Check-in was handled by a person who was just a bit on the gruff side of acceptable. The hotel was reasonably clean, there were signs of wear & tear at the enterance of the elevator on the lobby level. The floor of the room felt like it had'nt been vacuumed for a while. I decided to check out a day early and requested a receipt for my stay. I was told that the hotel could not supply one since it was booked through a second party (Hotels.com). What stood out most of all was a general apathy toward those who were staying at this hotel.

Nice, large, comfortable room. Very walkable into town for attractions and dining. Loved everything except the elevator, it was very slow. Regardless I’d stay here again. My room description said mountainside- do not confuse this with Mountain View. There were buildings and trees blocking the Mountain View.

The hotel was basically clean everywhere. The only problem we had was the shower. There was a lot of soap scum in the grout. I spoke to the front desk and asked them to take care of it, that we would be out all day, and when we came home it was not taken care of.. to me, it should have been one of the 1st rooms they should have addressed. finally, when we went out for dinner, they came back made up the room, clean towels and linen, but never addressed the shower issue. Other than that, everything about the stay was good. Breakfast was plentiful. Staff was accommodating
