I understand that this hotel is located in a busy downtown area, but the parking situation was extremely inconvenient. We couldn’t find any clearly marked area to temporarily park while checking in or unloading luggage, so we ended up using a public parking lot nearly two blocks away. When we asked the front desk about parking options, we were told that valet was the only option available. Unfortunately, the interaction felt less than welcoming. Another surprise was the $150 incidental hold, which is one of the highest I’ve encountered. It has also been two days since checkout, and the hold still hasn’t been released. Another issue was the air conditioning unit in our room, which was extremely noisy and woke us up multiple times throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. On a positive note, the hotel itself was clean, and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options. However, because of the parking challenges, additional fees, and the noisy AC, I would likely choose a different property on a future visit.

The breakfast did not look good. Walked out. People were eating so it could just be me. The bananas were brown. There was like two bites of yogurt in the cup. The worst was our room the air conditioner kept me up all night. It kept going on and off and when it went off it made a loud noise like my door slammed. It was a 6 minute cycle that happened over and over. So frustrating! Then I could hear the elevator. This was Room 302. Do you think I can get compensation for my stay??? You really need to check on the air conditioner. Lay down on the bed and close your eyes. It was set on 65. While we were awake and talking, I was like man the air conditioner is loud. Didn’t think it would keep me up all night but it did. Finally got out of bed at 6 am and got ready. Stayed 5/1/2026 Sue Golliver Let me know about a refund. I’ll be writing a review soon. Thanks

Stayed 1 night

Just stayed one night to celebrate my daughter’s bachelorette party downtown. And we had a room on the 12th floor with a beautiful view of the city. We had no complaints. Free breakfast and parking was a breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will be staying there again in the future
