The hotel has a pretty good walk to the beach but they have a golf cart that will take you there & pick you up…apparently only 1. The hour of pick up is 4, which could be longer and they need a back up golf cart because I was told they had to fix the brakes on it our last day and they could not pick us up. We’re not as young as we once were and struggled to walk back.

Room was very roomy. When we opened the door it smelled clean, and it was cool inside, thank goodness because it was extremely hot outside. Nice bar and restaurant. Overall it is an excellent choice.

Property was clean, quiet and had a good vibe to it. Breakfast was available down stairs in a restaurant setting, you got seated, ordered off the menu and they brought your food out fresh and hot then you paid for it. The beach was just a short distance across the street. The hotel had a shuttle cart to take you for your convenience. There was a grocery store within walking distance. I highly recommend this place.

We have stayed in multiple places in Destin and this was by far in our top 3. We enjoyed the restaurant and bar which offered Happy Hour from 5-7 daily. On days we spent the entire day at the beach, it was nice to be able to come back to our hotel and shower and grab some food and drinks from the hotel and go back to our room and relax. We enjoyed the pool as well. The room was clean. Location was great and close by to all of our favorites. Our only complaints were that the shower door was hard to slide open and seemed to be off track and the pillows were not very supportive. Overall- our stay was great and we will definitely be staying here again.

Very accommodating & pet friendly! The beach was just a short walk across the street & there were many food options around the area including a grocery store just feet away. The gym is small, but will work if you just need to get your cardio in. The pool stays open pretty late. We will definitely book here again during our next trip.

Very clean property within walking distance to the beach. It’s right across the street from direct access to Miramar beach. Wonderful amenities, unfortunately service to my room was never provided and even though they guarantee service every other day, I had to basically beg for fresh towels. Other than that, there is a bar and a fresh food cafeteria available.

This property is very close to everything and the places it wasn't, we uber to. Hotel was very clean. Outdoor swimming pool, fitness room, restaurant and bar in the hotel. Oh, this hotel has rooms with nice sized balconies as well. Room were spacious and updated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend them to everyone.

You could tell there have been water leaks in the ceiling, there were hairs on the shower walls, mold in the corners in the shower, the shower door was not working well and the bracket was loose, the sink drained very slowly, and the door lock was messed up the whole time. One of the supervisors was rude and acted like she didnt care at all. Only offered bare minimum to help. Had to speak with the GM who was very nice to get more to make it worth our stay. Rough crowds staying there, pool wasnt cleaned very well the entire time we stayed. Gate locks were needing batteries replaced. Recommend staying somewhere else

Bathroom was dirty, had to clean it. Eaten dryed up peach seed under phone on night stand. Night stand dusty and phone was dirty. Coffee area was filthy with water rings on counter. Room smelled stale. Awful.

This hotel is in a wonderful location, with a walkable beach access within 5 minutes of the hotel. They also offer a complimentary golf cart shuttle to the access if you have items you’re toting, etc. Brenda was an excellent driver and very very friendly and personal. Mary Jane was excellent at checking. However, for the Hilton brand name, the cleanliness and quality of the room I stayed in is subpar to the brand. There was a significant amount of mold on the wall inside the bathroom above the door. The beds squeaked at the tiniest movement. The lights and outlets that are built into the headboard also did not work. Overall, would probably stay here again, the rooms just need some detail cleaning and maintenance checks.

First of all, the carpet in the room & hallways were dirty. The bottom of our feet were black plus Keurig coffee machine was dirty. Other than that the beds were comfy, the pool was great. There were other amenities the site presented but staff did not inform. Did not eat or take advantage of the bar. Housekeepers were noisy, I believe due to our room was near maintenance. All in all a good place to stay.

The problem with this Hilton Garden at Miramar beach, room carpet is dirty, need to clean the shower has mold on the sliding door. We spend $2000.00 for 5 nights, they didn’t clean the room only change the towels.

We went to bed only to find mouse droppings around the headboard. Front desk person just said thanks for telling us. That’s more deserving of a refund or a free night somewhere. That’s disgusting.

We noticed that the carpet was wet but thought maybe it was from kids being wet from the pool but the shower leaked bad. Also, the sheets were not changed out because there was small bits of hair, food, stains, etc. Totally uncalled for and unprofessional.

Really Nice Hotel! The price was great, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The lobby was nice, featuring a bar and a market. I especially loved that they had a filtered water station. The elevator made a loud noise every time it stopped on the first floor. It scared us the first time. Our room included a microwave and a fridge, which was very convenient. The shower had nice hot water. The pillows were a bit flat, and the bed was a little noisy, but overall, it was comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, and the excursion we booked. The balcony was nice as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, beautiful rooms, comfortable bed. The ac was a bit noisy and made it hard for me to sleep. The pool faces the street and parking lot. Breakfast not included and there weren’t that many places around where you could go for breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location if you are interested in shopping. Premium Outlet is three minutes away and the beach is five minutes away on foot. Depending on which room you're assigned to, your view could be different. I was assigned to a room where I could see dumpster from another building. This would be the only downside.

