in the corner of the room not useable. The price of the hotels these days we should have soap, shades and a good breakfast.

Our room air conditioner was broken! The unit was making terrible noises when we walked i. The room but thought we could live with it. We turned it down a little to cool the room off only to find it was still blowing warm air! At 1 am, I called down to the front desk to be informed they were at “full capacity “ and could can move rooms. Our thermostat was reading 77! The man did offer a fan if he could find one, which was given to us but did not help. While checking out, I told the lady at the front desk who said she was not aware of any issues! The parking lot only had about 15-20 cars! How is that full capacity?? We will not stay here again!

A comfortable and spacious hotel room with microwave and minifridge. Free breakfast. Very organized and clean and professional. About the only complaint is the choice of pillows. They are very soft and fluffy but as soon as you lay on them they go completely flat. Thin as a pancake. That and the hotel is immediately off the highway, which means there is road noise all day and night. Though our room was on the highway side of the building. Very nice hotel though, clean and professional and spacious.

The property was clean and conveniently located. The room was nice etc. My problem was that I wasn't issued a keycard. When I checked in I was told by the attendant that their key card programmer was not working and I would have to be escorted to my room and then a working key would be slipped under the door when they had fixed the problem - which of course never happened. This was a very inconvenient issue, for several reasons. Upon checking out, there was no one at the front desk, even after ringing the bell and I didn't have time to wait. No apology or any communication for that matter was offered. I won't be bothering this establishment with my money ever again.

Staff wasn't very friendly at all! Our original room on the 5th floor, once we entered the bed wasn't made up & the room smelled like boo boo! Awful smell! I wanted a refund and go somewhere like, but I didn't feel like arguing with anyone from a long drive. Just awful!

Staff was freindly and very helpful. My thermostat did not work in my room and when i told the staff, the immediately apologized and gave me a new room. There is a fuzzy taco, pizza hut and jack n the box within 200 feet of the hotel. Breakfast was good. They served powdered eggs, sausage patties and links, biscuits and gravy and cinnamon rolls. Not bad for a free breakfast. I would say it was a pretty good stay.

The room wasn’t ready for our 4 pm check in. We arrived at 4:35 and the front desk staff told us it would be 20 min for our room. It hadn’t been cleaned yet. After the 2 nd time of the front desk staff telling us there wasn’t anything they could do I had to ask for the manager. He should have showed up earlier and they should have had a plan in place to accommodate customers as they showed up. After about 20 -25 min I asked for the 2nd time for a different room. They finally agreed. That should have happened immediately. Staff was genuinely nice but made us late for a wedding. When spending close to $200 dollars per night you would think they would have been better prepared.

Will not stay here again. When we checked in the lady in front of us said her room was not clean. The desk clerk said “is it where we can just vacuum it up?” No apologies or nothing. We check in and the price my card was charged was not to online rate. The rate charged on the paper was different from both rates. The girls working the desk were clueless and worse than that they did not care. Beds are very uncomfortable and overall the hotel was very blah.

I came to Texas to visit my daughter that is at school at UNT. The price was so reasonable compared to anything around the college and the drive was super quick. I will be staying here again.

Hotel was good , a little too much traffic noise and other people being loud and banging in the hall . Breakfast ended too early for us, I understand many travelers go to bed early to get up early but there are Manaus that arrive late and sleep in. It should have went until 10am. We missed it both day!
