It was palatial and beautiful, rooms were gorgeous and comfortable, view of the river and city from the 17th floor room was tremendous, service was first class, parking was free, room safe for valuables, friendly staff, free shuttle boat to downtown. What I didn't like: most restaurants were too pricy, had to go through the casino to get food at Nick's, Shake Shack, Dunkin, didn't use the refrig snacks or counter snacks due to pricing. All in all, a first class, top notch experience.

The property is beautiful inside and out. It's very clean. Easy valet service. Extra large rooms and bathrooms with modern amenities. Everything can be operated on an iPad such as drapes, curtains, lights, air conditioning and television. You can make dinner reservations or order room service. They offer a free cruise of the bay. The service was prompt and efficient.

Amazing hotel. Stayed 4 days. Unfortunately night club closed from Sunday -Thursday. Restaurant very expensive. Spa entry to use sauna , pool, steam room 99$ per person, couple Masage very expensive 700$. I thing it’s not fear to charge 99$ for spa entry from people who stay in the hotel. Bed -I never have such a comfortable bed and pillows, rooms very big, clean, no comments at all, shower and bathroom amazing.

Beautiful 5 star hotel with amazing service. There’s a free water shuttle that is fun to take downtown. There’s free parking! It’s also a non-smoking hotel. The gym is awesome.

Traffic was a nightmare getting to Encore. Once there everything was great. Free parking was great. Room was amazing. Loved all the shops, restaurants, and the casino. Will definitely go again.

I booked the reservation last night around 10:30. I called them and they told me it would be fine to check in. At the time that I said I would be there. I showed up at the time that I said I would be there, only to be denied. They put me in a different type of room that I did not want and I still paid the same price. Ridiculous. There's a dirty coffee cup with coffee in it in the room, some of the luxurious things that are supposed to come in the room. We're not there and they said it's because didn't qualify for them because I'm not staying in in a specific type of room, which is literally the room I paid for and they put me in a dirty one with no means of making coffee or using any of the amenities. Amenities. I couldn't even sleep because I was so uncomfortable with the fact that there was a used bar of soap in the shower and I was uncomfortable in the bed and without the nice things that I paid for but did not receive. I did complain about it but the hotel management didn't do anything about it. I'm really upset and I tried to be really nice but I don't think I'm ever going to stay here again.

Absolutely outstanding stay. The room was impressively clean and felt brand new — from the modern bathroom fixtures to the pristine furniture and spotless surfaces. The windows were large, with great natural light and a beautiful view, which really added to the sense of calm and space. One of the most remarkable things was how quiet it was — both day and night. I was able to rest deeply without any disturbances, which is rare and greatly appreciated. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. The overall atmosphere of the Encore is upscale without being overwhelming. Staff were courteous and professional. I especially appreciated the quiet, well-appointed room — it was a perfect environment to rest and regroup after travel. There was one small spot on the carpet, but it only stood out because everything else was in such flawless condition. It didn’t take away from the experience at all. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, peace, and quality. I would absolutely stay here again.

Never will regret staying at this hotel( my 3rd time) , the rooms are 'Properly' cleaned which is huge thing for me.. Customer Service is top notch... in a world where the art of it has been lost... It's just an all out pleasure to stay at. They manage to balance tranquility even w/ a casino there.. Now that's a specialty that just can't be beat‼️

The room was incredible! So spacious and clean. The features in the room (touch pad to adjust lights and AC) were top notch. The bed was incredibly comfortable!! Self parking was easy and convenient. My only negative is that I was supposed to receive a food and spa credit based on the package I booked. When I asked about the credit, I was told that I did not have one. I’m bummed that I missed out on my $50 spa credit and my $25 food credit during my stay.

Very nice stay for one night. Rooms are amazing! So impressive. Had a standard premiere King and was surprised by the quality and size of it. Brightness and high ceilings make it feel larger than it is. It was immaculate. Bathroom also very big and nice. Will be back!

The property was beautiful and very clean.. room was amazing and spacious. The only negative things were the sheets were not cooling at all and the air conditioning did not go down low enough for comfort at night. Also, the restaurants were way to expensive. Its like paying double for your room if you eat there..

This was one of our best stays by far on our 30 day road trip in July. Our room was beautiful overlooking the Boston Harbor which was a romantic view at night. We deeply appreciated the convenience of the high-tech set up allowing us to control everything on an iPad. That was a unique experience and one I wish all hotels utilized. The bathtub is a great soaking tub with a TV on the wall and there’s even a place to rest your arms. The shower was nice too. The room was a large size compared to most hotel rooms.

The room was beautiful- plenty of room in the sleeping area, hallway and bathroom. Love the extra features (night lights, bathrobes, ipad control). The views were amazing! Part of our party was upgraded to a suite for a fraction of the cost since it was a special occasion for us.

The resort is spotless and except for the front desk, the staff was beyond. However we spent way too much time dealing with checking in and adding guest names because they wouldn’t combine reservations. And even after spending all that time at the front desk they still got the five rooms messed up work who was rating in which room.

It was so clean, had so many options for food and drinks and all of the staff were so helpful and kind! I was hoping to hop on the water taxi and go into the city but after waiting a half hour and then attempted again later on, it didn't work out. One complaint would be to have a bigger taxi to fit more people or possibly have reservations for it so you know when you'll be guaranteed a ride over.

As expected from Wynn, this hotel is amazing. Luxury is defined in its rooms, outstanding service and quality of the experience. Nicely located in the Boston harbor, it is within 30 minutes of many of the main venues in the city. If you are there for the casino, it feels like you are in Vegas without the annoying cigarette smoke.

We loved the view of the city in the distance and the water and the room was absolutely beautiful on a high floor. (Harbour view room) Lots of eating options to choose from. Casino was buzzing and it felt like being in that other well known city when in it. Only negative is that everything seems disproportionately more expensive than it needs or should be. 14$ for some gummies! Come on! Just an example but food is very expensive within the hotel but there are lots of choices for all budgets i guess. Shake shack litterally a short walk through casino in the sports bar area is popular and tasty. Overall the room, view and location to the city is fantastic especially for a first trip if you don't want to be downtown. It is a short uber into the city and there is also a water taxi which operates free which we did not use simply as the timing didnt work for us personally. Overall lovely hotel and the room was the absolute highlight for us personally as we wanted something a bit more special for our first trip to Boston which is amazing btw! Just bring lots of dollars as it wont last long in here. The house always wins lol!

Excellent stay! Our room overlooking the harbor was so clean and comfortable. We found using Alexa and the iPad to be very easy & convenient. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Mystique and breakfast at Giardino’s. Highly recommend both. We will be back!

Great hotel. Beautiful rooms, spacious and very clean with beautiful views on the harbor side. Casino and restaurants on site, but could use a few more breakfast options. Convenient shuttle to Chinatown every 20 minutes. Easy self parking. Friendly courteous and professional staff. Clean and spacious gym with plenty of equipment.. Ate at RED8, Frank's, Giardino and Wine and Cheese. Looking forward to going back and trying other restaurants.