“Hilton” is only in the name, this is just an average motel. It’s a pet friendly hotel and my room had pet odor, I would say dog pee maybe. Furnitures were stained and ripped. Bed was squeaky and sheets weren’t very clean. I have been a long time Hilton guest and wasn’t really looking to make a big deal out of it and complained to the staff but I was told “we are very sorry, but there is nothing we can do. We can create a ticket and take care of the issue once in 2-3 days (technically after I check-out). Staff was courteous and the location is great if that’s what you are looking for.

We have to wait to get checked in even though other guests were able to checked in early. Mary Jane is not a very nice staff. Her attitude is annoying and not very pleasant. The shower pressure is very weak in our bathroom so I asked them to get it check. I followed it up and they told me it was fixed but it wasn’t. I am very disappointed about our stay this time. This was our second one and this time I am really disappointed. They did not clean our room, we basically just asked for our towels, and really cleaned and throw the trash ourselves. Definitely not coming back on this location. I am a loyal Hilton honor member and still love all the Hilton hotels but not this one.

The property itself is in great condition and location. The room was excellent. The guys that ride the shuttle to the beach are friendly however, the front desk staff( not the late night ones) lack customer service. They talk to customers in a rough way and they don't even fake a smile. They frustrated me everytime i talked to them. The check in was terrible and the check out wasn't much better.

I was satisfied with stay. The only thing that irritated me was when we requested towels and put our towels we used in the hall like housekeeping told us to do , they only brought us 2 towels and we requested 4. They acted like they couldn’t give us anymore. I told them there was 4 of us and we couldn’t use the same towel. I am a Diamond member for Hilton and have never had that happen before.

Room was fine and comfortable. Service sucked. Asked for the room to be cleaned daily during a 3 nights stay. Was not cleaned or refreshed in any way. Asked again each morning for service and again not serviced. Additionally the electronic blinds were broken, asked for them to be fixed. No joy either

When we arrived to our room after check-in we did not have any towels of any kind in our room. Called front desk and they said they were having a shortage issue. And they probably wouldn’t have any till the next day! How in the world do you not have enough towels for your hotel knowing that you are literally across the street from the beach and you are a tourist town! And it was during spring break. We did receive body towels the next morning but they still did not have hand towels or any kind of smaller towels on hand. We arrived on Monday and they were not able to give us more clean towels or hand towels till the morning of check out and that was on Thursday.

Husband and I stayed for one night as we were passing through. The day before our stay I received an email from one of the front desk ladies. She said that they tried to authorize my card but it didn’t go through, and if I didn’t contact them they would cancel by reservation after 12:00pm the next day. I called the front desk and spoke with a man who said that I could pay with my card in person at check in (check in is at 4:00pm) and he would let the woman who sent the email know to not cancel the reservation. The next day we arrive at 4:00pm and check in. The lady tells us our reservation was canceled because we didn’t contact them and she had to “rebook” us for a different room. I was frustrated at first, but she informed us the room had a balcony that faced the ocean, which was a nice perk. We get to our room and there wasn’t any towels, so had to request towels and they were brought up quickly. The sink drain cover was broken, they do have breakfast but it isn’t complimentary. Overall the hotel was nice and in a good location, but staff seemed unorganized.

Hotel was nice and nicely located. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the pool. We walked to the beach. About ten minutes from the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. Only negative was the next morning we woke to not having any water. We had to call the front desk to find out what was going on. They informed us that the city wanted them to cut water for a determined time. I would think it would've been the hotel contacting their guests and inform them about this inconvenience instead of us having to reach out to them first. Do better Hilton.

Love the location, accross the street is the premium outlet and near at the outcast seafood restraurant that serves fresh cooked seafood at affordable price. The room was nice and clean and staff are very helpful. 5-7mins walk to beach access and love we were able to laundry our clothes as well. Walking distance to waffle house. Not beach from but decent hotel if you are travelling around destin florida.

This is by far the best Hilton Garden Inn we have had the opportunity to visit. The vendor offering the breakfast is outstanding! We never add on the breakfast but due to our schedule we thought it would be better to get breakfast at the hotel. It turned out that we LOVED every meal over the three days. Everything is made fresh & the side of fruit was a perfect compliment with each option. We will be back again!

The staff was wonderful, cordial, from the front desk to the cleaning ladies, very efficient. After we checked out we went back to the beach and the staff allowed us to us the shower in the pool area to get cleaned up before we headed home. That's a super plus for us!!! Definitely we will go back! Breakfast was magnific!
